Milestone Retirement Communities

I liked the Mansion ... and would feel comfortable with my dad staying here, if he chooses to stay in OKC. The location is good. The staff seems good ... and I believe that 99% of OKIEs are good people that would take good care of my dad. I would really like him close to me in Dallas, though. Winter weather is a travel issue.

I am no longer at this community, but I did like being there. The staff was nice. I was happy with the room that I had. I did get involved with the activities like bingo and church activities . They offer church services. I was happy here and would recommend this community to other families.

My brother seems very pleased with his move to community. He says they are taking good care of him and his needs. The staff really go above and beyond for him and his needs. He is likes it here, and I know he is being cared for very well. This is a community I would recommend. They are treating him very well at this community.

Liked the place and am feel it will be a great fit for my father. Working on getting him transferred there now.

I am very pleased with my choice to move my father into this community. The place is kept so clean the maintenance is doing an excellent job. The room my father is in is adequate and fits his needs. The center has so many large windows which provide a good amount of natural lighting. The staff is so friendly. They have gone out of their way to make my loved one feel welcome and at home. They also encourage interaction among the residents so they could make friends. I have not been there during nay meals but I know that my father has the option to eat with everyone in the large dining room or have it taken up to his room.

I am very pleased with how well this community has treated my loved one, the front desk receptionist Kylie as well as the aids Sam and Ada are especially helpful. The overall staff have done a great job at encouraging my aunt to get involved in many of the activities as well as interact with the other residents. She has since made many friends and is really enjoying the company of the other residents. The only thing that could have some improvement is the food.

It was very nice and friendly. In fact we are signed up to move in, in the next few days.

The staff have all been very kind to my loved one, they always are checking on her to make sure she is comfortable and that her needs are being met. The dinning experience is wonderful as well as the tasty meals they provide. Overall this is a great community and I have no complaints.

The staff at Willowood are amazing and truly care about the residents. Our family member has had some medical issues, and the nursing staff have been very helpful in helping us with all issues. Everyone is so friendly and make sure the residents feel at home in this facility. I am impressed with the cleanliness at Williwood; they even wash the baseboards! We couldn't be more pleased!

My uncle is thriving since moving to the community Willowood at Mustang. The staff are amazing with my loved one and with the family. They are very friendly and helpful. We feel secure and know that he is well taken care of. He is enjoying the variety of meals offered. He is doing very well at Willowood!

Everything is working out very well for my parents here. They are pleased with their move to this community. The community looks very well maintained. Their room and the community are nice and clean when I visit. The staff is great, I haven't had any problems with the staff. There are activities offered for the residents. The meals are nice. I know they are being cared for well here. Overall I would recommend it.

Friendly staff, a lot of monthly activities available for residence, special room for family gatherings, & reasonable rates.

This is a excellent community. Very clean outside and the rooms are always well taken care of. The food is very good and a variety. This was a pleasant place in every area. It is very well recommended for excellent care. We found everything to be the best of the best!

My mom is getting pretty good care from this community. It is clean all the time. The meals are more or less, it is okay but it has it's bad days. They seem to be responsive to issues from what I read in their newsletters.

This is a community I would highly recommend, they are taking very good care of my mother in law. The staff have been very helpful. They have been great to work with. The community is neat and tidy. Her room is nice and clean when I visit. She has been very busy, they offer great activities for her to choose from. The meals are wonderful, she has even gained some weight. I know she is getting great care. Everything has worked out very well.

My mother really likes it here at The Mansion at Waterford. She is really happy, she has made friends, attends the different activities they have to offer. I have a piece of mind while she is at The Mansion. The staff is wonderful and take very good care of the residents. We love it.

Everything is great I am loving my time here at Chandler's Square. Everyone here is just wonderful,the staff has been kind and helpful to me with all my needs. The community is very nice looking and maintained well. It has been a great experience so far for me, they have helped me with getting adjusted and settling. I haven't had a chance to experience the activities yet but they do offer a lot of things for you to do. The food has been delicious I love it ! Good experience I would recommend this community to anybody.

My mother is doing quite well over here at Sierra Ridge it is a great place for her to be. Everything thing about the place is really nice and looks great they take very good care of their community and the up keep of it. The staff here is very attentive to my mother and her needs. When she wakes up there is someone here there to help her go to the bathroom and help her get dressed. They also encourage her to go down stairs and try some of the activities out like cards or puzzles. It is a great location close to the hospital and other medical clinics and that is a huge plus for us. I've already recommend this place to some of my friends it is a excellent place to move to.
