I've been very satisfied with Langston Place so far. I haven't moved in yet but they have been very helpful. I've had several meals there already.I have a few friends from church who live here and I've even made some new friends.

Very high praise for staff. Very friendly are helpful. Plan to move here when the time comes

I like the care at this community. My son is doing well here and the staff is very caring and attentive. The meals are good and a nice variety is available. The community is clean and he is liking the activities. We would recommend other families here to for the good value and the good care.

Very happy with the Northlake House. The staff is dedicated and professional in all respects. We feel strongly that mom is being cared for 24/7. It's a great feeling to know she is safe.

Brookdale Lawnlake is one of the best communities I've been in! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I was there today visiting my husband and they had a man playing the piano and a woman singing. It was so sweet and I looked around and all residents had a smile on their face. I enjoyed it very much and they have things like this going on all the time.The meals are Delicious and they aren't fatty or greasy. The chef comes out and asks what the residents what they would like to eat and makes them custom meals. I like that they assign nurses to residents so they can become familiar.[Removed] who works there described it perfectly and I have never heard this before he said, "This is their home and we treat them as if we are caring for them in their home." I visited a lot of communities and none of them compared to Brookdale.

It felt more like home and I was impressed when we toured. We really like the place and everyone is so good to my mother-in-law. She is treated like family and I believe she is very happy. It is a clean community and in the process of remodeling, its going to look much nicer. The staff are great and I would recommend this community to family and friends. We appreciate A Place For Mom's help, it was really great.

I like the care of this community. The staff is nice and attentive, My mom is not participating and does not want to be social. We have found her to like to be in her room. I would recommend that care for other families with a good value

I think it's a really nice place and we like it. My mother is very resistant so far and just wants to go home.The staff is very patient and understanding with her. She says she doesn't like the meals but one of girls there says she eats well. She has a companion who comes in twice a week and encourages her to go to the dining room and roam the community. We chose Dalton Place because my mother really liked it when we toured. I would recommended them.

Very impressed with everything, including the sales counselor, [Removed]. Price is right and my mother is convinced. This is potentially the place!

I toured this community for my mother's care. The community was clean and the staff was friendly. They offered activities. The community did not have the care that I was needing at the time. I would recommend families to tour the community to see if this is what they are needing for the care of a loved one.

My father is now a resident at Arbor Ridge. I have looked for four months for a place that is worthy of my father. This place is wonderful. The staff is wonderful, one of the cleanest places I saw in my search. He has his independence but I know he is being watched by an excellent staff, caring people at an excellent price from other facilities I have seen. He mostly brags about how good the meals have tasted and loves the fact he has his cat with him. Thank God for places like Arbor Ridge. Could not be happier.

This community is very nice. The staff are very helpful with everything that we had questions about. The community in a whole was very nice. The only thing that we thought would be a problem was the layout. The floor plan is all windy and that is very confusing to a person that is in memory care.

[Removed] and I knew it was time to make changes in our lifestyle. She visited Helena Place and moved in November 11th. She enjoys fellowship and kindness of the residents and staff.

My mother really enjoyed her time here at this community. It is a really nice facility, and I was pleased with all they did for us. The caregivers were great, they took very good care of her, and her needs. It was a short experience, but it was a good one. My mom was very happy here. This is a community I would recommend.

The staff here goes above and beyond in caring for all residents. Whenever I have a question or concern, it gets immediate attention. I feel very blessed that my mom loves where she lives and we know she is well taken care of.

The entire staff gives goes out of their way to ensure my father has best care available. The staff truly cares about others who are going through a special time in their lives. They do an excellent job in communicating with family members while providing a homey atmosphere.

I really loved this community and it would have been my first choice for my parents. The people were nice and they were very helpful with us. The community was nice and clean as well. The only thing was that it was a little to expensive.

Clean, well maintained facility. All staff we interacted with,including-care aides, receptionist, hoousekeepers,the executive director, were warm,friendly and helpful. OBSERVED Residents engaged in a wide range of activities. Will definitely use when the need arises.

My mom is doing well, it was difficult to transition but she is where she needs to be. Her ability was limited and the staff are friendly while assisting her. She is making contact and getting to know the residents. The meals are being eaten and they are getting her medication on time. It is a very nice place and I get a friendly feel and it is very attractive. Mom is in a little suite that is a nice size comparable to other places. The residents are friendly and the community is a lot closer. I would recommend them.

It was all good during tours. The people were very good and I did not make an appointment, I just stopped by. I knocked on the door and took me around showing me the whole community. It had a spacious apartment with nice activities. It was a friendly community with very good care. However, this was not close to me.
