Milestone Retirement Communities

Our experience with Willowood at Mustang has been a very good one, overall! It's a very safe, secure community, which was our number one concern for our loved one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they provide a good level of care and service for the price. Our loved one has also really been enjoying the activities and food!

The times I have been there it has been great. The food is marvelous. Great facility. We have no complaints, we absolutely love it there.

The staff is very, very good. They are friendly and accommodating and engaged with the residents. My only improvement would be that their menu and dietary concerns seem to be a little lacking. I am very happy that my mother is where she is at though and she is receiving good care.

The staff members are just very caring and compassionate about the residents there and they really helped my loved one transition into her new home and they tried to make her feel as comfortable as possible.

My Mom stayed at Willowood five different times for respite. Respite is a great way to find out which Assisted Livings will meet your needs. You find out if the staff is efficeint, nutrition needs, cleaniless in the rooms, how happy residents appear, activity levels and entertainment for residents. My Mom requires level 2 she is not in the memory wing so I have no idea how the memory wing is, but everything has met our expectations and best of all Mom loves it at her new home. Mom actually wanted to live at Willowood after respite care over my house. I was reluctant to let her become permenant, but after discussing with the director she gave me some good pointers and explained it is better for the residents to become aquainted with each other early on the residents take care of each other vs coming in the last stages of dementia. Willowood has a choir, crafts, bingo, dominoes, daily devotions, and church service on Sundays which was important to Mom's spiritual needs. Mom has been at Willowood on a daily basis since Dec., but so far so good. The staff is really friendly and upbeat and the food is tasty.

They care about people.

There is nothing I can complain about it. Nice facility and friendly staff. The location is great for me.

It's refreshing! We are so happy to have moved her to that facility.

Our first impression was very positive. The residents and staff all seemed happy and friendly. After moving our mother into the facility we are still very impressed. The staff is attentive, positive and very caring toward the residents. The facility is clean. The food is very good and Mom loves the activities. She is feeling and looking better than she has in a long time. Mom seems to have an excitement for life that has been missing in the last several months. I would recommend Cascade Valley Senior Living to anyone looking for a safe, friendly and caring community for their loved one.

The staff are very friendly at Caley Ridge Assisted Living. They give excellent care there. I will say it is very expensive though. It has been a good experience overall. I am pleased with the way things are going.

I don't know that they can do anything better than they do. They take good care of my mom, they are very polite. there is nothing but five's it's an incredible place, the value is unreal. It could not be better.

Our Mom just moved in to The Meadows two weeks ago. She has been very happy there so far. She said the food is excellent, the staff is friendly and she in enjoying the activities. We've observed the clean facilities and that the staff makes an effort to personally invite her to participate in the daily activities that interest her. Living at The Meadows is allowing her to live her life, while getting the assistance she needs to maintain as much freedom as possible. She has mobility issues and the staff responds to her requests for assistance promptly. We've also observed that the other residents appear happy and are out and about socializing during our visits.

I think they really take an interest in the individual themselves, like getting to know their names and that kind of thing. In the dining room they paired my dad with other men so he could make friends and I was impressed with that.

We are very happy with them. They serve a lot of casseroles, but I have eaten there, and it was good. The staff is friendly and it's clean. Their care was rated one of the best in our area. I also liked that it was close to where I work.

My dad has been there at The Meadows Senior Living for about two months and he is doing great. They set him up with a group of people he has been able to make friends with. He has gotten involved with the activities, and he loves the food. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are truly blessed and happy to have him there. He is doing so much better than when he was at home. I very highly recommend them.

It's been great so far. We don't have any complaints or concerns at this point. I would rate them a five out of five. So far so good.

They have really done everything that we could possibly ask of them. One area where they could improve would be the activities. Most of the activities that they have are more geared towards women. Also, they don't really have a place that the residents can go outside alone, and my dad likes to be outdoors. Activities are lacking for males. The people there are very nice, the facility is really clean, and I am really glad to have my dad there.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Caley Ridge Assisted Living! The staff here are very friendly, they always greet you with a smile and are great about learned faces and names so they know who you are and who you're there to see! They've also really been on top of communicating information about how my loved one is doing.

I like that my mom has her own apartment. We didn't find any other places like that. When we toured the facility, the staff was very friendly and it seemed nice there.

After many years of resisting a move to assisted living, my grandmother finally decided to try The Mansions. She moved into the memory care unit as the symptoms of her Alzheimer's and Dementia were being amplified by depression. Through the structured activities, the loving staff and the feeling of security my grandmother experienced her fears eased and her symptoms have quieted. She was able to move over to Assisted Living after a two week evaluation. The difference in her personality during that two week period was remarkable. My grandmother has become very social, began eating regularly again and even participating in the exercise classes. She continues to visit friends she made in memory care and enjoys nurturing those friends. The care team and the activities director have the highest gratitude from our family. The entire staff has made her feel so welcome. We just can't thank them enough. Our experience at The Mansions has far exceeded our expectations.
