We had the pleasure of working with [name removed] who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. [name removed] was knowledgeable and thorough during this process. We found the entire staff to be friendly and helpful. When we asked for anything to be done they responded with a smile and sleeves rolled up.

I had visited several places and had made up my mind about another place. I still had Chandler Place on my list to see so I called and made an appointment. While interviewing and discussing my options I was told that there was one apartment that just came open that I might like to see. When the tour guide opened the hallway door and I saw the back door to the apartment, I laid my checkbook on the counter.this place is great. Two hots.and a cot and bingo.The friendly staff and other residents make this place a great experience.Did i mention the food? This place has a chef that really knows how to cook and the servers are the best.There is something for everyone and you come and go as you please.the security is important to me and I feel very secure here.i would recommend Chandler Place as the best independent living community around.

I feel like Mom's memory is declining at a much slower rate, and I attribute that to her participating in and looking forward to the activities, as well as having a social life again! She loves her apartment, the staff is friendly and kind, and always comes to get her if she forgets an activity. The food is very good, and Mom really enjoys the shared mealtime experience. The administrative staff is extremely helpful, and is always greeting residents with a smile.

The Havens is beautiful extremely clean and well maintained and staff and residents friendly and welcomes new residents and their families.

I am sad that my husband passed away 3 weeks after admission but during that time he was in 3 different hospitals and was only at Charter for a total of 5 or 6 days. But that said, they took good care of him and me too. I was very impressed of the care the staff gave to their residents. I must tell you that A Place for Mom is the greatest "invention" ever. I was at a high level of stress and getting connected to Place for Mom was a lifesaver. I spread the word about them all the time. And I (and our kids) loved Charter.

We are so grateful for the team at Chandler Place. The attention they give the residents is much more than basic care. They are treated with love, Kindness and more than anything, respect. I feel that they treat the residents as they would treat their own parents. The Chandler Place family truly cares about each and every individual at the facility, and they go above and beyond their job description. We are so comforted, knowing that our cousin is truly happy and well entertained! Thanks to all of you for all you do!

I have been a visitor at The Havens several times with a choral group or a country retired educator group, or as a visitor with some of the residents. Regardless of the season day. I have always been met with the utmost respect, kindness, professional. The list goes on and on. Matter of fact I hope to one day become a resident if I ever need to live in such a facility.

Chandler Place Assisted Living is a great facility to make a nice and comfortable home for your love one. The staff have been so kind, professional, and caring in relation to my brother who loves living there. He loves the food, prayer groups, and activities. He has progressed extremely well and is much more healthy since first coming to Chandler Place. The staff have been very easy to reach as needed. The facility is very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend Chandler Place as a placement for your love one.

Small and cozy environment. Under 40 residents makes it a more of a home feel instead of a hospital or rehab type. Excellent staff. The rooms are in great condition. Plenty of activities and outings. Great community!

There simply are no words that are adequate to give Carolina Reserve at Hendersonville enough credit for all they have done for our mother in her last years. The staff has been so patient, kind and lovely to our mother. Thank you so much. [name removed]

Cypress Square has been an incredible place for my mom for many years. The staff is truly fantastic, and it's clear to see the love and care they give to every resident. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home, and their dedication shines through in everything they do. One of the things we truly appreciate is how they consistently involve family members in activities with the residents, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. We are so grateful for the wonderful team at Cypress Place – we love them all!

My mom has been a resident of Cypress Square for over one and a half years. I visit her every day and can see firsthand how well she is cared for. Cypress Square has a family atmosphere. The food is great, there are plenty of activities and the staff go out of their way to make the residents safe and comfortable.

The Square has from the very first meeting been a positive experience for us. Trista and all the staff here are always so nice and caring for mama. We are so thankful for Dublin Square and would and do recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of care.

Place for Mom gave us a list to check out. We researched four places. PFM would make an appointment, give us advice before going, and asked what we thought after our visit. Everything they said rang true. At the Legacy the staff is very friendly. The facility is clean. There were no odors even though I stopped by several times during the week unannounced. The food looked similar to what I would cook. Once a week Laundry, sheets, room is cleaned. Laundry is done individually - not mixed in with others. The rooms are spacious and the windows let in much light. We are pleased in the care our relative is receiving. Staff is available to answer questions We are pleased we chose The Legacy.

Every single person on the staff is amazing. They truly do care about the residents. They are always happy and helpful.

We have had my grandma here since July 2024 and the transformation has been amazing! She was not excited about moving into assisted living but the entire staff has been so welcoming, patient, and kind. They truly know and care about all of the people living there, and have created a supportive community. My grandma has even been recruiting other people to move in with her and telling them “it’s not so bad” (the biggest compliment for her!).

My Dad has been at Cypress Square for 5 years. We dropped him off during Covid and did not get to visit with him in the facility until the end of the year. Cypress Square welcomes him with open arms and have made him feel at home. All of the staff are very caring. As hard as it is to see your loved one in a facility, I am pleased that he feels at home. The staff has made this so easy.

Staff and residents seem so kind. The living room, bathroom, and bedroom in the one bedroom apartment are a nice size. The activity calendar has two to three activities a day during the week. Dining room has a variety of food choices. Looking forward to getting my mom settled here in the next few weeks.

Our mom/Grandma has blossomed at Cypress and has a safe place to be social and live the best life for her. We are so comforted to known she is being taken care of. We've also enjoyed a number of family events with her and visit often to see how she is thriving.

My brothers and I live outside of Somerset/Pulaski County and we have been worried about Dad living alone for the last several months. We moved him in to Highlands and now we no longer have to worry about him. He is safe and secure at Highlands. He’s adjusting very well; and this time, when we left to go back home, we knew there were people taking care of him and ensuring he is well and happy. We are so grateful for the team at Highlands Square!
