My girlfriend of 16 years with dementia has been in Cypress Square for about seven months, I go ever day or so . She always clean and groomed. She likes the place and the people. She always say they treat her well and she always up in her wheelchair. The food is good . They always checking on her and I appreciate them. I'll need a assistant living before long they will be my first and second choice . Very pleased.

When I entered the community, I was greeted warmly by both staff and residents. Residents were well kept and appeared very happy. Lots of engagement was happening throughout the day. This is a well oiled operation that I would highly recommend!

They are very kind. I wish they had more transportation available for small trips to restaurants. Mothers favorite activity is going out to lunch. They do take people to doctor's appts. They could improve on the food by adding more of a Mediterranean diet instead of so many carbs. My mom is a diabetic but even if you aren't too many carbs turn to sugar and there is terrible for people with dementia. I work in healthcare myself so I know what type of foods are offered in alfs. And there needs to be some changes.

They were very helpful from the very first meeting. Answered all of questions and helped with everything with getting Mom settles back in.

So far we have had a good experience with them. They are very professional, yet very caring. The facilities are clean and up-to-date. They have great activities for the residence.

They've done a very good job of taking care of mom. It took her awhile to adjust but they hung in there with her. They have activities including bus trips which she loves.

It's a great place-safe, clean and a nice community. I would recommend to others

When the time comes to place a Loved Parent into a new to them home, the task can be daunting. From our first visit I was impressed by the inviting and warm atmosphere and how kind and professional every member of staff has been. My Mom has been here for two months now and thankfully seems to feel right at home. Her grandchildren and I enjoy our visits with her here and are relieved to know she is safe and sound in a caring environment suited to her needs. Her caregivers have been kind and thoughtful and keep me well informed and up to date on her health. The administration staff has been extremely helpful from the informative tour by Sales & Marketing to any additional questions we had. The activities director, has such a warm and genuine enthusiasm in her interactions with the residents.

I know I am safe here. I have my own space and I can do anything I want to do and I can have a day that I don’t do anything if I choose. My daughter doesn’t have to worry about me. If I ever need help with anything, the people here help me.

Awesome staff. They offer outings as well as activities. I'm so happy that mom has fit in and that encourage her to participate.

I give all 5s. We have had no problems. My father's health has improved significantly. What we like the most about the community is that its nearby. He likes the food. Not crowded. Nice facility. Transportation to medical appointments.

They took the time to truly understand my mom's condition and provided a lot of guidance throughout my evaluation process for a memory care facility.

Helena Square is a fantastic smaller assisted-living home that makes my father feel welcomed and I know that everybody is watching out for him. I have often said it’s like a big fraternity/Sorority house where everybody knows each other, but has their own space and independence as they’d like. The staff is amazing and I never worry that my dad is in great hands

I wasn’t happy with my family at first for wanting me to leave my home, but now I am so glad to be here! I am very happy here with my own apartment! I am happy to be able to others when I can and to work out in the garden. I feel needed being here and like I belong!

I have been here for 10 years and Ashley Square is the best place to be! Anytime I need assistance all I have to do is ring my buzzer and the girls come right to me. I have my meals prepared for me and I have lots of activities that I can participate in. Everyone here is so good to me and I wouldn’t be anywhere else.

I just love being here! My daughter chose this place for me, but like always, she chose the best for me! Everyone is so friendly, I don’t have to cook anymore, or clean, and I am always having fun!

It was hard for me to leave my home at first and it took me a few months to adjust, but now I am so glad I am here. My husband and I were able to be here together and when he passed I wasn’t left alone, I had everyone else here around me. I am thankful for everyone here.
