It's a lot of money but I know it's the going rate, it just seems like a lot. There's nothing that they're doing wrong. She just doesn't want to participate but they make every effort. It's money well spent because for the first time in a long time my husband and I could sleep at night without worrying. It's money well spent, it's just a lot of money. We've eaten there and the food is excellent. There are lots of activities. She has macular degeneration so she can't participate in a lot of them but they have barbeques and music, games and bingo. They play games like family feud and things to jog their memory. They have exercise classes that are appropriate for older people. They have a great deal! They're in the process of overhauling the whole place. Their painting and new rugs and furniture are coming.

All assisted living facilities are very expensive. There is the Inn and the Garden. The activities in the Garden are a 5 but upstairs I can't rate. There seems to be a huge turnover in administrations. That needs to be inproved. My mother is doing fine there.

That was a nice place. It was bright but it was farther away from my house than another place.

These communities are all expensive but you also get what you pay for. I know our loved one is safe and is being taken care of. I would like to see better communication between the community and the family. If you ask a question they will answer it after you find the right person. Ensure that you double check your bill and ensure is the same as they have in their office. Everything has been fine and we have been pleased. They have been very accommodating. Overall it is a good community that takes care of its residents.

First floor & lobby area not too impressive,furniture looked old, carpets not very clean, could use a fresh coat of paint.The resident's rooms and corridors above first floor looked clean & the rooms were a good size. We saw several residents on the patio and around the facility and they looked well-groomed, well cared for. Proximity to public transportation (ie railroad) attractive to us as my mom's friends don't drive, live in the city & could visit more easily. Not certain what the level of care rates are..Mike said they range from $750/mo to about $2300/month. I'm troubled by the statement that 'fees may change without notice'

My sister-in-law actually chose Bella Terra for my mother-in-law. She visits there quite frequently and I'll forward this review to her to complete.

Liked facility & people, though the 1BR rooms are likely too small.

Excellent and thorough tour given by Susan I loved her caring and thoughtful manner with my father.

High care level offerings in assisted living; solid Medicaid transition policy. Nicole is very nice and seems caring.

Put a deposit on a 1 bedroom. Will be taking my parents to see. Facility was very beautiful and people very nice. Definitely would consider this.

27 units / private rooms Fees include everything, including care levels.

have two units in Memory Care. sounds like great facility - 3 levels of care in secured unit. 33 residents, 40 unit capacity. Building a secure wander garden. 3/4 aides to 8 residents. Care coordinator is point of contact. Trips, activities. "No one is bored here." Nurse on unit from 7 am to 9 pm.

The residence is very nice.

a good fit for my father-in-law. Lots of residents with pep in their step. Population is 1/3 male and average age of all residents is 82-84. Close to shops and major highways. Very impressed with director who made us feel very welcome. Dining Room is on lowest level. Residents are restricted to same table each meal which could be a negative, although you can request a change of table. Room size was adequate. Residents wear emergency beepers around their neck. One year lease required, although we were told leases could easily be broken.No discount for veterans.Nice kitchenette in each unit we visited. Large bathroom with shower and shower seat installed. No daily tidy service. Population is 50% Christian/50%Jewish.

facility was very nice - biggest problem is its too far - but from what we saw and discussed it was definitely a place I would of considered

Nice facility, a little far out. Impressed by the fact that they have 24 hour/day RN coverage in house.
