When I came for a visit I did not see many residents. It must have been meal time. The community is clean and the interior looks updated. They were in the process of changing the paint color for the walls. The people were all very nice and I had a good tour. This was not a the place for my mom.

The care very much great here. The staff are more than helpful and communicate. He likes the meals and is always looking forward to meal time. They have activities available but my dad goes to an adult day facility a few times a week instead. It is a very new and very clean community, that was important to us.

Although my mom has only been there about 10 days, I have been very impressed. Most importantly, mom seems to like it. Every staff member I have communicated with so far, seem to be genuinely concerned and involved. In stark contrast to mom's previous community, the medical staff gave immediate attention to her list of medications, reassessing need and dosage within the first 36 hours !!!!! The icing on the cake is, the community itself is quite lovely, much homier than prev community. Rooms are spacious and bright.

My father loved this place. he talked about how much my mother would have liked it. He went ahead on renting the smaller one bedroom unit. My wife and I felt great about the place as far as safety and activities for the residents. My father loved the setting along with us. Lynn [Removed] really helped as far as what I wanted and expected. Thank You So Much.

My Father is being cared for very well here at this community. They do an excellent job with the cleanliness. It is an up to date facility, it doesn't even look like an assisted living community. There are activities offered, but I think there needs to be more physical activities for the residents. The staff is great, they are quick to inform us of anything. They are very willing to work with us. He is very pleased with the meals. Overall everything is working out well and I would recommend it.

My grandfather is safe and cared for at this community. They staff have been doing a fine job. I think everything looks clean in the facility. My grandfather has tried bingo and the tons of other activities available. He has made friends too.

We loved Pinewood Place! We liked the cleanliness, the friendliness, and the helpfulness of the staff. We could see the residents were all well cared for and appeared to enjoy being there. They are in the process of getting new furniture after the new paint throughout the place. The cost were again, a little higher than we thought it would be, but it is also a place we will consider.

Cypress Place was clean, well maintained, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the residents all appeared to be well cared for and the staff knew them. The cost was higher than we had hoped due to my parents limitations, but it is a place we will consider.

A wonderful and safe environment. The staff is exceptional.

Clean - beautiful - all employees are great - food is excellent - cannot say enough good things to describe how much our family member loves living here.

We are very impressed with everything this community has done for us. My mother has adjusted very well to this community. She absolutely loves it here! She calls it home and says she never wants to leave. The community is very well-kept, they keep everything very clean and nice. The staff is amazing, my mother really enjoys the staff. They are caring for her very well, I know she is in good hands. There are many wonderful activities offered. She has even gained some weight. So I know she is eating very well. I am very pleased with her moving here. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

They do offer a lot of activities for the residents to choose from. She enjoys the activities very much. She loves the food, she is eating very well. We are pleased with this community and I would recommend it.

My father receives excellent care. Our family is very pleased we were able to place him at this compassionate facility.

Great place, affordable, excellent and knowable representative.

While having lunch at Ryan's this week I had the privilege of meeting your activities director and about five of your residents. The way she assisted and cared for the residents showed how compassionate she is about them; you can really tell she enjoys what she does. I just had to meet her and see where they were from. All the residents were smiling and having a great time. If the entire staff is as loving and caring as her I'm sure that is all around a great place to be. When it's my time Hammond Place will be my first stop.

Having Mom at Chatham Ridge has been a really good experience. The staff are all very nice and friendly and very attentive to Mom's needs. The place is still on the newer side and very clean. Mom has made friends and enjoys doing the daily crafts and walking with the on site walking club. I am very happy with the decision!

I love this place. The food is great and the place has a lot of activities. Plus my sister can have her dog!

Things have gone very well with Dalton Place, so far! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and the staff seems very caring and conscientious towards the residents. They're taking very good care of our loved one, we're completely satisfied with the service!

This is the perfect place for me so far. Scoti has been phenomenal! She has had an answer for every concern I have had!! She has introduced me to other residents made sure I know the staff and has connected me with others who can help with my move. Thank you Jody for connecting me to this fabulous place!!!

After visiting several assisted living communities, Brookdale Rocky Mount far exceeded any of our expectations. They truly go out of their way to make every resident feel like part of a family. They meet any and all of their needs and offer activities and outings to fill the days. They are kind and compassionate to everyone and the rooms are spacious and clean. Could not have asked for anything better!
