The place isn't fancy, but the care is outstanding!

We had a nice tour experience with Summerfield of Redlands Memory Care, but it just not what we needed. It is more for individuals who have severe memory care issues. All of the doors were locked and we just felt confined. My loved one was not on this level. The people were all very nice it was just not a good fit.

I looked at 5 different assisted living places before selecting Cypress Court as a place for my Mom to move to after having a fall and then a stroke. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly to the residents and residents family members. The activities are well thought out and plentiful. The food is fine with a good variety during meal time and in between. The courtyard is beautiful and the wellness center (workout room) has really nice equipment, the best of any place I visited. From the care takers to the medtech staff it feels like they really care for the residents and go out of their way to make them feel at home. The management staff ([name removed], [name removed], [name removed]) have all been amazing and super helpful. I also judge a place by looking at and engaging with the residents. They all appeared bright and shiny to me. Happy people who feel at home at Cypress Court. Check it out, I think you will find it to be a warm and welcoming place.

We had a great tour experience with Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls, they were our second choice. The reason we chose the other facility over this one was just because of the fact that Pacifica is 2 stories. They have around 60 residents there so it is smaller. We were overall very impressed with everything.

My husband and I toured this facility for a loved one and we were blown away. It's like living in a hotel, absolutely beautiful! The staff was outstanding and very friendly, the meals look great, and they offer many amenities and activities. The garden is wonderful. I would rate it higher if I could. We have our loved one on the waiting list for this facility.

Summerfield Place has been outstanding. They seem to be a good team, and they're very receptive. We had to work through a few bumps with the move-in, but other than that it has worked out well.

The staff is very positive. Overall, it has been a pretty positive experience.

I would very much recommend Pacifica Modesto. They helped when we were in a difficult situation trying to place my dad. I am very indebted to them and think very highly of them.

My mom has been at the gardens about 5 weeks. She was resistant to going anywhere but has stopped saying she wants to go home. She has put on 8 pounds since living there! She loves the food, the people and activities. Her room is the perfect size and she has everything she needs.

Mom can be difficult but they do a great job with her. They work with me to keep her dementia manageable. She is happy, busy and safe. I'm very pleased. This her 2nd time here.

my dad lives at this community and out off all the communities I have been to this past 2 years. I must say the staff are amazing. The community is clean and smells nice. There is fun and interactive activities going on. The residents are so happy. The staff members always greet me, smile, and ask how I am. You can tell that they are happy and fulfilled. The residents are clean and well groomed. The building is not brand new with all the frills, bells, and whistles. But we have already done that and It doesn't matter what they offer the care never compares to this. We thought that dad needed movie theaters, exercise rooms, and resort style accommodations. It was just not realistic. Dad didn't live like that before and didn't when we moved him. We went to 3 different larger communities and all that happened is that dad declined. He wasn't showered, medications where not give, missed Dr. Appointments the list goes on and on. Dad was left to fend for himself.

They need to work on their meals. They need to have more to offer the residents for choices. My loved one was in another community and the residents were able to order off the menu with what they wanted. This is what needs to happen at this community. Overall the staff and community are nice and friendly. This is a great place for your loved one. They have an activities director, but I don't know what activities they have available for the residents. The room, utilities, transportation for doctor appointments, changing of linens, laundry service, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee. There is an extra charge for medication management for my loved one. There is a point system and the less assistance your loved one need the less the monthly fee is.

The Vineyard Ranch is really spaced out, they have a nice lobby with a fireplace. Our loved one likes the meals but sometimes says they are a little under seasoned - however we do understand they do that for the other residents dietary restrictions. She seems to be having a great time with all the activities and is being well entertained. She especially likes this horse racing game that involves putting a quarter down and rolling dice. Everyone gets a turn so its very fun. They have different creative gave which is great. Personally we think the value is good - you get room and board, activities, someone to come and clean your room and assist with laundry. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others

We had a very good tour at Sellwood. The lady who gave the tour was very nice. The staff seemed to know every resident by first name. The facility itself was great. It just wasn't suitable for my loved one. The location was not conducive to getting outdoors at all, and it was in a very busy location. Also the multi-story building would have been confusing to her.

The facility has very good ratings, we have had very few problems or complaints. The memory care portion is completely separate from the assisted living side. We went with Paintbrush because my sister knows another family that has her mother in the memory care unit as well. I have eaten here twice and love it, the food is great and they are higher end meals, I would compare them to nice restaurants. The meals are not served on a strict schedule which is great so your loved one will never go hungry, I would give the friendliness of the staff a 10 if I could. The pay is all inclusive so they are not nickel and diming you like some other places. They always call you if there are any questions or concerns and really go above and beyond. They keep the doors open to residents rooms so sometimes things get taken or people wander in, but that seems to be an issue wherever you go. Setting up the pharmacy and the new doctor paperwork was easy, they cross all the T's and dot the I's for you. Mom is always clean when we go to visit, her room is tidy, and her laundry is done on a regular basis. They have activities going on throughout the day so there is always something to do. They have someone who comes in that does the residents hair and she is so kind and patient. We got a private room with a private bathroom which was a huge bonus. They have a courtyard right outside of the common room and luckily moms room overlooks the courtyard so she can watch the hummingbirds. She is really thriving here and has improved greatly. They have great safety protocols and really have the residents safety and best interest as the top priority. Overall they have been great and are like family to us. We are very happy with our experience so far and they have given us peace of mind. I would tell others to look here first then go and look at the others.

Pacifica Senior Living fit just what my mom was looking for, she just needed a little place where she could be independent and all of her needs are taken care of. She has a studio apartment and it is very adequate for her needs. They do many activities such as crafts, cooking, trips to the store, etc. A lot of it has been hindered during to covid though. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking.

Thank you for attaching the calendar. Sorry for our common usage was so short. I do wish she had been able to participate in your programs and we are happy she had some socialization.
