Although our mom didn't have long at Dalton Place before she passed, the support of the staff was wonderful. They understood we were going through a difficult time with the transition and were available to assist and answer questions. Whether we were talking with the administrator or someone in the halls we were treated respectfully. As our mom declined the support increased, especially a big thanks to [name removed] and [name removed]!

This is the nicest facility available in the area. They only offer service for dementia and alzheimer's patients, which I think is nice. However, it was out of our price range.

My mother recently lost her home in the CA Camp Fire that destroyed Paradise, CA. After phoning several senior living facilities, I was connected with [name removed] at Brookdale Chandler Place in Rock Hill. Instantly, I could feel his true compassion to help. I work in healthcare & I have to admit I was reluctant at first that it would meet the high standards we were looking for. [Name removed] and his team have surpassed any expectations I had. I feel they truly deliver the meaning of compassion in every way. I teach nursing students and Brookdale Chandler Place has motivated me to write a lecture on the tremendous need of true compassion when helping an older adult transition into senior living. GREAT JOB to everyone at Brookdale Chandler Place. I highly recommend it.

Where do I even begin? from [Name removed] at the reception desk to [name removed] as Director of MC and all the med techs, RCPs, the staff is so wonderful. They are caring and respectful, gentle and kind. Always asking if we need anything. Both my mother-in-law and father-in-law were here and we've been family at Northstar Place for 1 1/2 years. We love y'all! Thanks for taking such great care of them!

Our mother was treated with the utmost respect at all times. She was shown a lot of love, compassion, and patience from all the staff. The admin staff was always there ready to help my sister and me with anything we needed. It was an honor to be a part of the Kerner Ridge family. Our mother went home to be with the Lord on November 5 and the staff has been very sympathetic and kind during this time of loss. BrookDale at Lawndale Park exceeded our expectations. The facility was always clean, bright and cheerful. The staff—every single one— is friendly, compassionate and they really get to know the residents personally. From the administration to nursing staff to food service, they treated my mom with kindness and respect. They communicated with me promptly when needed. Very professional and no turnover of caregivers. I am truly grateful for our experience at BrookDale.

Hammond Place is just what my brother-in-law needed. They meet his needs and have activities for him to get involved. It also gives him a place of his own.

Everyone at Hammond Place was very compassionate, willing and helpful to help us get our loved one situated. This is a very clean place with a locked front door which was a big plus for us. The staff’s attention to each resident was very caring and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend Hammond Place to anyone looking for long term care for their loved one.

To me the care staff is good to us. There is nothing bad here, one of the best places anybody could ever be at. I am extremely happy here, the next best things to being at home; but better. I love all the activities here.

Both the Business Office Manager and Life Enrichment Coordinator are great and take care of everything. All of the staff are friendly and the residents seem happy with all of the staff members. The residents seem happy with the care the receive.

The Life Enrichment Coordinator is great. She is great with the residents and connects with all of them and gets as many of them involved in activities as possible. She goes the extra mile to take care of everyone and to put a smile on everyone’s faces, including her coworkers. The Business Office Manager is very professional and friendly to everyone who comes into the building and takes care of all of the residents needs and questions. These two ladies make this place great. Their coworkers are wonderful and caring for all of their residents and their families.

I really enjoy the amount and variety of activities we have to choose from here at Helena Place. Its nice to know that if I want to do something I can. And if I want to relax, I can.

This is the nicest group of people. I have ever met. The residents and staff are more like my extended family. I have lived here 2 years and have loved the secure feeling I have knowing they are taking care of me and my needs.

[Name removed] the executive director is so kind and always available to answer any questions I have. I really enjoy the food. There is a variety of things to eat and I like nearly all of it.

I love living here at Helena Place. My only regret is that I did not move in sooner. They take care of all of my needs and I don't have to worry about anything. I wished I had moved here sooner, as living by myself in my big house was making me feel overwhelmed.

I really like the personal attention I receive at Helena Place. The managers are always available and the care staff treat me with respect. It's just like living in my own home, but I don't have the burden of maintaining the house or being alone when I need help.

Thank you [Name removed], and other staff who were friendly and willing to answer my questions. The community is very nice and peaceful. The apartments are spacious. I love the in-house medical response. Arbor Ridge is definitely in my top 3. I spoke with several residents who love living here.

I came to tour your community for my grandma who lives close by, and [Name removed]was so helpful and kind, she really made the tour pleasant. We still have some time until we move our grandma in somewhere (we are just thinking ahead), but we love how compassionate everyone was there.. definitely our Top community so far!!
