Milestone Retirement Communities

We are very happy with them. They serve a lot of casseroles, but I have eaten there, and it was good. The staff is friendly and it's clean. Their care was rated one of the best in our area. I also liked that it was close to where I work.

My dad has been there at The Meadows Senior Living for about two months and he is doing great. They set him up with a group of people he has been able to make friends with. He has gotten involved with the activities, and he loves the food. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are truly blessed and happy to have him there. He is doing so much better than when he was at home. I very highly recommend them.

It's been great so far. We don't have any complaints or concerns at this point. I would rate them a five out of five. So far so good.

They have really done everything that we could possibly ask of them. One area where they could improve would be the activities. Most of the activities that they have are more geared towards women. Also, they don't really have a place that the residents can go outside alone, and my dad likes to be outdoors. Activities are lacking for males. The people there are very nice, the facility is really clean, and I am really glad to have my dad there.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Caley Ridge Assisted Living! The staff here are very friendly, they always greet you with a smile and are great about learned faces and names so they know who you are and who you're there to see! They've also really been on top of communicating information about how my loved one is doing.

I like that my mom has her own apartment. We didn't find any other places like that. When we toured the facility, the staff was very friendly and it seemed nice there.

After many years of resisting a move to assisted living, my grandmother finally decided to try The Mansions. She moved into the memory care unit as the symptoms of her Alzheimer's and Dementia were being amplified by depression. Through the structured activities, the loving staff and the feeling of security my grandmother experienced her fears eased and her symptoms have quieted. She was able to move over to Assisted Living after a two week evaluation. The difference in her personality during that two week period was remarkable. My grandmother has become very social, began eating regularly again and even participating in the exercise classes. She continues to visit friends she made in memory care and enjoys nurturing those friends. The care team and the activities director have the highest gratitude from our family. The entire staff has made her feel so welcome. We just can't thank them enough. Our experience at The Mansions has far exceeded our expectations.

My sister spent a weekend at Willowood initially. She was so pleased with the surroundings, food, staff, and care that before she left she asked if she could go back. We moved her in a couple of weeks later. She continued to be happy and thrive there. She would tell me that they treated her like a QUEEN and that she hoped to never leave.

We toured the Meadows and found it a pleasent experience> It made my decision easier to place my mom in Memory care there.

They are a ten on friendliness. They keep everything very clean. I feel like they are a good value because they take such good care of my loved ones. They charge for everything extra, but they are very up front about it, so it's very fair. There aren't as many men there, so some of the activities that appeal to the gentleman are harder to come by, finding a card group for example. The food here is wonderful, I have no complaints. One of the reasons we chose this place, besides that we liked it, is that they have a medicaid side to their facility, and they were willing to work with me on that.

Beautiful facility. All residents I encountered on tour seemed to be happy and engaged. Great outdoor areas. Memory Care Unit is open and bright with family atmosphere and even though secure did not have the 'locked in' feel. The care providers I saw were all interacting with the residents in a sincere, caring manner. Overall, very impressed.

They were very clean and very friendly. There is more to do than she can keep up with. The food is more than she can eat and it's pretty good too. They could use maybe a few more staff. We chose them partly because there was no smell and it was very bright and cheerful and clean, and because all the rooms are private.

They are great! It's a newer building, so that helps with keeping it clean, and it's an open feeling floor plan. The staff is very friendly, and they do a good job. We supply all the toiletries, sometimes they will be washing the towels, and there won't be any there. There could be a few more activities geared toward men. They have had a problem keeping the cooks, he says some meals are inedible, but some days it's okay. Overall they try to make it balanced with a salad a vegetable and a protein. I think they have been willing to work with us on the rate, and that was very helpful. I think it's important to have teamwork and a good attitude and they could use a little help with the staff communication, and the morale.

Things have been very good here, I'd give them top marks across the board! They just seem to be doing a great job overall, and I feel like this is a nice safe place for my loved one. All of the caregivers are very friendly, and they always keep the place nice and clean. I haven't had a chance to try the food myself, but I've heard good things, and it always looks delicious!

5 stars Were we staying in OKC we would consider this 1st.

I loved this place. If it turns out that this is the route that I go with my parents this is where I hope that they go.

I think they could maybe have more activities. They do have some but just more variety would be good. My mother is living there. She likes the food there and she said she likes it because it's clean and safe. She feels very safe there. It's in a good location, a good part of town. It's close to hospitals and shopping and there's ample parking. We drove past a few other places and we just kind of clicked with this one.

Pricey with details taken care of beautiful place

Our family had a very lovely and wonderful time during our tour with The Meadows Senior Living. Staff seemed very nice and polite as did office team, front desk and director. Grounds were very nice and rooms were open and clean.
