Milestone Retirement Communities

The Caley Ridge Assisted Living was a very nice place. I liked how many selections they had on their menu for meals. The dealbreaker was mainly the fact that it would be another $800 more to move in than other places. Also, they did not have things like basic cable.

I had a decent tour of this community. Everything went pretty well. They were very kind and friendly to my family and I. The community looked nice and clean. It was a nice experience, but this wasn't the community for my mother and her needs.

A nice place to call home. I especially liked the cute Bistro area. Plenty of activities available. Clean, but perhaps a few areas could use updating or minor maintenance. The popcorn smelled really inviting! Thank you, [Removed], for the tour and for helping me to further my knowledge of assisted living options.

There are good things and not so great things about cascade Valley senior living. First, the very best thing is their activities director Norma [Removed]. She's there five days a week and she does a great job of having good engagement activities for the residents. We also feel that she took a personal interest in my mom and in our family. We feel the most comfortable with having my mom there because of Norma [Removed]. There have been some ups and downs and miscommunication with my mom's stay there. She's been there almost 3 months and the first two roommates that they placed with her were totally not good fits. The most important thing is to be an active visitor and always talking with Amanda the person in charge of memory care and the caregivers that work there. This is my only experience with my mom living at this type of residence so I don't have anything to compare it to except for visits to other places.

This is a good community, I was very pleased with all they did for us. The community is pretty well maintained, no concerns in that area. The staff was kind and helpful. There was nice activities offered for the residents. My father did enjoy his time here. It was a nice experience.

This was a very good move for my mother. They are taking good care of her and her needs here. This is a good looking facility, they do a good with keeping her room and the community nice and clean. The staff have been very helpful and responsive to my concerns. She is trying some activities. The food is okay, they just got a new cook. So they are working on improving the food. I know she is safe and in good hands. I would recommend this facility.

Consider moving your family member here if they find it to be a good fit. They've been pretty good so far!

We made the right decision in moving my Father in law into Willowood. I am very pleased with the entire staff at the community. They are very friendly and they keep me updated on his progress. I have not yet had a chance to try the food but it seems to be ok for him. This is a small community with only 15 beds but they do keep him active. The community is kept clean and the grounds are well maintained.

We moved Mom to CV since her previous dementia unit did not take Medicaid, and we anticipated we would need it in the next couple years. The trauma of making a move did not happen as we expected. She had been in the previous place for over 5 years and was well known among the staff. Surprisingly, she moved seamlessly into the new environment, and now seems happy to at least attend activities, if not always participating. Many of the staff go out of their way to help her and to meet our expectations, but a few just seem to ignore us when we visit. We are very satisfied with the facility, the cleanliness of her room and the fact that we never see dirty laundry in her room. We are also pleased that there is no increasing charge for changes in level of care; you pay for the room size only. This helps us plan for the future. Food options are not always appropriate for the dementia residents, but they are working on this. I would be comfortable to recommend Cascade Valley to others.

Our experience with The Renaissance of Stillwater has been a good one. So far we're very pleased with the service. It's a nice looking place, and the people seem friendly.

Things are going very well and your organization is wonderful. I mean it. You guys have been a lifesaver to me. I am having a little trouble with the frontline staff. They are the people who answer the phones when family members call, etc. They are not friendly, polite, or caring. Otherwise, she is getting excellent care and most importantly, she is happy there.

Overall my mother had a great experience here at the Flagstone Senior Living.

At The Meadows Senior Living they do a good job. The facility is really clean. The staff there are so friendly. I cant think of anything that I would have them improve on. Overall it has been a good experience.

So far so good. I am happier here so far than anywhere else I have been yet. I have no major complaints at this time. It's only been a little more than a month, so at this point they are getting a conservative four, but if they keep it up in the next couple of months, that would be a five.

We looked at quite a few assisted living homes and finally selected Caley Ridge for our older sister. Caley Ridge has not disappointed us with the level of care given to our sister. It has taken our sister a few weeks to adjust to living in an assisted living home. Everyone we have contact with has been helpful to our sister and is responsive in answering our questions about our sister's care. They all seem to have a smile on their face when I call with questions and concerns. Our sister seems to be happy with the doctor that is assigned to her care.\r\nWe are hoping that our sister participates in Caley Ridge's activities. We understand that she is meeting and talking to other residents which is a good thing.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful!! They're extremely friendly and helpful. We haven't had any problems really to speak of until recently. The quality of the food served to the residents seems undercooked or simply inedible. Other than that, it's been a really good home.

The staff is amazing! Every time I go visit my Mom, I notice they are paying attention to the residents and being patient with them. I couldn't be happier with the care she, and the other residents are receiving. They have nice activities, a small, but nice facility, and they all seem to know the residents name. I appreciate them so much!

I think overall we were pleased. I think there were some communication issues, between different shifts. It took quite a while to get a bathing schedule set up, it was not developed or carried out, right at the beginning. There were some difficulty with her diet issues communicated to everybody. They offered a lot of things for entertainment and activities. Some of the staff were less energetic than others, but we never had any real problems with the staff. I felt like they were lacking in the dietary area with those on a special diet. I was really happy with the medicine delivery system, and the people that took care of the majority of her daily care, were excellent, very energetic and pleasant. I have recommended them to a friend so I do think they did a good job.

It's clean and the staff is friendly. The food seems to be good. They seem to be pretty attentive. One thing I don't really like, is that on Saturday and Sunday they don't have housekeepers, or anyone taking care of the rooms. I really liked the overall feeling. I really think they are doing a pretty good job.
