Spring Meadows is clean and smells fresh. The staff is always helpful when asked between my mom and also when I call or stop by and ask in person. The move in process was a bit complicated because my mom moved from out of state, but they did a virtual tour for her after I went in for an in-person tour. They emailed and we signed her lease electronically to get the best deals before she physically moved in. However, that made their normal move in welcoming delayed for my mom of receiving a welcome packet and welcome sign with her name on her door. The food is always great and they accommodate to whatever dietary restrictions, or if not on menu, they usually can accommodate. Maintenance has been great and very quick and helpful. However, getting an appointment with the on-site Doctor has been very difficult and we are still waiting for someone to call her back through the facility.

We have not been here long, but love it so far. It has been a great place. The facility is clean. The people are very nice. Food is fantastic. Lots of activities. But most of all, Mom is happy!

The room is very clean and my mother-in-law's caregiver is wonderful. Her room is very nice. Overall, once we got settled in, it's been a very good experience. I would recommend it. The disappointing thing is that there were certain things promised like a grief therapy group. For example, that is not there. They need to have more outings. We thought that there would be more outings that my mother-in-law would enjoy. There are very few outings and sometimes she's the only resident that goes out. I feel like they could do better at encouraging residents to join in.

We really like how friendly the staff members are, and the community itself is being updated. We also felt that their prices were reasonable. We would absolutely recommend the Bella Terra community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. There is definitely a genuine concern for my mothers well being and I have no issues contacting them with any questions or concerns.

The main reason my father decided to move to Motif Southbury over others we visited was because he thought it felt and seemed more homey and comfortable. I would recommend this facility to others.

The place was good, and clean. However it just wasn't the right fit for us at the time.

The people were very nice. But I didn't like the way it was set up and laid out. And the amenities weren't as nice as at other places we saw.

This was for memory care and I did not feel like my loved one was ready for this step at the time. She was still very independent.

This community was not as bright as other communities that I looked at. It seemed to be a little dark, the care was good that I was seeing it just did not give that feeling that I was looking for.

It's a lovely community because the residents are fairly active and cognitively sharp. The dining can be improved. The food choices could be improved. The offer trips and activities. They offer exercise and bingo as well as other other options for activities. They do good with transportation for their residents. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

We chose this facility because it seemed to be the best, they did just recently get bought out and they are Brandywine. They are refurbishing everything and Brandywine is definitely a good company. I would recommend to others looking.

The community is very nice, and the staff is very nice also. My loved one has been safe in this community but we like to see some social distancing activities during covid. I would definitely recommend this community to others

After my wife's passing, my daughter went looking for a new home for me. We can to Brandywine for a tour and were asked to stay for a meal. We each got a different meal and passed around our three plates for each other to try. Wow, that was good! During our visit, I listened and at the end I had two questions... "I have a small poodle. Can I bring him along? The answer was yes. My second question was, "Do I have to cook" The answer was no. I responded with "I'm in!". It was the best decision I could have made. Here it is clean and friendly. With Covid19, we have health checks. We have in house medical professionals. There are people who care, good food, and clean quarters. What more could I ask for?

At first my father was reluctant to move to Spring Meadows. Three months later, he LOVES it there! [names removed] and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Activities abound! I haven't seen Dad this happy in years! He's made so many new friends. It puts my mind at ease knowing he is surrounded by people who actually care.

The chef was excellent. The food was specially made and they could accommodate dietary needs. The care was wonderful. a great staff team. and always at least one nurse on site. They had a neuropsychologist on staff that would do cognitive activities with with residents. They had a beauty salon and offered religious services for the residents to attend. The community was aesthetically very nice with beautiful outside areas as well. They even offered the residents wine , cheese, and crackers all day.

Bella Terra needs a lot of work. Some of the staff is wonderful and some not so much. Rooms need updating. Apartment sizes are larger than others in the area. It is a good location for us, close to my daughter’s home.

My mom has lived a Bella Terra for 7 years and has always been well taken care of. She recently moved to the Assisted Living side and all is going well. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. They made the move stress free for us!! I would highly recommend Bella Terra.

My mom has been at Brandywine Reflections for one year. She has been well taken care of ones the year. The staff is pleasant and caring. The facility is very well taken care of.

Very impressed, clean throughout, staff excellent, residents happy!!

My wife has been a resident at Brandywine for the past two months. In that time I've had the opportunity to meet the nursing staff, kitchen and house-keeping staff. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. The community is kept clean and secure. If your considering placing a loved on in an Assisted Care Community, I would recommend Brandywine Assisted Living.
