My dad has been at Mallard Ridge for almost a year. We are pleased with Mallard Ridge. The biggest and most important reason is the staff genuinely cares for the residents and wants the best for them. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are a terrific leadership! Their nurses and nurses assistants are so caring with my dad as well!

I felt welcomed by the director. The members of the Retired School Employees enjoyed be reacquainted with former coworkers. Touring the facility is always great. It’s always a pleasure to visit The Havens.

In visiting this facility I take note that the residents come and go and seem very content. I attended a luncheon today and the food was very good. The biggest impression was the staff. They are very friendly and helpful to the residents.

The Havens is a very nice place. It is decorated very nice and is very clean. The residents that are there are very well pleased to be there. The different apartments are nice and provides enough space for living. The food is also very good and there is plenty of different things to do.

I would say most everything has been a 5. We have had to tweak a few things since he moved in. My father is 100 years old and has been with family, so it has been different for him. Everyone has been so friendly and kind. They have lots of activities, but he is not one to go to a lot. I would say it is good value for the money.
