Of course, they could always use more staff- It did seem like they were under staffed and over worked- But that seems to be a very common problem. Doors for the residents were always locked. And I am not sure that is good. Also when we got there. It took a very long time to get a key to the room. Our favorite really was the activities. Very enjoyable and engaging for all the residents .

For us 5 definitely but if someone wants a larger property. However, all amenities are great. They take him to Doctors , etc. ?? Me and my daughter love The Gardens of Sun City. It's small, quaint, the people are amazing and everyone knows his name and mine. He loves the nurse care- even though he didn't need all the time and loves the food! We are very happy with the fun activities and the performers they bring in. Every holiday is celebrated and fun for these special folks. I do not have any complaints with Michelle Stevenson, executive director or anything about the Gardens of Sun City!

Fortunately for my mom, myself and family, Park Plaza provided a wonderful experience for her and us, last five years of life. We started visiting several different options quite awhile ago, but it was on our 3rd visit to PP, she stopped and sat down at a game table on the 2nd floor, pulled out her checkbook and said “THIS is where I’m living. How much?” I gladly agreed as PP was one off-ramp away from our home, allowing me to visit often and bring her home for visits, which was really important the last 6 months of her life. The staff could not have been more helpful, caring and considerate throughout her stay. Through Covid they were simply FANTASTIC IN EVERY WAY! I miss my mom tremendously, as well as all of the wonderful staff at Park Plaza!

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was an excellent tour everything was very nice but ultimately it came down to location and it was just to far away

What we really like about The Gardens of Sun City is it is not a large property, giving more immediate attention to the residents. It's also nice that this community is built in a way that it's residents have to pass by the front desk to leave , reducing the risk of residents of just walking out .

Our family had an in person tour and we loved this community we thought the tour experience was great. It was a very strong contender and they had a pool for independent living but for those on assisted living they would only be able to use the pool for certain classes and not all the time.

All of the staff have just been real pros at their job. The nurse is extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves the work she does. All the staff are so capable and knowledgeable in their responsibilities and we love knowing mom is getting well cared for.

I am more than happy to promote Ocean Hills Senior Living and, in particular, the outstanding work of its employees and administration. Senior communities are invaluable in providing critical care for our elders. Like the care that [removed] offered for my parents when they were residing there.

After significant research by our family, my elderly Aunt choose to live at Park Plaza- Senior Living, Orange, CA about a year ago. She has acclimated well to the facility and has enjoyed living there so much that she has tried to convince her 95-year-old brother (my father) to move in ever since. My Dad is extremely independent and has been reluctant to live anywhere else but his own home, where he has resided for almost 60 years. Fortunately, I have been able to work directly with Park Plaza Sales Director Traci Nagel who is very knowledgeable, and empathetic to our situation. She has provided valuable council regarding my Dad's living situation, which has led to him agreeing to move in to Park Plaza once he recovers from a recent illness. Our family is thankful to Park Plaza for providing a safe and enjoyable community for our loved ones!! Well done!!!

Park Plaza is an absolute wonderful place for me to live my remaining years. I am almost 93 and am in good health and there is no better place for me to be. Everything I might want or need is here for me. Meals I can choose from a menu three times a day, plus desert if I want it. Help if I need assistance.

The personal are very friendly and carrying! We like the warm atmosphere and all the neat decorations. We are especially fond of [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]at the front desk! They’re always so courteous and helpful!! We are certainly going to miss [name removed]. He was such a great guy and a needed person at Cypress!..He made it feel like a real home in The thirteen years my mom has been there we feel he was the best director!! He actually cared for the residents and they felt that. We only hope the new director will be a plus too!

My mom was in memory care in Florida, with no family within 1,000 miles so I wanted her to be closer to family so that I could visit her and ensure she was taken care of. I looked at several homes, but settled on Summerfield based upon the layout, size, and activities. There are 3 outdoor areas where the residents can come and go as they please. The staff has been amazing and most importantly my mom has connected with 3 other higher functioning women and they walk around and talk, which is really important since my mom is still social, even though she can’t recall what happened or what was said 2 minutes prior. Summerfield is also very active with activities and they truly care for the residents, even the ones who can’t do much on their own. They move them out of their rooms and have them at all of the activities even for the residents who aren’t noticeably engaged. I feel very fortunate to have found Summerfield. And the cost is reasonable compared to other options in the area.

All of the staff here at Pacifica Senior Living are a rare type of special to put up with all the different personalities in this community :) They staff here are very patient, kind and always smiling! One server knows me so well I don't even have to order my meal, she always knows exactly what I want! The difference between living at home along and living at Pacifica is I feel secure and stress free knowing that help is available whenever I need any type of assistance. It gives me and my family a peace of mind and security to know that help is near by.

Living at Pacifica Senior Living has been very satisfying for me. I enjoy all of the residents that live here and the staff. All of the staff are very kind and attentive. They really are sincere when speaking with me and you can tell they really care about their residents. They take excellent care of me at Pacifica!

It was very nice, I just chose to go with a facility that had some history.

From day one, the staff was very friendly. They go above and beyond. I am very happy here.

The food is exquisite. Staff is phenomenal, very friendly and helpful.

I like the comradery. It is small and feels like a family. Extremely impressed with Vineyard Ranch at Temecula.

Whether independent or requiring assistance , Cypress Court is the place to be. They are both caring and fun. They are there when you need them. The food is great and an alternate menu is offered if it’s not what you want. Overall, a clean and efficient facility.

I am extremely happy with the services, care and compassion of the staff at Pacifica Senior Living! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a home for their loved one or close friend.
