The most impressive part of our visit was the kindness and time the director took with us as we shared our concerns about our loved one. Hopefully, this same kindness is shown to the residents. The common area seemed a little crowded. This facility is closest to us and would allow frequent visits. We would have to have further discussion as we are not sure this would fit our budget.

When my loved ones first moved in, this facility used to be named Spring Arbor. They recently sold and there are some things they need to work on. Before changing, the food was great. I ate there a couple of times. Now, the food is not as good. It lacks in flavor and it is served cold. Other than that, the staff is still very nice, they are short staffed, but the staff that is there is attentive and the facility is very clean. It's a good place, just in need of some work.

Pinewood Place was a very nice facility and we got a very good tour of it. Everyone there was very friendly and the tour guide was informative. The reason we chose another community was price, this one was out of my friend's budget.

I have not made the move into this community yet, but I'am looking forward to living here. It is a really nice community with kind people. They do a great job keeping everything nice, and clean. Every time I visit everything looks great. The staff is very kind, and helpful. I know this is a good place to live. I would recommend for anyone to go take a tour of the facility, it is a nice place.

My mom seems to be enjoying her stay so far at this facility and has made a smooth transition. I am pleased to see the staff are really trying to make an effort to get to really get to know her on a personal level and make her as comfortable as can be. She has had no complaints about the food and seems to be slowly getting involved in some of the activities throughout the week. Overall we are pleased.

I had a really great experience at this community during my tour. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give my father and I lots of great information about there facility. They also where very professional and patient with all of the questions we had for them. It was just not the right fit for him and we decided on another place for him.

Mom is doing pretty good living at Pinewood. She likes to participate in some of the daily activities they offer. The staff are friendly. They keep the community clean. I have had a pleasant experience so far and I currently feel comfortable with her living here.

Facility was nice. Rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly.

We loved this nice clean place. There were lots of windows and natural light. Also friendly staff and a nurse on duty. We liked the outside courtyard and scheduled activities. The one bedroom seemed to have plenty of space. This looks like a really nice place.

Everything is working out pretty well since my fathers move to this community. He is receiving good care. and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. They have a wonderful staff here. He enjoys them, and they have been helpful, and kind. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. There are activities offered for the residents when they are ready to participate. He is pleased with the meals, the food is good. I know he is safe, and in a good place. I would recommend this community.

They need more caregivers. It's very clean.Its very expensive I feel like some of the promises and details are not met. They have mixed up his meals and laundry.I think there is not enough people to watch. They should have more people to care for sick people. The lady at the front desk is very helpful.

The community itself is the best than any I have seen. I popped in a few times unannounced and I notice the residents were happy and in the gathering room doing an activity and talking to each other. They always greeted me and the director was always there too. It is always clean and it smells clean. The meals are okay but my mom complains daily especially about the dinner. It has been cold at times, when I tried it it was similar to cafeteria food. At times I am not offered a lot of information and I am not asking a lot. The girls who clean the rooms could do a better detailed cleaning. The community stairs also needs to be clean very good. Everything else is pretty good and the staff are pretty friendly.

My brother toured the Seven Hills Place because I was not able to and said it was very nice. The place was clean and maintained well and all of the staff were very friendly. He did not have anything negative to say.

Contact didn't show. There was busy activity and work with residents. Dementia area was locked and residents seemed lethargic. good pricing.

I am happy with the care here for my father. I know that he likes the meals that are served. The community is very nice and clean. He does get offered to do activities. The community is close to my home so that I can visit quite often. I would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

My friend is doing well at this community. They keep the community clean. The staff are attentive and they offer daily activities. The food is good they offer snacks during the day and they give them plenty of water. I would recommend this community.

So far it's going good. I would give them four out of five. I haven't heard any major complaints, so far things seem smooth.

We toured this community. We were happy with the manager here. The friendliness of the staff. The community is clean and I did like the look of the community. The layout of the rooms was very nice. They do offer activities for those who want to participate. I recommend other families to see the great care that is given here for a loved one.

Dropped in. The [Removed] and [Removed] were amazing and helpful. Not what we are looking for for my in-laws though.
