Meridian Senior Living

My wife and I along with her mother took a tour of this facility. We were shown many gathering places used for eating, playing games, for socializing and many other types of activities. We were shown the apartment style rooms in the memory care section of the facility as well as other areas in the assisted living section. All areas we visited were clean and well taken care of. The occupants appeared to be having a good time while participating in their activities. We received many waves of welcome from them during our visit. Prior to taking the tour, we met with the sales coordinator who was very nice and answered all of our questions, we had many. We were very satisfied with our experience at The Meridian at Brandon.

A while back my mom and I visited the Villas to talk about my great aunt who lives in Missouri. The person we talked to [name removed] was very knowledgeable and so much help. She answered our questions put her mind at ease. I made the whole experience very pleasant. We absolutely loved the Villas however, after speaking to my great aunt, she will not leave the state of Missouri, even though it would be right down the street for myself and a few blocks for my mom she refuses. I could only hope and pray that someday we can change her mind. If I had a loved one that needed to move into assisted living, I would hands-down pick the villas of Saint James.

It was nice and clean the resident are nice and overall a great experience.

They are very attentive to the clients needs. I would make sure they know whether their parent/patient needs Independent or Assisted Living. Apartments have a range of sizes per price-point...Some Cool amenities...really depends on the individual and their family's wants and needs

Halloween at Hollybrook is a blast for everyone! The kids had such a good time in their costumes. Everyone was so nice and fun and really took the time to talk to the kids as they have them candy! Staff is always wonderful! Everyone is always so friendly fun and kind. It was decorated wonderfully! Looked great!

We had a wonderful time trick or treating with the residents. The staff was helpful and nice the residents were very kind to us and the children.

We had a wonderful time! The kids loved trick or treating and I love seeing the residents light up when they saw the kids.

I enjoy bringing my kids to the annual trick or treat. I know it will be safe environment and I love seeing the residents faces light up as each child trick or treats. My kids also love this experience as they know they may not live near their grandkids resident and get to see them often.

Hollybrook is always seeking ways to engage the community and let the residents have ample ways to celebrate and be active. [name removed] is so enthusiastic. She always has such creative ideas. I'm so grateful for her willingness to spend time talking with me. She always ensures me that my mom is in good hands. [name removed] brightens the atmosphere here at all occasions. [name removed]and [name removed] costumes were both fantastic. The rest of the staff looked great and were having a terrific time. All the residents seemed to be really enjoying seeing all the little kids. Thanks for creative and fun safe place.

This facility has always been a very clean and loving home for all of it's resident.

This place is the best. I love bringing my daughter here.

The staff was wonderful to my mom. She liked the food, which is great because she is fussy. Her only complaint was that a lot of chicken was served. Her room was a nice size and you can make it as homey as you like. She was there for a respite and it was good for her and gave me peace of mind.

Proximity to my home, cleanliness of facility and it was a modern facility. After my Mom was moved in the friendliness and attentive staff became another huge win.

The staff is outstanding. Mom is happy and I couldn't imagine her accepting she had to move from the home she built (literally) 45 years ago. I have recommended to others

I have been so welcomed here. I don't see the negative it is an adjustment but the staff are great supporting you.
