I have worked with several team members in this facility and have witnessed them going above and beyond when it comes to helping Residents and their visitors. From helping a pt and family get adjusted to their new home or declining health conditions to advocating for Residents with outside agencies…this is a great team!

My brother has Parkinson’s Disease and needed to move closer to family but have a place where he could get the assistance he needs. The Villas of Hollybrook has been that place! The staff is caring, compassionate and only the push of a button away!

This community is full of people that go above and beyond for not only those who live there, but each other. I would recommend Holly Brook to anyone that is needing a lovely new place to call home and looking for a place to find people happy to be there!

My dad has been at VOHB in Chatham for 2.5 years. It is the perfect fit for him. The size of the facility is great as it’s not too big, and just like the show Cheers - everyone knows your name & his. The staff genuinely care about him and address our concerns. I have counted on them during the times he has not felt well, they would check on him more frequently, treated him like their own family and gave me updates on how he was doing. I have eaten in the dining room quite a few times and the food is quite tasty. There is a variety of daily activities. They have special celebrations for the birthdays & holidays. I love that once a month there is a themed family dinner where all the residents family gather to eat & visit in the dining hall it’s a great time w/great food. I thought about mentioning the staff by name, but all of them are great and I wouldn’t want to leave anyone out. I would highly recommend VOHB of Chatham. I could go on & on but I hit the allowed characters.

My mother-in-law has been at the Villas of Hollybrook in Chatham, IL for 4 years this January. She has received excellent care by compassionate caregivers during her time there. My mother-in-law enjoys the daily activities as well as occasional outings with her friends at Hollybrook. The facility is clean and the staff is professional.

Called for information for our aunt, spoke with the ED! She gave us great information about all the care offered to families, she shared her experience with others their and how they are happy with the care. We are hoping once she is able to move to come there.

My Dad has been a resident for 5 years and the staff has taken good care of him. The facility provides ample activities to keep the residents engaged and welcomes family members to participate in monthly dinners with their loved one in the dining room along with other residents and their families. A special themed menu and decor make these gatherings truly wonderful.

I recently visited an old friend at A Place for Mom, and I cannot say enough great things about the exceptional care they provide to their residents. The facility is impeccably maintained, and the staff are compassionate and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment. A special shoutout goes to the chef, whose culinary expertise truly stands out. The meals served here are not only well-prepared but also genuinely delicious and thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. Each dish feels designed to meet residents’ dietary needs while also bringing them joy and comfort. The presentation is impressive, and it’s clear the chef puts great thought into every aspect, from flavor combinations to menu variety. This focus on quality and care demonstrates how much the residents’ happiness and well-being are prioritized. Food plays such an important role in daily life, and the team at A Place for Mom has mastered making mealtimes a delightful experience.

My mom has lived in the Villas for a little over 3 years. She has had wonderful care and the staff treat her like family. She gets good care and is happy living there. They have lots of activities including music and dance groups that come in to entertain. The recent remodeling has made the facility very up to date and modern. It gives my siblings and I piece of mind that she she is in a good place.

The employees here seem to truly care and enjoy working with my grandpa. Even when he is sick or injured and requires more care, they still are so good with him. He's been at another rehab facility that was absolutely awful, and I was constantly having to watch over him. It's not like that at all here. They go out of their way to give the residents little gifts and cards for holidays and birthdays. I just think it's really sweet all of the little things that they do for them. Thank you for caring so much.

My grandmother moved into Pinnacle after moving home from Texas for a breif period of time and instantly felt at home. The facility is absolutely beautiful, the staff is wonderful and the residents really create a welcoming community. We loved that she had independence but still had the care that kept all of us comfortable knowing she was in great hands. We would reccomend Pinnacle to anyone looking for a place to call home for a loved one or themselves!

I have led a Bone Builders class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings since April 2022. We have developed a regular group with a range of physical and cognitive abilities and we usually have a good time. I know I feel better when I leave than when I drag myself out of bed I can't say enough about the help I get from Activities Director [name removed] and [name removed] so that things go smoothly and their willingness to fill in on the occasions I have missed. I find all the staff I see friendly and helpful--to me and in the interactions I see between them and the residents. If the facility had a pool for therapeutic exercise, I'd be tempted to move in as soon as feasible.

I am so grateful for the care and attention my loved one receives at Villas of Holly Brook Chatham. The staff is compassionate and dedicated, and the activities offered keep them engaged and happy. The environment feels like home, and I truly appreciate the peace of mind knowing they are well taken care of.

My husband's grandmother lived here for a year and LOVED it. Anytime we visited her, she would tell us about how amazing the staff is and how happy she was. She enjoyed all the activities and schedule they made for things to do (like movies in the movie theater or bingo) I loved hearing her brag about Pinnacle.

My mother, at the age of 88 was prepared to move into an independent living facility but in order for me to feel confident of her safety I was fortunate enough to find all Pinnacle has to offer. Mom moved into the week prior to her 88th birthday. We had a party in the onsite pub and invited all the residents so she could make friends her first day!! The cake read “Don’t I Look Great for 88” and she did! Her year at Pinnacle is truly what every parent deserves. She joined her friends for meals and activities but still had plenty of time to herself if desired. The staff is truly remarkable. Our aging parents are treated with dignity and respect. Never do they feel like they are being babysat. But this staff is so remarkable, they are truly in tune with each resident. Pinnacle is truly a hidden gem in the maze of senior care and support facilities. Please do not missing exploring this perfect opportunity for your loved one

I was looking for a friend of mine , who had been living alone, with level 4 care needs. He is diabetic and has Parkinson’s like symptoms with his walking. [No shakes fortunately. ] His diabetes had also progressed to needing constant checking and shots which he could no longer do. The process getting him from a rehab facility to the Chevy Chase house was seamless as they have a van to pick up which helped me immensely. Once there the staff was very friendly and immediately made all the assessments needed so my friend could start getting the diabetes under control + rehabilitation needed to help him with his walking and occupational therapy to do things around the studio apartment with kitchen that I chose! He has just started rehab this week but the staff is very young and friendly and upbeat and really seem to be ready for the task at hand! The food is also very good and it’s nice to have the dining area to have visitors and a pleasant place to just get out of apartment .

This was a very stressful time for my family and Chevy Chase House was a good solution, for location, price and services that they offered for my husband. [name removed], their CCH Sales Director was amazing and most helpful. We lived in Chevy Chase and my husband had fractured his back, had FTD dementia and needed an additional 60 days of Assisted Living and rehab support plus the peace of mind CCH could offer both of us! It was a blessing.

I like living at the landings of sidney. I enjoy the daily activities and my room is very nice. I have made many friends here and I am much happier here than my other place which was far away from my children.

The Landings of Sidney is a great community. Very friendly staff and the activities are great. My mother loves it there. We are very happy when we visit and the activities seem very great as well. The price is reasonable though they just raised the price some.

Nice place for Mom people are very nice here feel comfortable about having my Mom at Holly Brook in Chatham. Staff is very friendly and appreciate all they do to keep residents safe. Location is great - safe & secure which is very important to family.
