[name removed] who runs the facility is great everything else seems to be fine. Rooms are very nice the menu could be improved. The place is very clean even though it’s an older facility. Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful

This is a well maintained and clean facility and has a wonderful staff. They provided excellent care and were intentional in ensuring our loved one was well cared for during his stay. They were available when needed to provide updates or work with the care plan when needed. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring and professional home for someone in need of assisted living.

What we like the most about Arbor Ridge is that it is clean and always decorated for the holidays. Also, they have great activities and events for the residents and their families. The staff is wonderful.

At an extremely difficult time in our family I was lost and confused as to what to do for my mother. [name removed] took over and made me feel so comforted and confident in her ability- I was overwhelmed by her compassion and generosity. I will be forever in her debt. [name removed] -the administrator was also an angel - he took the time to help in any way he could and made himself available and took care of our every need. The staff is outstanding and the place itself is impeccably clean and well run. I give them my highest recommendation and praise, and my deepest thanks!

My parents moved in to The Legacy about 6 months ago. They both have dementia and were adamant about staying at home, however the experience has been excellent. They have adjusted to their new environment very well and love the staff and the other residents.

My husband and I are very confident with our choice at the Legacy. The staff is friendly and informative about most of what you need to know. We were new to this so we did not always know what to ask. We had to put a relative into memory care. Our relative has a hard time sometimes knowing that there are choices for dinner. She did not understand to use the hamper and her clothes were going to be washed by the staff. Things like that need to be explained over and over again. We don't always know if it is our relative or they did not tell her. When we were looking I used their ladies room. I got to walk around even before the tour. Everywhere was clean. No funny smells. Everyone seemed happy-staff and clients. People were smiling. No one was just sitting in a corner being ignored.

After looking at a couple of assisted living facilities we chose Navion New Bern. Very happy with the choice. The care and personnel are excellent. Facilities are clean, well maintained and amenities cover anything needed.

The Legacy is such a wonderful change from the institutional feeling of most Memory Care facilities. The atmosphere is bright and cheery and the staff are professional, friendly and create a relaxing environment for the residents. The hallways are lit with sconces in place of the institutional overhead fluorescent bar lights. The walls adjacent to the courtyard are lined with large, curtainless windows that can be opened to let in fresh air. There's a small garden in the courtyard as well and a club that takes care of it. They have Happy Hour every Friday afternoon in the lounge which includes a piano, large screen TV, comfy sitting areas and room for dancing! Other popular activities include cornhole, bingo, crafts, puzzle club, walking club, a workout facility and coloring. In addition, they frequently go on trips to restaurants, to get ice cream and to the beach. Most importantly, all residents are treated equally! I highly recommend The Legacy!!!

We had the pleasure of working with [name removed] who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. [name removed] was knowledgeable and thorough during this process. We found the entire staff to be friendly and helpful. When we asked for anything to be done they responded with a smile and sleeves rolled up.

I had visited several places and had made up my mind about another place. I still had Chandler Place on my list to see so I called and made an appointment. While interviewing and discussing my options I was told that there was one apartment that just came open that I might like to see. When the tour guide opened the hallway door and I saw the back door to the apartment, I laid my checkbook on the counter.this place is great. Two hots.and a cot and bingo.The friendly staff and other residents make this place a great experience.Did i mention the food? This place has a chef that really knows how to cook and the servers are the best.There is something for everyone and you come and go as you please.the security is important to me and I feel very secure here.i would recommend Chandler Place as the best independent living community around.

I feel like Mom's memory is declining at a much slower rate, and I attribute that to her participating in and looking forward to the activities, as well as having a social life again! She loves her apartment, the staff is friendly and kind, and always comes to get her if she forgets an activity. The food is very good, and Mom really enjoys the shared mealtime experience. The administrative staff is extremely helpful, and is always greeting residents with a smile.

The Havens is beautiful extremely clean and well maintained and staff and residents friendly and welcomes new residents and their families.

We are so grateful for the team at Chandler Place. The attention they give the residents is much more than basic care. They are treated with love, Kindness and more than anything, respect. I feel that they treat the residents as they would treat their own parents. The Chandler Place family truly cares about each and every individual at the facility, and they go above and beyond their job description. We are so comforted, knowing that our cousin is truly happy and well entertained! Thanks to all of you for all you do!

I have been a visitor at The Havens several times with a choral group or a country retired educator group, or as a visitor with some of the residents. Regardless of the season day. I have always been met with the utmost respect, kindness, professional. The list goes on and on. Matter of fact I hope to one day become a resident if I ever need to live in such a facility.

Chandler Place Assisted Living is a great facility to make a nice and comfortable home for your love one. The staff have been so kind, professional, and caring in relation to my brother who loves living there. He loves the food, prayer groups, and activities. He has progressed extremely well and is much more healthy since first coming to Chandler Place. The staff have been very easy to reach as needed. The facility is very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend Chandler Place as a placement for your love one.

Small and cozy environment. Under 40 residents makes it a more of a home feel instead of a hospital or rehab type. Excellent staff. The rooms are in great condition. Plenty of activities and outings. Great community!

Cypress Square has been an incredible place for my mom for many years. The staff is truly fantastic, and it's clear to see the love and care they give to every resident. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home, and their dedication shines through in everything they do. One of the things we truly appreciate is how they consistently involve family members in activities with the residents, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. We are so grateful for the wonderful team at Cypress Place – we love them all!

The food is great, there are plenty of activities and the staff go out of their way to make the residents safe and comfortable.
