The community is willing to work with us. The community is beautiful and they are very good to my loved ones. The staff is friendly and they make sure my loved ones get outside and get to do what she likes the most. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Regency Place because we went to visit and everyone we talked to was very friendly and it was also right next to my moms hospital that she gets all her medical work done at so we were very happy with the location. The room sizes here are appropriate, my mom has a shared room and there are 2 queen beds, but they are hardly in their room because they keep them busy with activities during the day. the staff members call once a week to update on how she is doing and ask if I have questions. We are very happy with the facility, it is very comfortable, intimate, and they really care about my mom as if she was their family member.

I have lived in this community for 2 years and nine months. There are many activities that I have attended and truly enjoyed. I think for me the most important value I received is the gift of the friendship of so many nice other residents. Also the food is quite good. If there is something they are offering as special of the day you cant eat, you can choose from a menu something you like.

Really enjoy living here. The staff is very caring and friendly. My caregivers are prompt in responding and remember what I need. It seems like family.

I've lived near this facility for twenty years and since re-opening post pandemic, I am blown away! This facility has a new management team of super heroes, a care staff that treats residents like family, and an amazing kitchen staff. We did a tour with [name removed] and were floored by the beautiful hint of Japanese decor, the game room was fully stocked, the memory care group was singing and dancing. For lunch they had a woman playing beautiful music on a piano, and everyone just looked full of life. I'm hoping my dad will love living here as much as I've enjoyed being their neighbor.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful, they respond quickly, and they have a great deal of care for the residents. They were always calling me to give me updates on medications, and they always let me know when it was time to reorder so she didn't run out. During the Covid situation, I think they did an excellent job of protecting everyone's health. They've been 100% Covid free the whole time, and that was definitely because of the diligent care they provided to their residents and overall their general policy regarding visitors, etc. I know I don't have to worry about my loved one, they take good care of her here.

They were so good to my dad all the way around here at Pacifica Senior Living. We chose this facility because it was centrally located between family and they were very quick with their response time when looking to move him in, we were very satisfied. They made arrangements to move him from his old facility and were very accommodating. The staff were really good about face-timing with us during covid and helped him look into the screen so we could talk with him. They were also good if we had any questions, they were very quick to respond to us. The executive director gave us his cell number, the memory care director gave us her cell number, and the staff that worked directly with him gave us their cell numbers so we could contact someone at anytime. The administrative staff are very involved with the care of the residents, I wish we could give this facility a 10 it was a great experience.

My close friend has been staying there for a while and I was very pleased with the facility. Not only was it absolutely gorgeous inside the staff always said hi and was very helpful with any questions that we might’ve had. It is most definitely a place that I would love to retire in and not be alone. So many places nowadays treat the elderly so badly it’s nice to have peace of mind

My mother is here on Respite and I can relax knowing that she is being cared for by a motivated, professional and caring staff. They are located in a picturesque area, and have amazing programs and resources. The facility is beautiful and very clean. My mom is genuinely happy there and is “treated like a Queen”. My brother is a resident at Stonewall Gardens. The staff is very professional and responsive. Moreover, they have kept my brother safe during the pandemic. I am very grateful for the work done by staff on behalf of my brother's care.

The new director, [name removed], is outstanding. He keeps the families updated weekly. The information they are sharing with the family amazing. Due to the pandemic I thought they did very well for activities. The vaccines were administered to the residents already.

It has given me peace of mind to know that my mother-in-law is living in and being cared for in a safe, clean, and home-like environment. I live out of state and can not be present to monitor her care on a daily basis, but I can trust the staff of Tequesta Terrace to act in her best interest.

The community was easy to work with, they answered all of our questions. They were helpful as they could be. They were always so pleasant when they would call to check in with us. My mother-in-law is super happy here.

My mother has been in residence for 13 years at TEQUESTA Terrace. We love knowing that she is well cared for and happy. You can have a beautiful place with lots of ambiance but unless you have the correct staff it’s just a facility.Under the direction of [name removed] the executive director TEQUESTA Terrace has the caring, friendly and efficient staff it needs. It has functioned well during this difficult last year. My family and I are so grateful Mom lives here.

I would highly recommend Tequesta Terrace. My Mom has been living there for 5 years. She started out in the assisted living side and sadly had to move a few years later to the Memory Care Unit. Everything about having a parent or loved one age is hard to watch, but it is comforting to know they are well taken care of at Tequesta Terrace. They have been through hurricanes and of course most recently the pandemic. Their Executive Director [name removed], has been a guiding force through all of it.

Tequesta Terrace very closely resembles a resort. Very impressed! Impeccably clean and well maintained. The management is helpful, professional and easy to work with. Tequesta's staff are well trained, compassionate and friendly. There is a great variety of activities for the residents to keep them engaged. Absolutely wonderful!

Even though I am an RN and have worked in management of facilities myself, it was a hard decision to place my mother in law in an assisted living facility. After having had a poor experience in a board and care, we looked for a forever home for her, where daily socialization and activities, nutritious and appetizing meals and a feeling of safety and attention to detail would help her thrive. We put our trust into Regency Place and we feel like she finally has arrived. I cannot say enough positive things about the Executive Director of this facility. The entire process of establishing contact, touring and coming to a decision has been made easy by professional staff, prompt follow up and an overall ‘can do’ attitude. Mom is now in a beautiful and super clean, bright room, is enjoying wholesome and freshly prepared meals, has only good things to report about the staff and is actually looking forward to the next chapter of her life. No facility is perfect all the time. But this place keeps lines of communication open, responds promptly and embraces each new challenge with consideration for the resident and their family. I can wholeheartedly recommend Regency Place.
