Friendly staff and enjoyed our visit. Residents appeared to be happy and were smiling. Staff was upbeat and seemed to be happy. Clean and neat inside/outside and we felt very comfortable there.

They are fulfilling all of the promises that were given to us they check on him often. The attentiveness is great. They interact with dad well. They have engaged him to join the daily activities. He get 3 good meals a day. They have a shuttle if he has an appointment or shopping. It is nice and clean there's no clutter around. I would recommend this to other families.

I left my mom there while my husband and I went on vacation and they were amazing. The staff was so accommodating and professional l. She loved everything about her stay which gives me such a peace of mind.

Dalton house was an amazing place with every detail covered with excellence. True personal care for each individual and their wishes is coupled with a safety net of good care. [Removed] was fabulous and expressed the deep care and flexibility we are looking for. Safety and transitional care tops off this exceptional option for my parents.

While looking at other locations for my love one I discovered that his is the sister property of Pinewood Place so it’s laid out pretty similarly. The staff team here is just as nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Everything is going okay with my love one being here. The staff is definitely giving her the attention that she needs. The staff is very communicative: I can ask them any questions and if I request anything they fulfill it by the next day or maybe sometimes within the hour. What stood out to me the most when I first toured the facility is how all the staff spoke to us. They offered their services if we had any questions and I was very impressed by that. I recommend this property.

This place is fantastic! Everyone here is so friendly and nice. I’m one of the youngest here they have all have been like my adopted grandparents. They all hug me, they’re so sweet, and I try to remember everyone’s names. The staff as well as the resident is such a good group of people. They always invite to do social activities like art class, or to get groceries, invite me to go out and eat, and they just pretty much try to include me in anything. They provide lots of activities to participate in. If I could I would rate this place a 6. The food however, I believe could be better. Some meals don’t really seem edible to me and I would like to see a green vegetable on a plate and not mush. However, the other residents seem to like it. As far as the maintenance staff and the overall staff team they are over the top friendlier that any other place that I’ve been in my life. They are helpful, courteous, respectful, and just outstanding. If you need something fix they’re right there to fix it, if you need help at all with anything they are running to you to assist. Overall it is a very welcoming, warm, and wonderful place. I highly recommend. This was the best choice I have made for a place to live in especially with my disability.

This community has been so helpful with the care of my mom.Very caring and attentive. She has a studio apartment and they allow cats so this was the deal breaker mom got to keep her cat. And some others had cats too so they can bond. They get 3 meals a day and are very good they have a set menu but have alternates if wanted. It is beautiful and clean in here. She enjoys all the daily activities they offer she tells me "I gotta go to my meetings I can't talk now." They have a nice indoor courtyard area. I would recommend this community.

My mother is doing very well here at Walnut Ridge. She had just turned 99 years old so it was getting to that time to put her somewhere. My mother enjoys the many interactions with more people, she loves the activities that she participates in, and the staff team takes good care of her. I was worried at the beginning, but honestly this was the best thing that I could have done. My mother gets three meals a day and she loves the food there. She has a prescription for one medication and they help administering it to her regularly. She receives assistance about three times a week for her bathing and she loves it because it makes her feel better. She has a small private room so she has her independence and privacy, but someone is occasionally checking in on her making sure that she is OK. She is very happy here which makes me happy. The location is very convenient as well because it is about five minutes away from my sister and I. I just feel so appreciative for the care that she gets.

Dalton Place is an excellent, well kept community. My Mom's transition from her home has been challenging due to dementia. The management and staff at Dalton Place have been beyond compassionate and understanding. Our family is blessed to be working with such wonderful people.

Mom seems to be doing pretty good at Brookdale W. Arlington W. Boulevard. I really like the care she is receiving there. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's needs. The staff is easy to communicate any questions or concerns regarding my mom and I usually have a lot of questions. She does like to participate in the activities they offer. They encourage the residents to participate and you can hear them announcing the activities that are getting ready to begin.The food is good, I have dined there and they offer good choices with variety. They also offer choices for residents with special diets. She likes her studio apartment. They have an interior courtyard and sunroom, and also a music room. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would recommend this community to others.

[Removed] was very kind and did a great job on the tour. We like the facility very much. Liked the smaller number of apartments in the building. People very friendly.

We like this community for care.The staff is nice and helpful for her needs. We like knowing that this is a good environment that is clean and maintained. The offer meals that she does enjoy. We like knowing that she is involved with the activities. We would recommend this community to other families for the good care and value that is offered.

Mom is still adjusting to being here she is slowly getting used to it. The staff, however, has been amazing they are so nice and friendly. In fact, the administration has worked very well with us in regards to placing a camera in my mom's room so we can see how and what she is doing and it has worked out well for all involved. Mom, for the most part, likes the food they serve the main meal at lunch time and at dinner they have something light. Moms room is spacious enough where she can have some of her own furniture to make it feel like home.

When we realized we could no longer take care of my dad at home because of his dementia we started looking for a secure place for him to live. The management worked with us, answered all our questions, and put all our fears to rest. This was one of the hardest decisions we ever had to make, but not only does the staff take excellent care of dad they took a personal interest in our family. We have an open line of communication with the staff & management. We are truly treated like family. We couldn't ask for more.

This community has gone beyond our expectations in their care for our mother. I have not seen my mother so content in many years. She is taking part in the activities and on the field trips she has helped the needy kids pick-out school supplies, she helped a friend find a watch. The community is beautiful, clean and welcoming.

I am so pleased we found this community it was a such a good choice. My dad is very happy there he really likes it. The location is just perfect for people to visit. The staff is wonderful very friendly they take their time with the residents and families they are very interactive with the residents. The food is fine here. I really have the piece of mind knowing that he is here and he is being taken care so well.

We are very happy with care of my father. The staff has been very good to him. We have been happy that he likes the care and the menu of healthy meals. They offered him to participate in activities. We would recommend this clean and nice environment for other families for the care of a loved one.
