I have lived in this community for 2 years and I have loved every minute of that time. The residents and the staff are my family. We look out for each other and enjoy our time together at activities and especially our time in the dining room. There we catch up on each others lives and families while staff cook our meal, clean our apartments, plan our activities, it might be better but I don't know where!!

Have been here seeing a hospice patient several times. Every time I am met with a smile and always given what I need to care for the patient. The CNAs take excellent care of their residents. So refreshing.

The staff has done an excellent job of ensuring the safety and care for all of the residents are being taken care of.

I like the consideration that the residents are given here and love the freedoms that she is given as a resident of Pacifica.

It the perfect environment to keep an elderly person active and involved. My mother is very social and the activities are unbelievable and it has just been great. The caregivers are great, friendly, helpful, and caring. The staff really care and treat of the residents as their own family. The food has been fantastic. The executive chef is unbelievable, his menu and food selections are great. We chose this community after we visited 12 or 13 others, and this one stood out. The staff and the residents were engaged, friendly, happy, the residents looked well taken care of. I recommend highly above all others.

I chose this community because it is Japanese centric and the person was Japanese. The offer Japanese history, heritage, language, and food. The care is good. I would confirm that the services provided are appropriate for the person's needs. I would recommend this community to other families.

Very nice and friendly staff. Apartments for assisted living are a little small with no view from the balcony, but the location is perfect.

I was so happy with it. I think the smaller size was really good and the staff got to know the residents better because of the smaller ratios. They had a visiting doctor which I felt was really convenient. The staff always greeted me by name, and they always knew where my mom was and what she was doing. I felt like it was a more family oriented and intimate setting because of the small size. They have a beautiful outdoor area for residents to enjoy. The chef was great and the food was excellent. The staff would call me to keep me informed as needed. The caregivers would communicate what my mom needed and really knew my mom. I visited 12 different places before choosing this one and I was happy was my decision.

All the girls do a great job of taking care of all my needs. Pacifica is a great place to live.

My mother was very pesistant to the transition to assisted living until an accident required a change. She has had such an overwhelmingly positive experience as a new resident. She loves the staff, food, facility, and all of the required personal care she receives. I am delighted for her newfound life of Pacifica Klamath Falls!
