I love the staff and wonderful friends I've made with my fellow residents. I can ask for anything I need and am always taken care of.

I get my own privacy we have activities, my favorite is Bingo. We have a great staff of people.

I love the apartment and I appreciate the staff that are trying to keep us healthy during this pandemic.

Great staff; there is always a staff member there for you. The rooms are kept spotless by housekeeping. Good food prepared by qualified cooks. All in all Pacifica is a great place to live.

The entire staff is friendly, courteous, accommodating and helpful. They made me feel right at home. Especially want to commend [name remove] Karma who went out of her way to see that I had everything I needed to make my visit perfect. Thank you.

[Name removed] was very helpful in assisting my mom, sister and I with completing the admission paperwork. She was patient and kind. I would highly recommend Pacifica Country Crest for anyones loved ones.

We toured Sunday and really like it. Have a few more questions. [Name removed] gave a great tour but wasn’t able to answer all our questions.

I am writing this review to let everyone know just what to expect from this facility. I have two parents in this facility for the last two years. We started off in independent living and as their health declined we moved to assisted living. I have had to move my father to memory care now but mother still remains at heritage woods. I know the entire staff at this facility, 1st through 3rd shifts through our two-year journey. There is no way anyone could expect better care than what this facility provides PERIOD! I can honestly say I have absolutely zero complaints about anything at heritage woods. My mother is difficult with Alzheimer’s but the staff has embraced her and they know and understand her and she has many difficult days. They treat her with the upmost care and respect even through days when she is less than nice to them. Her apartment is always very clean and so is my mother. They help her pick out her clothes for the day and dress her and she always looks nice and fresh. Anytime there is a concern about her health they call the doctor in without hesitation. Christian Fields is the assisted-living administrator. What an angel she is and a godsend to my family. I recently had to put my father in memory care at a different facility. I have to say he is not clean he is not shaved which I never experienced one day at Heritage Woods. So If anyone reading this review has further questions for me, my name is [name removed] and the facility knows how to get in touch with me and they have my permission to give you my contact information. Quite frankly it upsets me to read anything negative about the heritage woods. These people have been through hell with me and they’re just totally awesome!

Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Handles all our needs and treated my mother with respect.

Hands down, the best prime rib I've ever had from the most unlikely place in town: Pacifica Senior Living at Woodmont. From what the residents tell me, this quality of culinary magic is a standard for their head chef, [name removed]! I CAN'T wait to be 55+ for more meals like this!

My mom has been at Pacifica Woodmont for more than two years. The building is clean and well cared for; the private rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Mom really enjoys how kind and friendly the staff are, and I know firsthand they know her by name and speak to her wherever she happens to be in the building. She has needed a higher level of care recently and the nursing staff has been excellent. They make sure she's comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times. The staff is professional; when I have questions or need any kind of help, it's always available and effective. I consider them our friends. We are so grateful to everyone at Pacifica Woodmont for the excellent, personalized care Mom receives. Five stars!

To be completely honest, Pacifica is wonderful all around. The atmosphere and ambiance of this facility is like no other. It is timeless! The staff and other residents as well as the residents family members are oh so very warm and inviting it makes me never want to leave when I stop by.

Fantastic, pleasant, and just over all great place. I just love the the women that clean my room. I go down to eat, come back and the place is spotless. The food just wonderful too! Not once in the 3 months I've been here have I had a bad meal. Boy can these guys cook. If I ever have a problem I go downstairs and bother that nice gentleman [name removed] and he takes cares of it. It cant be an easy job dealing with older people like me but they do it so well! I couldn't ask for a better place than where I am. I appreciate everyone working here!

This is a nice friendly place to live and feel like the staff is part of my family. The food is good and I always have a choice at every meal of what I can order.
