Chandler Place is a wonderful independent senior living residence! The staff is terrific and the meals amazing. The apartments are cozy and there is a welcoming atmosphere from the time you enter. I am grateful to have such a setting for friends and family members to be able to live together in a safe environment!

I would like to share my experience with Brookdale Chandler Place in Rock Hill, S.C. I began communicating with [name removed] by email. He was always so prompt with any reply to my questions and concerns. This really impressed me as I began my search for a new home for my mom. I knew that the transition may be a challenge for her as well as our family. I met with [name removed] and was very impressed by his knowledge and experience of senior living. He was well aware of my family's anxiety involving a new lifestyle my mom would have to adjust to. Again [name removed] was there every step of the way from the first meeting until papers were signed and then 2 months to the present he has been involved with her adjustment to her new home. He along with the staff is always available and focused with any needs or concerns that may arise. My mom thoroughly enjoys Chandler Place. It truly, as Joshua has shared, a community or I should say a family, from all of the staff to the residents themselves. Such a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend to anyone considering moving a loved one to consider Chandler Place as their new home. [Name removed] and all the staff have made the transition smooth and overwhelmed us with their caring and true concern of how all our lives were changed with this new chapter in my mom's life. My sister has been at Chatham Ridge since it opened. It is the third place that she has been in. We are very happy that we moved her to CR because it is definitely the best place that she resided in since her stroke. She is well cared for and very happy. It amazes me that she could have such a great outlook but I attribute this to CR. Every time I leave CR, I leave feeling good because I never have to worry about her care. It is so comforting to know that our loved one, with her disabilities, is well taken care of and very importantly, happy.

Very clean facility, friendly staff and people seemed generally happy there... I'm impressed...

Very nice entryway, quite and calm; home like resident/family centered. Appreciate the Wander Guard device. Nice sized rooms in Assisted Living. Memory Care much smaller semiprivate, understood the concept. Very helpful staff.

Although our mom didn't have long at Dalton Place before she passed, the support of the staff was wonderful. They understood we were going through a difficult time with the transition and were available to assist and answer questions. Whether we were talking with the administrator or someone in the halls we were treated respectfully. As our mom declined the support increased, especially a big thanks to [name removed] and [name removed]!

This is the nicest facility available in the area. They only offer service for dementia and alzheimer's patients, which I think is nice. However, it was out of our price range.

My mother recently lost her home in the CA Camp Fire that destroyed Paradise, CA. After phoning several senior living facilities, I was connected with [name removed] at Brookdale Chandler Place in Rock Hill. Instantly, I could feel his true compassion to help. I work in healthcare & I have to admit I was reluctant at first that it would meet the high standards we were looking for. [Name removed] and his team have surpassed any expectations I had. I feel they truly deliver the meaning of compassion in every way. I teach nursing students and Brookdale Chandler Place has motivated me to write a lecture on the tremendous need of true compassion when helping an older adult transition into senior living. GREAT JOB to everyone at Brookdale Chandler Place. I highly recommend it.

Where do I even begin? from [Name removed] at the reception desk to [name removed] as Director of MC and all the med techs, RCPs, the staff is so wonderful. They are caring and respectful, gentle and kind. Always asking if we need anything. Both my mother-in-law and father-in-law were here and we've been family at Northstar Place for 1 1/2 years. We love y'all! Thanks for taking such great care of them!

Thank you for taking such great care of my Mom & Dad. All of the staff are so kind and good about checking on them, even 3rd shift. We appreciate all you did for both of them. Now that they are both gone, we still consider you all as family.

Our mother was treated with the utmost respect at all times. She was shown a lot of love, compassion, and patience from all the staff. The admin staff was always there ready to help my sister and me with anything we needed. It was an honor to be a part of the Kerner Ridge family. Our mother went home to be with the Lord on November 5 and the staff has been very sympathetic and kind during this time of loss. Places like Kerner Ridge make these difficult times easier to navigate. Thanks so much for all the places that offer this kind of service and assistance to families like ours.

BrookDale at Lawndale Park exceeded our expectations. The facility was always clean, bright and cheerful. The staff—every single one— is friendly, compassionate and they really get to know the residents personally. From the administration to nursing staff to food service, they treated my mom with kindness and respect. They communicated with me promptly when needed. Very professional and no turnover of caregivers. I am truly grateful for our experience at BrookDale.

Hammond Place is just what my brother-in-law needed. They meet his needs and have activities for him to get involved. It also gives him a place of his own.

Everyone at Hammond Place was very compassionate, willing and helpful to help us get our loved one situated. This is a very clean place with a locked front door which was a big plus for us. The staff’s attention to each resident was very caring and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend Hammond Place to anyone looking for long term care for their loved one.

To me the care staff is good to us. There is nothing bad here, one of the best places anybody could ever be at. I am extremely happy here, the next best things to being at home; but better. I love all the activities here.

Both the Business Office Manager and Life Enrichment Coordinator are great and take care of everything. All of the staff are friendly and the residents seem happy with all of the staff members. The residents seem happy with the care the receive.

The Life Enrichment Coordinator is great. She is great with the residents and connects with all of them and gets as many of them involved in activities as possible. She goes the extra mile to take care of everyone and to put a smile on everyone’s faces, including her coworkers. The Business Office Manager is very professional and friendly to everyone who comes into the building and takes care of all of the residents needs and questions. These two ladies make this place great. Their coworkers are wonderful and caring for all of their residents and their families.

I really enjoy the amount and variety of activities we have to choose from here at Helena Place. Its nice to know that if I want to do something I can. And if I want to relax, I can.

This is the nicest group of people. I have ever met. The residents and staff are more like my extended family. I have lived here 2 years and have loved the secure feeling I have knowing they are taking care of me and my needs.
