Care levels can be hard to receive all that is described or expected due to needing more staff to attend residents (though you pay for the level even if care isn't provided as expected) ~ some of the staff are very attentive however!

I would give them 5s in all categories. The food is excellent in quality and selection. Also, my mother seems to be enjoying the daily activities, especially the movies, quite a bit.

I would give them a 5 on all of those. The only thing we had a problem with was the billing lady. Every month the bill was wrong! They charged him for laundry service and we always did his laundry. They charged a late fee when we always paid early. We had them shower him twice and they billed for an entire month. It was just constant mistakes. She was new, but even when we showed her proof that we paid the bill early she told us she couldn't take the late fee off once it was on there. We eventually got it corrected but not without a lot of stress that we didn't need at the time. But the nurses were wonderful, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to my sisters and I even at the end when we all moved in with him. I'd definitely recommend, but keep an eye on the bill!!

Since I got here I have had the best of the best in every aspect of the day long leaving. Lots of activities every day very nice environment, lots of helping hands. Food is mostly very good. From my point of views, the few problems I have had have been resolved without any issues. This place has helped me reconnect with many things from the past that are very important to me. Thank you very much!!

We had a great experience visiting the Villas. The facility is very clean and the staff is so friendly. All the paper work was explained thoroughly. The room by the courtyard was a perfect fit.

All are friendly and competent. Have not had a complaint about anyone.[name removed] that is the director is amazing. You won't find another director as competent as her anywhere in the metroplex.

WM felt like home from the first visit. We were greeted with very friendly faces. I knew my parents would be well taken care of.

I am totally happy with this facility. Each Individual has gone over and above making my Aunt (who is not happy about moving into assisted living and giving up her independence) feel very welcome. Staff are helpful, kind, understanding and easily approachable. They really listen to Individual's needs and quickly assists to resolve any issues that arise.

The community is very welcoming. Aside from only being around for less than five years, the one part of the building I loved was the beautiful large windows in the entry area from top to bottom that allowed the sun shine to come through. Plus it always smelled so clean. The dining room staff as well as the menu was excellent. The servers always showed patience, consideration and care to all the residents. The activities planned for the residents were fun especially the happy hours. Lots of smiles. And hats off the the nurses - who were GREAT. I wish my mom could've stayed but she could no longer afford the monthly rent with all the amenities.

I visited Brookdale in Aledo, IL to receive information about my sister possibly living there. The sale manager met with me and she was a wealth of knowledge. I had MANY questions and she answered all and more! I learned so much and felt very comfortable asking ?'s of the sale manger. She made me feel very welcome. After speaking with her and taking a tour, I knew it would be a very appropriate place for my sister. She also paid to call anytime with follow up questions- Nice.

The administration are very helpful. The CNA's are very pleasant and are on the call if needing help.

The approach of this facility is so enlightening. All staff have such a positive approach to dealing with all residents. The activities are well planned. Such a welcoming atmosphere! My BIL has a studio it's plenty big enough for him. The amenities are fabulous.

The process of getting my relative settled has been so smooth and painless. [name removed]and [name removed]have been totally professional, and have gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with everything. I fully recommend!

[name removed] from The Peninsula and Virginia Burbage from A Place for Mom, are just wonderful. Caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone who needs to move their loved ones to a safe place to contact them.

Helping my 92 yo aunt get into the right indep/assisted living facility seemed like a daunting task at first. When it was decided to use the Atrium at Liberty Park it went so smoothly. [name removed] guided us and made everything so easy. I have been SUPER impressed with not only how friendly every staff member has been, but residents who greet their new neighbor" with comments that they know she will LOVE IT THERE!
