Mustang Creek Estates

I believe I am getting good value for the price. Staff is very friendly and I have not had any major concerns. My mom is very happy there her only re occurring complaint is lost laundry. I worry about her bathing schedule, as she says she doesn't always get a shower. Staff says she gets a shower 3 times a week, my mom is in memory care so I can't fully trust her her opinion

My husband has an illness that has made him wheelchair dependent with great difficulty getting in and out of his wheelchair resulting in frequent falls that I was unable to care for him at home. He was not happy about leaving home to go to assisted living facility but he has said that the majority of the people who work at Mustang Creek Estates are very nice and the food is good, although he wishes for greater variety in the meals. (For example , he’s grown tired of scrambled eggs for breakfast.) He is a lot younger than the other residents in his house so he’s not one to play bingo or to do other activities offered at Mustang Creek Estates and there are many on the calendar. Most importantly, he is well taken care of.

I liked the home type atmosphere, it's very close to my house and it was a good price. They have struggled a bit with their staff, but have finally found some good people. The food was not that great at the beginning but has seemed to be on an upswing recently along with the new staff. My mom is happy there.

We’ve had a really good experience with getting my mom settled in to Mustang Creek. Other than a few little bumps we’ve had an easy time. The people there are so friendly and are willing to help however they can.

My grandmother has been a resident since April 2024. I have noticed some staff members yell at residents and treat them unfairly. The kitchen area in house six is always dirty, and my grandmother's toilet always has problems.

Love the venue and daily activities; However, the area of concerns are: (House #6) the oven/stove is nasty and the sink is always dirty! There is no one there after 10pm; and ever during the day it's hard to find an employee in the house. Staff is short.

Everyone is sweet and willing to help make sure things go smoothly for your loved ones. I highly recommend Mustang Creek Estates Keller to others looking. It has been a positive experience

Overall very satisfied. I would definitely recommend. Only constructive feedback would. Be more! Activities off campus or outside (i.e. walks etc.)

Its adequate. Hard to keep staff. Some staff exceptional no others Need more training exceptional.

A good value for the price. The staff is a mix of really good people, and of course those who are just collecting a paycheck. I would seriously consider Mustang Creek if I had another family member needing assisted living.

We visited Mustang Creek Estates earlier this week. The staff was very kind and helpful in answering our questions and providing a tour of the facility. The staff has been great to work with, quick to return calls and provide information. It is not the right place for our dad for now as he does not need assisted care at this time.

The staff are nice, even if not the most outgoing. We would prefer some more proactive care when it comes to hygiene and fluid management, but when mom asks for help they normally do. We also wish they could help with diabetes care. Housekeeping has improved over time. The move in was easy. The meals are good, although they are not specialized for diet restrictions. I would recommend this facility to anyone with budget constraints.

The facility is great! It is truly set up to make residents feel like they are in a home and family environment. I do wish communication from the staff and visiting doctor was better and more frequent. Overall, my mom is getting wonderful care!

I would say it's a decent place. Small community. Affordable as well. Staff could be friendlier.

The staff at Mustang Creek are friendly and accommodating. When I couldn’t M-F for a tour, someone met me on Saturday. Maintenance is on top of everything. I should have asked more questions about what staff can do and not expected to do for the resident.

Transitioning for my Mother was made easy by [name removed] knowledge and experience. For us Mustang Creek Estates in Keller was a Miracle. The home setting here is wonderful. The attention given to my Mom was great.This was the best place for her to be at end of life. Thank you Mustang Creek in Keller!

Overall Mustang Creek Estates Burleson tried really hard to work with you on price. The food was home cooked meals. Seemed short handed a lot. I feel the staff was overworked. But overall I was happy with them.

My loved one is currently a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Keller. Overall, the facility needs cleaning. Housekeeping needs to do more than wipe the surfaces and the kitchen needs an all over good cleaning.

We love the security and the small community. Everyone knows everybody there.I would recommend to others.

Chose based on the concept and price. I can do all of the things they are doing. Needed some help with occasional assistance. Mom pushed her call button 3 different times and no one came. Not acceptable. That's it in a nutshell. PS: resident must love rice, served often.
