The caregivers in my experience have been very attentive, accessible, and friendly. I ask them questions and they respond in a timely manner and it is clear they are taking good care of my loved one. Overall I would recommend Greenhaven Estates to others looking.

The place isn't fancy, but the care is outstanding!

This a great place to send your loved ones. This has exceeded our expectations. The staff truly care for the residents. The first time that we met the Director and Assistant Director it felt like family here. All the staff know the residents by name, and know the families as well. The dining room is outstanding. The have good food for the residents. It would be nice to have more variety of activities for the residents to participate in. Bingo, movies, and more are some of the activities offered currently by the community. Overall, we couldn't ask for anything better for our loved one.

We had a nice tour experience with Summerfield of Redlands Memory Care, but it just not what we needed. It is more for individuals who have severe memory care issues. All of the doors were locked and we just felt confined. My loved one was not on this level. The people were all very nice it was just not a good fit.

My 84 year old mom is a resident at Park Plaza. This is her second assisted living facility and last. Every family and resident has a "whats important " list. For us what works is the ease and peace of mind. We love all the staff members from the front desk to the people who do her laundry. The care is so that I don't have to worry and able to live my life with confidence0 that mom is getting the care she needs. Food is so important and Chef [name removed] and staff do a great Job. Overall I am completely satisfied with Park Plaza and there dedication to the residents and there families. Thank you.

At the height of the Covid pandemic my husband and I moved into this great Assisted Living facility, although at first I was not too happy about making this move but was pleasantly surprised when we received warm and heartfelt welcomes from the director and staff. Even though we were confined to our room for the remaining duration the staff still did their best to keep our spirits lifted. The Wellness Center visited our door dressed in silly costumes offering afternoon ice cream treats, singers and music were provided in the outdoor area while we watched from our room windows. Slowly my unhappiness with our move faded and gave way to acceptance and happiness. A satisfied Resident

The staff is so friendly as well as the residents. My dad loves the food! It’s obvious the employees are appreciated and respected. In turn they are always so happy and friendly to the residents and guests.

Tequesta Terrace was awesome. Their management team did an amazing job with helping my mom get integrated. I give them 5/5 stars.

I looked at 5 different assisted living places before selecting Cypress Court as a place for my Mom to move to after having a fall and then a stroke. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly to the residents and residents family members. The activities are well thought out and plentiful. The food is fine with a good variety during meal time and in between. The courtyard is beautiful and the wellness center (workout room) has really nice equipment, the best of any place I visited. From the care takers to the medtech staff it feels like they really care for the residents and go out of their way to make them feel at home. The management staff ([name removed], [name removed], [name removed]) have all been amazing and super helpful. I also judge a place by looking at and engaging with the residents. They all appeared bright and shiny to me. Happy people who feel at home at Cypress Court. Check it out, I think you will find it to be a warm and welcoming place.

The community is very close to us which is huge for visiting and anytime we have questions no matter what it is regarding they are always responsive. Serra Sol does not look or feel like a memory care center - there are no odors and it just feels very welcoming. We have already recommend this community to other families and we most definitely will continue to do so.

This has been an amazing experience. The community sends a note to me each night to let me know what my loved one has done each day. This allows the family to know what our loved one has been up to. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one feels at home and is happy here and this is so important to the family!

We had a great tour experience with Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls, they were our second choice. The reason we chose the other facility over this one was just because of the fact that Pacifica is 2 stories. They have around 60 residents there so it is smaller. We were overall very impressed with everything.

I was quite happy with the quality care, and the amount of care was great. Finding a place that was able to handle medication, for our loved one was a big deal. Also, there was no negative comments or reviews, about the medication, which is why we picked this place.

My husband and I toured this facility for a loved one and we were blown away. It's like living in a hotel, absolutely beautiful! The staff was outstanding and very friendly, the meals look great, and they offer many amenities and activities. The garden is wonderful. I would rate it higher if I could. We have our loved one on the waiting list for this facility.

Summerfield Place has been outstanding. They seem to be a good team, and they're very receptive. We had to work through a few bumps with the move-in, but other than that it has worked out well.

This is the 4th senior community that we have been involved with. It's by the best one. They don't use 'fuzzy' math when billing, the caregivers are kind and patient, people follow through on maintenance requests (hanging pictures, etc.)

The staff is very positive. Overall, it has been a pretty positive experience.
