Every single person on the staff is amazing. They truly do care about the residents. They are always happy and helpful.

We have had my grandma here since July 2024 and the transformation has been amazing! She was not excited about moving into assisted living but the entire staff has been so welcoming, patient, and kind. They truly know and care about all of the people living there, and have created a supportive community. My grandma has even been recruiting other people to move in with her and telling them “it’s not so bad” (the biggest compliment for her!).

My Dad has been at Cypress Square for 5 years. We dropped him off during Covid and did not get to visit with him in the facility until the end of the year. Cypress Square welcomes him with open arms and have made him feel at home. All of the staff are very caring. As hard as it is to see your loved one in a facility, I am pleased that he feels at home. The staff has made this so easy.

Staff and residents seem so kind. The living room, bathroom, and bedroom in the one bedroom apartment are a nice size. The activity calendar has two to three activities a day during the week. Dining room has a variety of food choices. Looking forward to getting my mom settled here in the next few weeks.

Our mom/Grandma has blossomed at Cypress and has a safe place to be social and live the best life for her. We are so comforted to known she is being taken care of. We've also enjoyed a number of family events with her and visit often to see how she is thriving.

My brothers and I live outside of Somerset/Pulaski County and we have been worried about Dad living alone for the last several months. We moved him in to Highlands and now we no longer have to worry about him. He is safe and secure at Highlands. He’s adjusting very well; and this time, when we left to go back home, we knew there were people taking care of him and ensuring he is well and happy. We are so grateful for the team at Highlands Square!

[name removed] was an absolute professional and a great help in getting everything squared away for my grandmother’s assisted living arrangements. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend [name removed] for anyone needing assistance with senior living transitions!

I went for a tour and was very impressed. I was greeted at the door and shown lots of respect, and all my questions were answered. My mother lives in the area, so we will contact this facility if and when needed. It is a very nice and very clean facility.

I have been involved with Mallard Ridge for almost a year that my mother has been there. I absolutely love the staff there. They go out of their way to take the best care of my mom. She will tell you if you need to be somewhere, she's at the best place to be. They are so kind to her even when she's having a bad day. They do everything they can to make it better. The place is always clean and the food is great according to everyone you ask. They have great activities and everyone enjoys sitting outside when it's nice weather. I could say more but I will just say, go there and see for yourself.

Chandler place of Rock Hill has been a blessing for our family. The community is amazing. The workers are nice and kind. Everyone is always smiling. Great communication. It is a clean environment. I could not be more happier.

When choosing an assisted living facility for Mom, we visited several places, but Cypress Square really stood out for us. We loved the home-like feel and the warm, clean environment. The entire staff is amazing and very good with care and communication. My mother loves everyone here and is happy. We are also treated like part of the Cypress Square "family" when we come to visit. Another quality that was important to us, was that Cypress Square is a little smaller than some of the places we visited. We feel that being smaller allows the residents to be more familiar with each other and the staff. Residents are kept engaged and stimulated through a variety of activities and live entertainment. Meals are served in a lovely dining area and the food looks delicious. My mother enjoys the food and never complains. We are thankful that we found a "home" for Mom at Cypress Square.

Every one that works there has the most caring attitude. They are so easy to work with on any question I have. Lots of great activities - from the custodians to the executive director I am 100% pleased! Recently a dulcimer group entertained for the residents and they remarked that the group at Dalton Square was the happiest most involved group they had ever played for!

I am so thankful for our Mallard Ridge family. My Mother is currently living at Mallard Ridge in Memory Care. She has been lovingly cared for there for almost two years. I am very impressed with the attentive, compassionate staff. They know each resident personally. Mallard Ridge has activities daily and outings monthly. My Mother's favorite are the musical guests. Mother has become more social since coming to Mallard Ridge and participating in fun activities, suitable for her memory issues. I completely trust everyone at Mallard Ridge and know Mother is getting the best care possible.

We were really worried about putting our mother in an assisted living. [name removed], at Mallard Ridge was wonderful. She was there for us all the way. We are so pleased with the facility and would highly recommend it. Our mom is happy and well taken care of.

I have heard nothing but great things from this facility. Staff are friendly and helpful. The building is nice and easy to maneuver for a wheelchair. I feel like it would be a great facility to live in.

The facility is one of the best in rocky mount NC. The building itself has a great set up with newer furnishings through out. The staff is cheerful and always willing to help. They offer a great in house rehab team and fun activities to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

We had the pleasure of touring this community and wow was it super clean and not to mention how friendly both the staff and ressients were. We look forward to working with this team and movi g our loved one in.

A group of retired employees that I am a member of was graciously welcomed to The Havens at Princeton. We had a very nice description of the facility and had a delicious meal prepared by the dining department.
