I LIKE THE COMMUNITY AND THE STAFF WHO ARE CARING AND ATTENTIVE. tHE MENU IS APPEALING AND NEEDS SOME SMALL IMPROVEMENTS. I LIKE THAT SHE IS ACTIVE WITH THE OTHER RESIDENTS AND KEEPING ACTIVE. I LIKE THAT SHE HAS ADJUSTED TO HER NEW ENVIRONMENT. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO OTHER FAMILIES FOR GOOD CARE AND A NICE VALUE

I like the care that my father is receiving at this community. The staff is nice and very attentive to my father's needs. The community is clean with a nice atmosphere. The menu offers a good variety of healthy meals. They do offer the residents to be involved with the activities that are offered to keep active I would recommend this community for the good care and the value of care to others.

The Havens is a beautiful home for loved ones who need some assistance. The rooms are spacious and can be decorated to suit the resident. The staff is wonderful-friendly, caring, helpful, and seem to truly enjoy their jobs. They treat the residents like family. It is clean and well-maintained indoors and out. There is a courtyard and there are sidewalks for strolling around the building. The meals are very good. Because of dietary restrictions and sensitive systems, there is not a lot of salt or heavy seasonings, but I have found with a little salt and pepper everything is delicious. There is PT onsite as well as monthly visits onsite by a local physician. A podiatrist comes every other month. There is a little beauty shop. It really feels like an apartment complex more than an assisted living facility. I hope when I reach the point in my life where living at home is no longer a safe option that I will be able to find a place like this for myself. Our family has no complaints with the care our loved one is receiving at The Havens.

This is a nice community. We like staff who are attentive and respectful. The community is clean. and a nice atmosphere. We liked knowing that she is now getting involved with the other residents in the activities. We were happy to know that they were able to meet her special diet needs. This location is close to us so that we can visit more often. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one for the good care and the nice value.

This is a nice community for care. We were happy with the staff and care takers. My mom was happy there and she seemed to like the meals. They offer my mom activities that she did participate. I would recommend this community for the good care and the value to other families.

Very nice. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Very clean.

Cypress Place is a blessing! The community relations manager worked with our family to resolve all of our concerns and hesitations for weeks. Mom was extremely hesitant to move in until we took her for a visit, she fell in love with the staff and other residents. The team treats her like a queen, she is so happy there after being by herself at home for years. Thank you so much for all you do at your community to help the lovely residents. We chose this community over others because of the size and great value. They are a smaller community where everyone knows your name and they even know me and the rest of my family. This is home!

I wanted to move my mother into Kerner Ridge. I really like how they interacted with the residents and I was very impressed. The deciding factor was the location, it was too far for family to visit easily.

Excellent care

I've been very satisfied with Langston Place so far. I haven't moved in yet but they have been very helpful. I've had several meals there already.I have a few friends from church who live here and I've even made some new friends.

I like the care at this community. My son is doing well here and the staff is very caring and attentive. The meals are good and a nice variety is available. The community is clean and he is liking the activities. We would recommend other families here to for the good value and the good care.

Very happy with the Northlake House. The staff is dedicated and professional in all respects. We feel strongly that mom is being cared for 24/7. It's a great feeling to know she is safe.

Brookdale Lawnlake is one of the best communities I've been in! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I was there today visiting my husband and they had a man playing the piano and a woman singing. It was so sweet and I looked around and all residents had a smile on their face. I enjoyed it very much and they have things like this going on all the time.The meals are Delicious and they aren't fatty or greasy. The chef comes out and asks what the residents what they would like to eat and makes them custom meals. I like that they assign nurses to residents so they can become familiar.[Removed] who works there described it perfectly and I have never heard this before he said, "This is their home and we treat them as if we are caring for them in their home." I visited a lot of communities and none of them compared to Brookdale.

It felt more like home and I was impressed when we toured. We really like the place and everyone is so good to my mother-in-law. She is treated like family and I believe she is very happy. It is a clean community and in the process of remodeling, its going to look much nicer. The staff are great and I would recommend this community to family and friends. We appreciate A Place For Mom's help, it was really great.

I like the care of this community. The staff is nice and attentive, My mom is not participating and does not want to be social. We have found her to like to be in her room. I would recommend that care for other families with a good value

I think it's a really nice place and we like it. My mother is very resistant so far and just wants to go home.The staff is very patient and understanding with her. She says she doesn't like the meals but one of girls there says she eats well. She has a companion who comes in twice a week and encourages her to go to the dining room and roam the community. We chose Dalton Place because my mother really liked it when we toured. I would recommended them.

I toured this community for my mother's care. The community was clean and the staff was friendly. They offered activities. The community did not have the care that I was needing at the time. I would recommend families to tour the community to see if this is what they are needing for the care of a loved one.

My father is now a resident at Arbor Ridge. I have looked for four months for a place that is worthy of my father. This place is wonderful. The staff is wonderful, one of the cleanest places I saw in my search. He has his independence but I know he is being watched by an excellent staff, caring people at an excellent price from other facilities I have seen. He mostly brags about how good the meals have tasted and loves the fact he has his cat with him. Thank God for places like Arbor Ridge. Could not be happier.
