We really felt that everyone at Pacifica really took time to understand what my dad was feeling and was able to respond with great wisdom and kindness to even his most difficult moods. The amount of warmth and love that you all show to the residents is clear to everyone who has been there visiting a loved one. You are all very special people and the memory of your sweet and gentle love for my dad will always remain in my heart.

While COVID has made it challenging for all of us, they do a great job of making sure everyone is safe and healthy while showing us what they can. Answered all of our questions.

They have a lot of activities and volunteers from the Japanese community come out and do things in Japanese for them. They have beautiful gardens, a huge koi pond, waterfalls, rock sculptures, and bonsai trees within the grounds.

Your staff is doing an amazing job! I am impressed by how Sakura is keeping our parent healthy during shelter in place. Thank you so much for setting up FaceTime sessions! And thank you for handling with grace and understanding all our questions.

Sakura Gardens of Los Angeles was a very good place especially for memory care service. They had a private garden for memory care, and the facility was so clean. It's one of the best. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable, explained everything from the monitoring to the menu.

This community has the best team and residents! Grounds consist of a five-story building with spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments and traditional Japanese landscapes, including a koi pond and a Japanese-style garden.

While evaluating Sakura, [names removed] made my mom and myself feel very comfortable that she would be well cared for. There was transparency and all our questions answered honestly. After being there for about a month, she confirmed that our trust was well founded. She is enjoying her stay and feels part of the community.

The staff is very helpful, kind and accommodating. The property is going through a renovation so it is looking to be updated as are some of the rooms already and they are very nice.

I like this location, like the facility like the staff that I met. This may be the location I go forward with in finding a new safe home for my mom.

The greatest positive feature of the Cypress Court facility is the humanism of all hard-working staff members from the executive director, and her management team, to the caring persons who assist me mornings and at bedtime. The warmth and kindness of all support staff has been professionally extended to me from day one of my residency. Other important features of assisted living are the various activities available for entertainment, education, and amusement. Frequent scenic drives around our neighboring communities is one of our more popular activities. Our in-house television is the source of not only the usual commercial television programs, but also the central means of keeping all residents informed with regular briefings from the executive director to playing TV Bingo. There are specialty rooms for computer use, card and chess playing, reading, library, painting, and a salon with an expert professional for both men’s and women’s hair care. One of my favorite features is the open-air courtyard featuring a delightfully large gazebo surrounded by lovely landscaping and even a water fountain. The inviting dining room is spacious and appointed with the decorations of whatever current holiday is being celebrated. The living and family rooms are also warmly furnished and highlighted by a comforting fireplace.

My experience with Senior Care Villa was the best during the difficult time of caring for my Mother. All the staff was respectful and compassionate. [name removed] was an angel and she was always there to comfort me at all times. I could sit here and write pages of all the kindness that I experienced, but no one would read that much here. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who is looking for the best care of their loved one.

I am a hospice nurse that visits this facility to care for patients. The building is absolutely beautiful, the staff are always warm and welcoming and my patients are always well taken care of.

I have lived in this community for 2 years and I have loved every minute of that time. The residents and the staff are my family. We look out for each other and enjoy our time together at activities and especially our time in the dining room. There we catch up on each others lives and families while staff cook our meal, clean our apartments, plan our activities, it might be better but I don't know where!!
