My Mom, [name removed], has been here 3 years. On our tour, we were leaving out the front door, my Mom stopped my sister and me, said this is where I'm meant to be. What a wonderful family and home she has here. Such a genuine caring family . We are all blessed!

My Mom loves it. She wouldn't want to be anywhere else. She says this is the best place. Everyone is very nice. They take very good care of her and do lots of fun activities. I highly recommend Hammond Square.

Hammond Square has made transitioning for mom so much easier than expected. The staff assisted with all our questions and needs. The best part. As she needs more help with daily needs, I can add those.

The staff are professional and personable, friendly and helpful! Room size is great for my husband, it is a single room, he does not have a roommate.

I don’t have enough words to express the appreciation I have for the care and comfort they provide to my dear Dad. My family is grateful for the day we walked in and met the people in CG and heard about the community, the philosophy, and the care. We knew we had come to the right place. The personal style, the team’s commitment, and the whole CG community of workers, residents, and family brings our family peace and comfort in many moments. They treat Dad as a person with a big life and a personality. They talk to him, listen to him, and understand his personal wants and needs. The nurses and aids, kitchen staff, cleaning and maintenance, activities team, receptionist, and management – every person is kind and caring to the residents, the family, and to each other. The food is appealing, and the activities are varied to make sure there is something that everyone can enjoy. This is not just a place for Dad. We feel part of a community of people who care for my Dad and care about us.

From the start of meeting with and talking with staff we as a family knew that Helena Square was the place for our family menber! The staff is helpful,to concerned and caring. We have asked many questions and someone has always gone above and beyond to find solutions. They have many activities and entertainment for the residents. They even allow small pets! Our family member loves their apartment. We are glad to find such a great place for our elderly family member to live and thrive! If you find your family in need of placement, l highly recommend Helena Square!

My mother lives there and we have had a great experience. She says it feels like a family. She feels the staff is friendly and accommodating to her. It is at a great location near the library and post office in the heart of the lawyer downtown of Port Royal with a coffee shop next door.

During the holiday season, I was worried my mom would be sad, but I couldn't have been more wrong! The programming and activities are excellent. Using all the decor from her home, we decorated her apartment. She has made friends with folks who are like family, and so have I. This is an excellent community, which I highly recommend.

We always recommend to anyone who asks us. It has been a blessing to have Mom safe, happy and reasonably independent. We picked them because you guys identified three options based on our budget and location requirements. My Mom chose Chandler Place because it felt most like 'her'.

Transitioning our family patriarch to assisted living has been stressful but the Legacy management and staff have gone above and beyond to help make this difficult task as smooth as possible. Every single employee greets us with a smile and willingness to help facilitate our family member's needs. Very clean and attractive place too.

Colonial Gardens was exceptional in every way. Staff was happy(well cared for and appreciated by management) and enjoyed their duties. Couldn't be happier. I'd go there myself. Thanks for recommending them.

My husband entered Colonial Gardens in a wheelchair [date removed], following hip surgery from a fall, due to dementia. He was soon walking independently with a rollator. He began to once again enjoy meal times and snack times. He liked being out in the sun in the enclosed central courtyard. Many activities for the residents include: holiday cookouts, planting flowers, muscial programs, and many outside adventures; the zoo, farmer's market, state fair, etc. Families are encouraged to visit any time and participate in activities with loved ones. The staff is trained in memory care techniques, acknowledging residents by name as they pass by and asking how they're doing. My husband was happier due to the socialization and interaction with others. The administrative staff, medical staff, and support staff; maintenance, kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping operate efficiently and answer any questions promptly. My husband peacefully died [date removed], and I am thankful to CG for the kind and safe care.

Our dad has been at Ashley Square for several years and loves it. He has come out of his shell, and is participating in things and doing things we never thought he would do. Even dressing up for special dress days. We always look forward to the Facebook posts, just so we can see what he has done next!!! :)

This is the best place to be for too many reasons to list, but i will say most of all for the great staff who definitely love and care for all the residents, including management, care team, dietary team, and housekeeping. We appreciate each of you and how you make Ashley Square the best place to be.

A good friend of mine, who is like family to me, her mom is at Ashley Square! She loves it there, and in turn we all do. Her being happy and feeling welcomed and loved, makes us all feel welcomed. We are very thankful for all they do!

Ashley Square is very genuine in all they do for my adopted mom and all the residents. Mom couldn't have chose a better family to be a part of, and family is what everyone is made to feel like at Ashley Square!

Ashley Square is definitely home away from home for all of their residents. Everyone is kind and caring! I've been in several other places, and Ashley Square is definitely my favorite and so glad we chose this to be home.

i love Ashley Square, and all the great friends that me and my family has been able to make. We are all one big family at Ashley Square! Great team, Great atmosphere, Great environment, and great care for all the residents! I wouldn't want our family to be anywhere else!

We had a wonderful team of nurses and administrators. We placed him in Richland for what we thought would be a temporary month after he had a fall. It ended up being the best move we could have made for him. Richland is a special place with special people. I could be at ease knowing that he was with "his crew" as he called the nurses. They are the only reason I could sleep at night over the past year and a half. They danced with him, joked with him, and when I'd look through the window at the door, they were engaging him and giving hugs. Richland truly became his home. When he came to Richland he wasn't walking and within a week he was dancing! [name removed] has been wonderful, keeping the residents engaged and active, and would send me fun photo updates of my dad. [name removed] was a gem during the onboarding process and beyond. All of the nurses were amazing. Their upbeat attitudes kept my dad happy during his final days. I've only met [name removed] briefly as he was new, but he was wonderful and really helped out when we really needed him there at the end.
