Exceptional staff - even the USPS delivery person was engaging, [Name removed] provided thorough and frank explanation of all the steps in transitioning into assisted living. I found their philosophy behind their programs to be comforting. The facilities are clean and pretty. Willow Park seemed to bustle with activity.

Beautiful new facility that is open, airy and well appointed. The apartments are nicely sized and tastefully done and the common areas are inviting. Residents seem comfortable and pleased with the surroundings.

Great place! We met several staff members who seemed very professional. Very clean throughout the facility, The pricing seems in line with what we expected, We liked it so much that we placed a deposit for my mother’s new place.

The staff both inside the Merrill Gardens and throughout the facility are great and extremely helpful. We had lunch at the restaurant..........food and service was good. Staff is very friendly and cares about each resident, by name basis and builds friendships with residents, which other places don't show. also food is much better than the usual food found in others. She feels really at home and is happy to live there, has made many friends who walk with her and dine with her on a regular basis, besides going on day trips to break the routine.

Very Beautiful. Many amenities. Apartments, nice . Very new only been open about a year. Theater, 60's Diner and a lounge and bar on the first level.

The Ackerly has been a wonderful place for my brother to live! It is as described in their brochure and website. I live out of town so I'm not able to see my brother often. [name removed], the manager, has gone above and beyond to help with his daily mental and physical struggles. I really can't say enough about how helpful and professional she has been. The staff is also friendly and caring. The building is modern and spotless. I have experienced other facilities first-hand (with my parents), and I can honestly say I am 100% happy with The Ackerly.

Very helpful in finding the right situation for our Moms friend [name removed], helping him get end of month discounts, and in accommodating making sure he sees our Mom two doors down in another facility. They alerted us to 1800.00 in monthly VA benefits he was eligible to receive we didn't know about too, which made it close to free for [name removed] to live there, along with his social security check, once upfront costs were met (about 3400.00). They even made him aware of a bridge loan to help pay until his VA benefits come in. I've forgotten the exact monthly cost, but it was the VA 1800.00 plus about 1100.00 in social security, maybe 500.00 more or less? I do remember it would leave [name removed] plenty of money for sundries and enjoyment. Couldn't ask for nicer or more helpful people. Special call out for [name removed] and [name removed]!

Amazing support! We were clueless going through this process. Thank goodness for their support, guidance and advice. Within an hour we had tours set up in local memory care homes. Advice on what steps to take, help with how to get them to the home without aggravating or upsetting our grandparents. We would not have been able to navigate finding a suitable place, documentation or understanding what was happening with our grandparents and their dementia. Any questions we had, they were there. Amazing follow-up!! Highly, highly recommended!!

The love and care the Director and all of the staff show my Mom and the other Residents is genuinely straight from their heart. I have traveled abroad since helping Mom move in two months ago. I trust them 100% unlike a different facility she had been living at in New Bern. The Courtyards at Berne Village Management is exemplary. Food is perfect and cooked by real chefs, activities and outings keep them so busy. My brother and I are just so thankful that we moved Mom into Courtyards at Berne Village!

Mistywood has been a great living accommodation for my mom. It gives her all the help she needs and the freedom to do the things she wants to do and can do.

I recently had my 98 year old mother there for respite care after having her at a more expensive rehab facility in Hoover. I was extremely pleased with their attention to her and how nice everything was. They really went above and beyond for her while even knowing she was only there for a short period of time. I highly recommend this facility and [name removed].

My mom has been there for about 7 months and we have been very happy with the staff. We have had some things that required attention but the staff has always been responsive. No place is perfect but being able to work with staff is very important! The residence is kept clean and the property well maintained. Very close to the hospital.

I’d give Legacy even more stars!! The staff is amaxing...more like family. Excellent care and delicious food! They know my name and don’t hesitate to stay in contact. I highly recommend Legacy at Bear Creek!

Sheldon Park Senior Living Memory Care was incredible. It felt like caring, family members were taking care of my father. I was able to build positive relationships with my father's caregivers and nurses. They always kept me in the loop on what was happening. I especially enjoyed their monthly support group for families. It offered valuable information for me on dementia and my tools for working with my father. It gets my highest recommendation.

My parents moved into MG In July and are pleased with their decision to do so. So am I. I researched several facilities around Anthem and the north and west Phoenix area.

The time came when my mother could no longer live by herself in her home of 56 years after my father passed and we needed to find a place that was small and intimate enough for her to be comfortable and yet met all her needs. The Pines of Newmarket fit that bill perfectly. She was nervous at the beginning being in such a new situation and they were so very helpful making her feel comfortable and right at home. She just loves it there now and tells everyone that is touring the home that it is the best place to live. They take excellent care of her and it's so nice to go and visit and see how happy she is. They also have a Facebook page and post pictures of the residents and I always see mom right up front enjoying the activities. I am definitely glad that we found the Pines of Newmarket
