My mom is in the memory care, so I can't get any feedback from her. I think they take decent care of her. I wish they would communicate better; she was hospitalized twice due to falls, as there have been two case of COVID. I wasn't informed except for an outside agency. I believe communications should be better.

I thought they could have done a bit better of a job maintaining the outside courtyard. The community is clean, however it does need to be updated. There was always a persistent odor on the floor my mother lived on. The workers at the community tended to be friendlier than the management staff. As a new resident there, it didn't seem like the staff encouraged my mother very much to participate in the activities. I thought they could do a better job of including everyone. We think my mother is being cared for well and as a result of that we think it is worth the price. Communication has also been an issue here. There were a couple times when my mother was taken to the hospital and we were not notified until hours later.

Very expensive. The food is not great. Aloft of the time they don’t have what is on the menu. There is not a lot of variety. It cost you more money to eat in your apartment. I think they wash your clothes in very hot water. Even your Delicate items. I’ve had several items Ruined. They do a great job of cleaning your apartment on a weekly bases. The services here are great they have a beautparlerfor your hair and nails. They have a bus to go to the stores like Target and King Soopers.

Was on Intercoastal, and had a feel of a hotel. Very cramped and narrow setting had to use elevators to go anywhere. Good for independant living individuals. Felt inclosed and rooms were like small apartments with big closets. Noce beauy salon. A lot of assisting aids with residence, Who appeared nuts so active or happy.. said they had a memory department not available. Did not care for the site.

Price is all-inclusive in Memory care section, which is unique and much more affordable. However, scheduled meal times w/ assigned seating is something my mom doesn't like now. Also a limited menu. Not happy with the fact that all toiletries are locked up & resident must ask for them when needed. Building being renovated and will be much more modern-looking.

The property was under a lot of construction so it was hard to get a real feel for it.

Dark unit. Very mixed from chair bound, confused, noisy at times to ambulatory more independent. Would not have worked for my mom at this stage of her dementia. No real outdoor area except the large deck

I found a place that seems to fit my needs better

This community is only about 3 years old so things are still new and in good shape very bright and cheerful. The community is very well cleaned and maintained in fact anytime I have needed the maintenance department to help me with something they have always been right there the response time is so quick. The staff overall is nice and friendly very helpful. My aunt is starting to socialize more with some of the residents. She has a private room with a private bath so that helps a lot . My aunt likes the food she has never complained about it.

We toured this community for the care for a friend. We did not like the appearance or and it did not have the atmosphere that we were looking for. My friend was not impressed. We did see a nice menu and the list of activities that are offered. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

We did not actually visit the place so everything is second hand. We were grateful to them for offering to hold an apartment in independent living while my father-in-law took time to recover in assisted living from his recent fall. As it turned out he left after 3 days and went back to his apartment and is doing just fine getting around with a cane. He had a list of grievances. I think the primary one was that the people in the assisted living section were not friendly. The whole point of him living in one of these places was to have easy social access to other seniors. I think the mistake Atria made was in not taking him to the independent living area for meals so that he could be meeting others more like him.

We toured the community. The other residents were not active. They were not able to assist us with what we were needing financially.The community appeared to be clean and activities did not look available at the time of the tour. We suggest other families tour the community for the care of a family member.

People are nice but it needs updates bathrooms looked very worn and needed cleaning

The Manager of this facility was wonderful to speak with & have me the full tour. They are presently going through a redecoration, so the lobby was on the bare side, & felt cavernous & very busy with people coming & going. Also, because the entire area was marble tile, it was noisey . I felt as if I'd entered a huge hotel, which unfortunately was not what we were looking for. On the plus side, they have a PT center, salon, arts&crafts studio on premises. The staff was very friendly, the apartments were adequate, but due to its being a high rise, it was just too large in general, for my mom.

The only apt. available is too small. Does have w/d. Nice location. Three meals included in price.

I was there today.parking is a problem. They have only 20 assisted living rooms, the rest are independent,that means you are responsible for all the laundry. aside from meals and trips, I feel my husband could not stay there alone and I would be responsible for everything else,or else hire someone to assist him

Place was nice and staff friendly.

Nice place. Felt a bit regimented. Staff friendly overall. Out of all I have seen, had the least impressive rooms. Cable not included.

Love the one bedroom, was a great size.
