I really enjoy being here. I wish we had a pool though. We has one growing up. But we don't have on here. I like the meals because I don't have to cook. The staff are amazing everyone is kind. The care staff are not appreciated enough. I was a nurse for many years. I know how hard it can be. I would give my overall experience rating a 5 if we had a pool.

This place is nicely run. It is a convenient location. Pleasant surroundings inside and out. Staff well trained. One of the cleanest place I have seen. Food is very well done. Requests are acknowledged and client are taken care of. They take the time to listen to concerns. Even when you ask for something they can or can't do. They take the time to explain why they can't do what you asked. The staff find ways to make you happy.

A very nice place, the resident living space is very up To date has a real feeling of home. Lots of activities To keep the residents active. The location is also convenient for family and friends to visit.

Morningside is a good place to be at. There was a [fee amount] prescription monthly fee that I didn't know about. But overall, it's a good place. My mom got a bigger studio, which is big enough. When looking at the one bedroom apartment it did seem big enough. They're always seems to be a lot of fun things going on which is good.

This life that we are on is a journey. Our journey for my mom brought us to this little gem called Morningside House of St. Charles. Transition is difficult, but the staff made everything so easy for this transition. Everyone we met was pleasant and ready to assist. I would like to personally give a shout out to [name removed]. for being real and giving great insight to best and worst case scenarios during the enrollment process. Although [name removed]was doing her job, she greeted the family with a true spirit of love and warmth. I know we made the right decision for mom to be a resident at Morningside.

The staff takes great care of my husband. They do so much extra stuff and it is so much appreciate.

The staff members at Morningside House are great and very approachable. The activities staff is also great. It's a small thing, but sometimes they get my loved ones clothes mixed up with other residents. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking care for their loved one. The staff really seems to care about the residents.

The people are great and the facility is good. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. We love it. Wonderful staff. I have nothing else to add.

Very attentive and engaging with the residents. Feels like a family environment. They are attentive to the specific needs of each resident. Many of the staff have cared for family members with Dementia so they have a personal connection and/ or experience.

My feedback would be that Morningside is a good fit for my father in law and they try hard to make him feel useful. Overall we would give them a 4/5, they aren't perfect but they try

The folks I talked to regarding the heart-wrenching decision to make a home for my mom gave good advice and showed compassion. It's an adjustment for all involved, but their expertise was welcome and beneficial.

What we like the most about Morningside House is that the staff are super friendly and caring. The biggest issues are with consistency of staff and follow through with certain tasks. The meals are sometimes really good, and other times very basic.

They tend to be short staffed often. Staff nice and doing the best they can. Friendly courtesy staff doing their best. Often short staffed, particularly in dining area.

I honestly feel like my mom is being overcharged, but I'm confident that she is safe and being well-cared for. It's just a lot of money. There have been times where they've had to reimburse me for money because they overcharged her for medicines and things like that. We were also supposed to get money for a referral when my friend moved her mom in law in, and we haven't gotten that yet either. Their billing is very confusing and deceiving. I never get any detailed bills, just a bill that has the cost. I do not like that.

What our family likes the most about Morningside House is how responsive their staff members are! We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I'd say the community accomplishes exactly what it intends to. We feel comfortable that my MIL is safe and if something happens there will always be someone to help. My MIL does not take advantage of so many of the services so I cannot comment as much as I'd like on them.

My experience so far is not quite the best because we have to remind them to change her sheets when they're supposed to be done weekly she has had visitors other patients just walk into her room. One time was when she was sleeping so we had to ask them to make sure that her door is locked at all times. The activities they schedule are great. The problem is she just doesn't want to participate in anything so I can't ding them for anything like that. I would definitely recommend Morningside to anyone who asks with a stipulation that they know keep an eye out. Nobody's perfect. No place is perfect, but she seems content and actually doesn't want to really leave her room.

I would say they were afordable and they had a home like atmospere

The facility is beautiful and the outdoor patio space was wonderful for spending time with our mom. We were always greeted by a warm friendly face at the front desk when we arrived. [name removed] is a caregiver on the memory care floor and is an angel. Our mom took to her right away and it made it much easier to leave when we knew she was there. But for the most part all the caregivers were lovely and kept us feeling informed and at ease. I would absolutely recommend Morningside House of friendship to others in need of a trusted place for their loved one, especially for memory care.
