Milestone Retirement Communities

The staff at The Mansion is very friendly and caring.It is clean. The food when it was served in the dining room was very good. Isolation with the Pandemic is really hard on the residents both physically and emotionally. The room sizes and outdoor space are adequate.

My dad begin going to Arbor Rose as a Day Care attendee. We were so very impressed with the level of attention and care from the staff. When it came time for him to go to assisted living we were very happy that Arbor Rose had a room available. He has been treated very well. all of the staff are kind, considerate and engage him in conversation as well as greeting us by name when we visit. We love that his care givers are consistent and don't change. We have been so pleased we are now moving my mom into Arbor Rose. From cleanliness to kindness to family support the staff and administration have gone above and beyond. Thank you [names removed] and staff!

The staff are wonderful - they are dedicated to their work, friendly and responsive, and form relationships with all the residents. the facility feels like home and Dad has become part of a warm community. He loves the food and has become friends with several residents. Cap Sante is also at the heart of a small vibrant community, so he can walk to the pizza shop and get a pizza, walk on the track across the street, hop on a bus at the entrance that takes him to the drug store or to the Senior and Fitness Center a short distance away. He is 90, still independent and the whole family cannot imagine a better place for Dad at this time in his life.

This is a correction to my first review. I meant to rate 4 stars but it came out 3=1/2.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my friend. This is a good facility and everything looked fine to me. It’s an attractive building and it’s kept clean. There is no odor when you walk in the door and the staff was friendly. What I really liked about the facility is they have a weighted front door. I felt reassured that there would be no chances of escape. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Very helpful staff who seem to care about my mother.

We were looking for respite for my 97 year old mother and visited several because deciding on here. One reason I liked it was because it is a smaller facility with maybe 70 people. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. We put my mom in here for a 3 week respite hoping if she liked it we would keep her here. She at first was reluctant about staying but after the 2nd week she really adjusted and really is doing well here. Her whole disposition has changed and she is so happy and content and loves all the staff and other residents. She is a smoker and has to go outside to smoke but they gave her a necklace that has a button she can push if she has trouble going out or coming back in. She complained at home being sick often and does not complain about that at all. She has gone out on many outings to lunch or shopping on their bus. Don't think we could have picked a better place. All the staff are super friendly and I can call any time to see how things are going.

The Mansion at Waterford was one of several places suggested for me by A place for Mom, for my wife. I first steered away from consideration thinking that it's location on the edge of Nichols Hills and next to the Waterford Hotel put it out of reach of my working class budget. When my sister had to go into assisted living, however, I looked again as it was close to her familiar surroundings. I am glad I did. She is now living there and very happy. It is reasonable in price after all, gives excellent value for the money and has a very friendly and helpful staff. More important it has the atmosphere of quality apartment or hotel in decor and facilities and none of the smell and sadness one often associates with nursing homes. Since I still have a wife to take care of, it is comforting to know my sister is being well taken care of and is enjoying her new friends.

The Marketing staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs. The Memory Care staff are kind and attentive and work at getting to know my mother quickly.

Willowood is a great place. From the moment we walked in we felt the warmth and comfort of home. The staff from the director to the maintenance man to the nurses aides to the cleaning lady went above and beyond to introduce themselves to us as we made a tour of the facility. On the same day we toured 2 more sites and it was unanimous that mom would be moving to Willowood. She has been there for a short time and has adjusted very well. They paired mom with another lady for meals and it turned out to be a great mix. Both just laugh and talk to each other have a great time over their meals. The staff has been wonderful to mom and made her feel at home and in some cases like their grandma giving and receiving a hug and kiss from them. I can't speak highly enough for the staff. The Wellness Director goes far beyond to make sure medicines are distributed as need and is always on top of everything. Love this Place!

This is a nice facility and the staff is professional and very accommodating. It has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and from what I can tell it is very clean. The residents are very close and they treat each other like family.

Things seem to be going well at The Mansion at Waterford. She had a little adjustment time, but she seems to be settled in now and she is participating in activities and getting used to things there.

This is a very beautiful facility. The grounds are nice and well maintained also. The staff here seems to be friendly and professional at the same time. Overall, it seems to be a great place for the residents.

McLoughlin place not only gives my 95 y.o. mother with a sense of security but also gives our family the security that our mother's needs are being attended to. My mother cannot participate in a lot of activities but most of the residents seem happy to participate. The staff is great and they listen to us.

The Meadows Senior Living is a very nice place with very nice and helpful administration and staff. The food is very good also. They have been very accommodating. My sister is staying there and is doing very well.

We are only 2 weeks in, so I don't have too much to go on, but so far, so good. We have had some wrinkles we've had to work on but the staff has been cooperative with that. I'm sure there's always a few things to sort out at the beginning. At this, we are happy.

So far I really don't have any concerns. The weekend and night staff have had an issue or two. It's clean, and the food is what I would call pretty good, it's a whole lot better than I thought it would be. They have a beauty shop there, that she really enjoys. I like that it never smells.

Everything has been great! The staff are all very friendly and it's a very clean place - with no smell! The care they provide is great! Of course, they get busy, but they get to my loved one quickly. They've called and checked on her if needed. The activities are good and appropriate for the residents. However, one thing I would like to see would be for them to offer some sort of church service. Perhaps having local pastors on rotation to come in and do service. It's important to some of the residents, especially when they are going through difficult times. The price of Caley Ridge is fair, compared to some of the others. Senior Care is expensive as it is, but this place was actually a little bit cheaper than some of the others. One thing we do like is that they take medicaid once the finances run out. My loved one has a nice sized room, and when her Medicaid kicks in, she doesn't have to change rooms or have a roommate. There's no segregation and the other residents don't have to know. Overall, we are very pleased! The staff are wonderful to myself as well as my loved one! The residents are friendly and welcoming! They have a new chef, and the food is getting even better! I can go to bed and not worry about my loved one anymore, which is great!

It's been a really good experience so far. The facility is really nice and it's always in top shape. The staff are always very friendly. If the resident's aren't feeling well, they are very accomodating and helpful. My loved one always loved BINGO, and they play it a couple times a week. They also have crafts, movie nights, and family nights. For all of the ammeneties and activities, it's a very fair price. She's in a good place.
