The staff is very compassionate and caring. Quickly respond to resident and family requests. My mother has been very content at the facility. My only concern is the door to the main entrance. It does not latch without slamming it shut. If a visitor leaves after 8pm and doesn’t know the door does not latch, the door would remain open the entire night. This is a serious safety concern for my mother and the other residents. The door should be replaced for obvious reason.

My sister is very happy and well taken care of here at the Highlands! I love to visit her. Everyone has been exceptional. Thank you for making her feel at home. I would highly recommend the Highlands Square!

We love the Highlands Senior Living.... it is a wonderful place for your loved ones where you can assure they are taken care of and the can still have independent living.

5 on all areas - my dad was treated like a human being with lots of compassion at Walnut Ridge, the staff was amazing especially [name removed]. My dad absolutely loves that sweet girl. I will say he was not thrilled about all of his meals but they were nutritional and mostly heart healthy.

This is truly one of the nicest, if not the nicest, communities I have had the pleasure of touring. The staff is extremely friendly, and during my visit, the residents were engaged and appeared very happy. I even had the opportunity to speak with a few of their residents, and the feedback was positive.

Navion of Rocky Mount has outstanding staff members and wonderful residents. We always enjoy our visits with this community, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking assisted living placement!

My wife has only gotten in there a few weeks ago. I don't know how she is enjoying it or not to make a recommendation. It's not mine to make.

Best an awesome place with awesome staff and nursing staff! Caring for and assisting the residents like their family. We don't have to worry about whether our love ones are being taken care of or not. Everyone on the facility and staff are very friendly and supportive.

We have been very pleased with Ashley Square and the way they take care of our mother. She is very happy there. Everyone we have encountered has a great positive attitude. Our mother can be difficult sometimes but they give her extra attention and make her feel "special". They are very attentive to the needs of the residents and very communicative to the families.

First, they were willing to accommodate my dad's celiac disease. There were only 3 places in the area that would, so that's huge. The staff is very friendly and really interacts with the residents. In the other places we toured, the person giving the tour didn't speak to anyone but us. At Legacy, she greeted everyone and called them by name. That was impressive. They've quickly addressed our concerns as things have popped up. Daddy has been there a year tomorrow and he enjoys being there.

Preston House Memory Care has been great to work with. They have lovely private rooms, and friendly and caring staff.

My family is very pleased with Forest Ridge. The staff has been very attentive and welcoming to my Mother. She enjoys the meals there and has made friends that she always sits with. She has had the freedom to decorate her room just the way she wants. And the beautiful scenic Mountain views surrounding Forest Ridge cannot be beat!

Wow ! This place is amazing . From the director to the staff we have not for a moment regretted putting our loved one here . Most caring staff ever! Do not regret placement decision here at all . We are always informed and the staff goes over and beyond !

They seem competent and willing. I feel fine about leaving my mother in their care. It seemed very clean to me. There is always something going on even if it's just pet videos on the TV on the parlor. I've eaten there several times and it's okay. Shortage of fresh produce but I'm beginning to think that's the nature of the beast. Staff has always been pleasant, helpful, and willing to chat about what they do, answering questions and giving suggestions.

I want to give thanks to the staff at Eagles Pointe. I placed my grandma there a few months ago and she loves the staff there. They spoil her with personal one on one time while doing her nails, taking her outside to enjoy fresh air and talks. Before moving there she no longer wanted to live.

Just have to realize it is a rest home so family does have to help with love one. Everyone is kind to my mom. Food has looked good. I would recommend to others
