Good affordable option. No fitness center, but morning exercise class. Basic cable included, but no internet.

Bishop Place is a caring community . The staff are very helpful when we visit. The communication is very good and they keep me posted on what is going on. The food is good. We chose this community because we were most familiar with it. I would recommend this community to other families.

In general, it's really nice and clean. I feel that it is important to really be an advocate for your loved in assisted living and part of the care team . I am more involved than I expected to be in my father's care. I would like to see them be a little more proactive in the details but It's awesome care. Every time I have eaten there the food has been awesome, and the staff are really nice. I chose this community because of location and proximity to me so I could be there in the same town to support my dad. There is a lot if continuity with the staff. They know me and they are always accommodating.

My mother is living in the memory care unit. Love, love, love the people that work there. All of them. No complaints at all. I do however notice that, in my opinion, they don't care for the outside as well in the back portion as well as they do in the front where people come to see it as a first impression. Their Atrium is the same, no one cares for it. other than that, the place is clean and always smells fine. I have been in other places where it didn't smell very good. Clean is very important to me. Nice and clean.

My realtor suggested not scheduling a tour to check on staffing and availibilty and the mansion did not let us down. We toured on new years day. The food smelled really good and the receptionist was very sweet. We got to look at couple of different rooms with [name removed] who is perfect for touring and he offered for us to eat lunch and even gave us some nice gifts on our way out. There were three men moving family in and they said he was the main reason they moved their family in. This is the only place my sister and I will be bringing my parents to look when they move here. I gave a 4 star only because I did not see alot of nurses around.

My primary motivation for writing this is the bad reviews I've read on this site. I placed my mother there about 2 years ago. First none of these type of facilities are perfect, but I feel they do a good job and I would give them a B. The food is good (I've eaten there many times) and tenants and their guests all order from a menu. They will serve you in the dinning room or a private family dinning room. Guests are $10 each. [Name removed] (the chief) is open to new recipes and once a month the staff has a dinning meeting with the tenants to find out what types of meals they would like to have. There are numerous events on site and excursions to many locations for those that want to go. I've have found the staff to be responsive, courteous and professional at all times. The nursing staff is usually one step ahead of me. I demand good service and am willing to pay for it. Try and find something better.

The place was very clean and the people were very friendly. It is on my list as one of my top choices.

I toured at Arbor Rose, and I loved that they seemed to have an amazing amount of things to do there. They had a ton of activities for the residents, and very impressive buffet style meals. I liked that they had both senior living and adult day care, but they did not offer furnished rooms.

It was a very nice tour of Caley Ridge Assisted Living community. The person who gave the tour was very informative. We chose another community that was close to our family members.

My mom is adapting to the community and she has calmed down. We see it is the best place for her. The people working her are nice but there are some small things they need to work on. My mom has made some friends. She is eating good meals and doing wonderful in comparison to before the community.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my sister and I have no complaints of how things are going for her. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they did a great job with the presentation and even offered us a meal during our visit. I liked that the residents seemed engaged in different activities and just enjoying themselves. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision .

I have not been able to go visit my sister in law for a few weeks but from what I understand she is doing really well here. She suffers from dementia but I'm sure she is participating in the appropriate activities for her. I have not heard anything different so I am under the impression she is eating well and liking the food. Any dealings I have had with the staff I have found them to be helpful and kind so I would hope that if they had come across any issues with her I would have been contacted.

I have no complaints of how things had went during my tour of this place. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. i liked the open floor plan as well as many of the amenities they had for the residents. It was just no the right location in the end decision.

I don't even see how things have gone terribly wrong here. My sister saw the house doctor he put her on medication that had not been approved by the family and now has made my sister worse. From my perspective, the facility is severely understaffed. But on the opposite side when I am there the aides are sitting down not doing anything. The housekeeping was doing a good job keeping my sister's room clean but now I am seeing that decline there was a smell or urine the other day when I was there. The food, in the beginning, was horrible but they changed department heads and things have improved as far as that department goes. Communication with anyone in the administration is very frustrating and not open or receptive. The situation has caused me great stress and anxiety .

All the staff is kind, helpful and compassionate. Ice cream social was enjoyed by all so far as I could see. Food could be better as I understand and I believe WIFI should be always available to visitors as well as residents post living had it to all.

Greatly appreciate the friendly staff. Even when things may not be going well, they always try to be helpful.

Most of the time I find upon daily visitors that things are mostly on the positive side. Today, however, something slipped and my husband was not cleaned up - & left in his room (alone) while program was going on.

My mother in law is still adjusting to being here. She is starting to make friends and she started doing some of the activities so we are hopeful that will help her. The food I am sure is good to some extent she likes it one day and the next day doesn't. The staff is very friendly and helpful very accommodating. The community we have found clean
