Milestone Retirement Communities

We were they for a short amount of time. The administrators were fantastic. The nurse did a great job, along with most of the caregivers.

The community is very accommodating, caring, homey, and willing to work with you. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

Our Mom has been at Caley Ridge for nearly 5 years and we are very happy having her there all of this time. She has really liked living there and I really like all of the staff who are at Caley. I was really impressed at how Caley Ridge were able to keep the residents safe and healthy during the Covid months of 2020 and 2021. I am grateful to all of them for taking such good care of my Mom.

I find this to be a very good facility. The staff go put of their was to make sure that the needs of every person are met as soon as possible. The facility is always clean and cheery. The food is as csn be expected in a place like this with a variety of needs to serve. I have been told more than once that "we ate here to serve you." When I've apologized for making a staff person go out of their way for something I wanted or needed.. This is not home but it comes very close.

We chose Cascade Valley because [name removed] who gave us the tour did a great job and we got a good feel for the place. Also the location is great for us. We met the activities director and nurse and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming and answer all questions and seem open to any feedback. We are very pleased with them and my mom is happy here.

Our family had an in person tour and this was our first choice. The way the community was set up was appealing, the residents have little home-like cottages so it made visiting our loved one much less limited, we would have as much access to her as we wanted. However, our family did not pick it due to the traffic patterns and it being to far away from our location. With the long drive and getting stuck in traffic it would make for a long trip.

We chose Arbor Rose because it was recommended to us and it had a very comfortable feeling to it, it was smaller and it seemed like it was going to be a better fit for her. The grounds are also very pleasant and the staff members are wonderful. They do send out emails frequently to keep families updated on what is going on. It is just a really nice facility and I would recommend.

The communication between the staff and the families is very good. They go out of their way to make sure we are kept informed. They call or email and us and are quick to respond. They have a second email for non-confidental family members to keep them updated with information that can be shared. I would recommend this community to others

We looked at a few different facilities and chose The Mansion at Waterford because they had availability quickly when we needed it and the location as well. The facility was also very highly rated in the area. The staff members here are very kind and compassionate. They did a good job in a bad time and took great care of my mom. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

Sierra Ride Memory Care was wonderful, they were superb. The cleanliness of the community was excellent, as well as the staff members. the management made themselves available to use whenever we wanted and needed them, they were very good. When it came to the meals and dining service, they really bent over backwards for our loved one who needed to be fed special meals.

The Cap Sante is a home a way a home. It was great feeling leaving my mom there. Even after we move her out of state and out of the community, the staff and residents still keep up with her. Everyone was extremely attentive. My mom loved the food and they offered a nice variety. I would most definitely recommend this community to other families.

I moved in about 5 months ago, and I am loving it! I am disabled and need help with certain things, but my mind is sound. The staff here love me, and I love them back! I have no idea what i would do without them. It is an adjustment at first, we have to learn to live in a new environment and realize that everyone that lives here also needs help. The staff are always so busy and work hard. I never see them standing around. The management is kind and fun, and fix any issues quickly.

My mother-in-law moved in against her will and after a small adjustment period, she loves it! She's involved in activities, field trips, and is making friends. It was just the care she needed to continue to live as independently as possible. Can't thank you and consultant [name removed] enough for your help!

Sierra Ridge did an amazing job caring for my client. They treated her with dignity and respect working seamlessly with Hospice. I am looking forwards to the opportunity to work with them in the future.

This community is well staffed, has engaged management and some of the most diverse apartment sizes ive seen. from an efficiency to a penthouse suite...they are the real deal. They have a new management team that has been in assisted living in Oklahoma for years and they are working hard to improve services for their residents. My friend lives here and I visit often. The food is good and everyone seems happy to be there. I know they provide transportation certain days as well.

My mother-in-law spent two months at the Mansion at Waterford Assisted Living. When she entered, we knew she was nearing the end of her life, and she was also receiving hospice care. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, the level of compassion and care that she received during her time there. When you entrust your loved one into the care of strangers because you can no longer care for them, it is painfully difficult. I cannot say enough about empathy, kindness, gentleness, and genuine compassion displayed by all of the staff towards her as they helped her with basic activities, tended to her needs and worked seamlessly with the hospice staff to help us navigate the end of her life in a way that made sure her wishes were met when she finally left this world.

Excellent tour, good explanation of what is provided. Given tour of room that was available. We made a deposit.

Beautiful place and the food is very good.

My dad has been at Bishop Place since December 2017. He started in Assisted Living, but due to dementia and paranoia he was moved to Enhanced Care to be better served. I cannot say enough positive things about the care he is receiving and the staff's communication with me. While he is wanting to come live in our home each time I come, he is pleasant with staff and other residents when I am not visiting. Please understand that it can be hard to find a CNA that isn't in a room assisting others, but I could not do better for him myself. God bless these sweet caregivers!

Arbor Rose has been doing Adult Day Care for many years.We tried to have mother stay in a semi private room but this threw her off due to her paranoia, I do not think their staff have any knowledge of how to handle any behavioral health issues
