I cannot recommend Esplanade enough. After visiting many facilities, the best decision I made was choosing Esplanade. It is beautiful, clean and always smells nice. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are caring, attentive and loving people. They keep the residents engaged all day, long. What I like is that it is solely a memory care facility focusing just on memory care. Some of the other facilities that I visited were assistant living and memory care. I felt like the memory care part was exiled. Never engaged like at Esplanade. I am so happy with my decision. My mother-in-law is doing well and thriving.

I would definitely recommend peninsula. It is a very nice facility. And the staff there are very easy to work with they made it very easy for [name removed] to get accepted and to get into the facility on short notice.

I just moved a couple weeks ago. It was so hard to move! I had been working with Sales team at Harbor Village and as I got to know [name removed] & [name removed] , and visited a few time I knew it was the place for me. I need care and it was hard to give up my home, but the staff here are amazing and the residents are so freindly and want to get to know me. I am glad that Harbor Village is now my home.

After a frustrating and lengthy search, I am so grateful to have finally found The Peninsula for my mom. From the very first tour, [name removed] answered every question, addressed every concern, and was so patient and kind to my mom. He proudly showed us a very vibrant, intimate, modern facility that immediately just felt right. The staff are extremely attentive and patient, (which certainly has not been my experience elsewhere) and treat the residents with genuine kindness. As promised, [name removed] has literally answered every single text or call, and has made the transition surprisingly pleasant. My mom is very happy there! Please put The Peninsula at the top of your list, you won't be disappointed.

I am a current resident at Harbor VIllage and wanted to do a internal move. There are two buildings on our campus and I wanted to move from one to another. I approached the Marketing team and they went to work helping me find the right apartment for me. They were so kind and helpful through the process. I love my new apartment, it is spaciuos and has a balcony, to enjoy a morning cup of tea on it an listen to the birds and take in the how beautiful the view from the balcony is. I have choosen the right place to be, and this experience validated it.

I write this with such gratitude for Moms Place who put me in touch with [name removed] of the Peninsula Assisted Living who has been a complete Godsend to our family! [name removed] was able to get quick placement for my father [name removed]. Because I had to fly into town to handle everything I only had a limited amount of time and [name removed] made the process so easy and seamless. I am very grateful for him and your team is lucky to have such a detail oriented and caring person working with them! He was even able to get my dad an upgraded room and I am very grateful that my Dad is at the Peninsula! Thank you [name removed]

My dad was in a very dark place, and was dealing with not only health issues, but personal as well. As his daughter, I was stressed, overwhelmed, crying a lot, just not knowing what to do next for him. God is so Amazing. It’s like Angels were lined up, and just waiting for us. A social worker introduced me to a young lady, that introduced me to [name removed], that helped to get my dad into this facility. This is the happiest I have seen my dad in years which has made me happy, and has removed quite a a bit of stress from me. Thank you to the entire team at the Peninsula for all you do. I am forever grateful to and for you all!!

When we first began looking for an assisted living facility for my mother, it wasn’t an easy road. She was very resistant to the idea and understandably anxious about such a big change. From the moment we walked into The Penisula, however, everything began to shift. The staff was incredibly supportive—not just to my mom, but to me as well. [name removed] (Sales Director) and [name removed] (Assistant Wellness Director) are amazing. They were patient, kind, and really took the time to listen and understand my concerns. Their warmth and compassion made all the difference. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed. It truly feels more like a home than an institution. There’s a calm, welcoming vibe throughout the building, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about the residents’ happiness and well-being. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and environment this place provides. Highly recommended to any family facing a similar journey.

Entire staff is caring, friendly and professional. They get to know their residents. So many choices of activities to get involved in. Feel very comfortable with my mom here.

There are a lot of activities here. There are a lot of food options each day. The staff is wonderful! Very kind and will do anything asked of them. It's really a very nice place to live.

The facility is beautiful, everyone is friendly & helpful. In memory care they had a large area to roam around but the admin desk had views in all directions. I ate a few times a week with my husband. We both enjoyed the food. I thought they had simple appropriate activities that a few of the staff participated in or helped anyone needing assistance.

Excellent staff, the facilities are nice, many activities for the residents. I would recommend to others.

Place is clean. Staff is amazing. Everything is new. Sales manager very knowledgeable and compassionate.

One of the night nurses was not friendly or helpful. Food was good but repetitive.
