We are thrilled with the service and environment at The Bedford. Very well-cared-for, lovely management and staff who are both friendly and respectful. Younger members of our family were very impressed and wanted to move in themselves!

Everything is going fine

I know at The Legacy at Georgetown that my sister is being taken care of. The cost of all of these kinds of places is too pricey. I am pleased with the staff. They are very friendly and caring. I am really pleased overall with this facility. It has been a good experience.

The experience has been great. They are very friendly and wanted to make everyone very comfortable. I just really can't find any fault with them. We went to other places that may have been more upscale, but this is really just a wonderful place and is good for transitioning into.

I am very pleased with Legacy at Bear Creek. It is a very welcoming environment to everyone. The staff there really have the residents as a top priority. They really get the them involved. It has been a great experience. I have no complaints.

The folks at the Pines went out of their way to make sure mom had no issues settling in. She is doing well in a smaller facility where everyone knows her. The staff is very caring with her. For us, we felt like they understood and got what she needed.

I really do not have anything to say at this time about the Sheldon Park. I trust that my ratings for each of the categories will suffice as a good enough review. My Overall rating of the property was five-stars

I have been remiss in writing a good review for The Residence at Glen Riddle. My family member has been there for several years and I have to say the staff is always willing to accommodate any requests we make. The level of care and the responsiveness of the management team make us feel like part of one big family. Until you have to find a facility for a family member, you really don't think about the little things that become so important....staff hugging and kissing your loved one; meals brought at no charge to their apartments when they are sick; administration helping suggest ways to help conserve resources; the wellness staff being willing to talk to you at any time and the welcoming feeling when you walk in the door are just things you can't put a price on. The Residence at Glen Riddle has done that for me and other families I speak with time and time again. I looked at many places for my family member and am grateful every day that I found the kind people at The Residence at Glen Riddle!

Looks like a very nice place and does have a few "cottages", which would satisfy my dad's desire for something other than an apartment in a building. Not sure, though, if he wants to be living "in town" and that far away from the Greenbelt.

It has been a good experience at Merill Gardens for my father. It is a nice clean facility. The staff members are very friendly there. The only thing that I hear is that is a little more expensive than we were even thinking it would be. That is really my only complaint though.

Mom moved into Sheldon Park in June and it has been a great transition. The staff is friendly and helpful and really gets to know each resident. They work with each resident as an individual, providing the care appropriate to them. We are very happy with Sheldon Park!

Need more employees for amount of residents,food was not cut up into bite size pieces so many residents were not able to eat it considering they are not allowed knives and some have a hard time controlling the amount of food on their forks or spoons.The shower stall wasn't as clean as it could be. The activities are wonderful my Mother was kept busy all the time. I loved how I could come and go as I pleased to visit. The grounds are beautiful. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

We love the Gardens! It has a very warm, homey atmosphere. The staff is friendly and they try hard to accommodate the residents and plan fun and interesting activities.

The people have always been very helpful and seem to be happy both being there and working there. It is a very upbeat place

Made us feel welcome from the first day. Entry process was easy, everything was explained and I was assured they could answer any questions any time. Administration and Staff were exceptional and easily accessible. I feel comfortable having my wife at this facility.

The staff is wonderful. Jody [last name removed], the Executive Director, goes above and beyond to make sure residents get the care and attention they need. And they are "Johnny on the spot" should a medical need arise as the hospital is just across the street.

My mother in law was having trouble walking and seeing and refused to think of leaving her home. The doctors supported our fears that it was too dangerous for her to stay in her home. Her spacious, well designed bright and clean apartment relaxed her right away. The caregivers, administrative and housekeeping staff took time to make her feel cared for and loved. She loves the food and never talks about her previous home of 52 years. And here we go on our sixth month with a very content lady.

My mom lived at Sheldon Park Assisted Living for almost 2 years. She received excellent care from all of the staff during that time. The food was excellent and the servers always treated mom with respect, as did the rest of the staff. I became friends with quite a few of the staff and even now, a year after moms passing, I still go and visit them. My wife and I think very highly of Sheldon Park Assisted Living.
