Five stars does not do them justice! I knew I found the right place when I first visited last year and saw all the lovely Christmas decorations and cheery staff. My elderly mom needs extensive living assistance and care. Claremont’s nurses are amazing. The facility is terrific, a very pleasant place to be! They will tailor the level of care to fit just right, from cleaning to help with everyday tasks (like dressing) to physical therapy to handling medications. And I was surprised by all the wonderful social events for the residents! [name removed] and all the staff are ALWAYS friendly and responsive to me, and very kind to my mother. And the food in the little diner is quite good! If I could give TEN stars, I would.

My wife has been a resident of the memory care facility over a year now at Claremont Place.We started looking for a place for her to stay over 2 years ago that would meet our expectations and I was so glad that we found Claremont Place. It has meant and exceeded our vision of a caring, friendly and comfortable place for her to reside in . The upper and middle management have been so professional, informative and there for us when we needed help.The facility is very well organized and the staff is so kind with wonderful attitudes and work ethics. For me the most important emphasis needs to be placed on my wife's everyday care and comfort.That is where the caregivers and med techs have done such an excellent job.I cannot say enough how pleased we are with all that they do and the wonderful attitudes they have displayed. I visit quite often to spend time with my wife but what is comforting is that when I am not there she is taken well care of by the staff.

This facility is fantastic. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very friendly and always there to help you with whatever you need. They offer so many activities for residents to do. The kitchen staff is great. My father enjoyed the food. The maintenance man was right their if we had a problem. The nurses and the aids are amazing. Everyone who works there from the director down to the house keeping staff are amazing. My father loved it there, everyone there was his family. The staff at this facility really care about the residents.

From the first day we toured to the move in day everything was smooth. The staff are all so friendly and the building is beautiful. The staff were all so helpful with us moving things in and some even helped carry things for us.

I'm looking for a place for my mom and Smithfield Woods will be perfect. They can meet her needs which is the important thing. The facility, apartments and grounds are lovely. The tour was very informative and the tour guide answered all my questions. I am confident my mother will be very happy at Smithfield Woods.

People and staff are friendly. Improving all the time to make sure we ate engaged and entertained. They meet are needs.

Wonderful safe place to love when you can't be home anymore. Everyone is friendly we laugh and makes jokes all the time the staff makes everyone feel at home. A comfortable place to call home.

I have been a resident here for about 2 1/2 year. The management, aide and servers are all easy to get along with and competent in their job descriptions any complaints or concerns of mine have been addressed to my satisfaction. I am very content to live here. I have made many friends. I recommend this facility to anyone in need of assistance in living.

Would definitely recommend to others. While not inexpensive [price removed]per month for memory care - their care is fabulous & very caring!! Amazing love and care and the cleanest facility we have seen.

The Brookstone of Aledo community in a microcosm of Aledo. It matches to caring nature of the small rural town and people who live here. The staff are partners with resident and family to ensure best care. They really know and care about out father. The facility is beautiful and well cared for and they engage with the town for a great experience.

The entire staff a king, caring and compassionate and definitely provide that sense of community, not just for residents but also their families. They are also professional and knowledge and experience with the families as their loved one changes- So grateful!

I'm so happy with Chapel Hill. I have found the staff to be very nice and pleasant. It took a while for my mother to adjust to the new living environment but she's doing well now. The facility is immaculate. They clean her room every day and help to ensure she puts clean clothes on. This was the best choice for my mother and the location is perfect for our family.

I have lived at Holly Brook for three years. I was a widow for five years and wanted to be around more people. I decided to move here on my own and it was a very good decision. I love my room. Very comfortable and have a beautiful courtyard. Have a patio where I can have my flowers. All of the people I have met are great. Made many new friends. The staff are all so nice & help so much. I am glad to be here.

My dad has been a resident here for a month. He was very nervous about moving here and so was I. Now that he has adjusted to his move, I can see a big difference in him. He is very happy. Loves to socialize & get involved in activities. I am very happy with his care. The staff watches out for him and takes care of all his needs. I noticed his room had been cleaned & his laundry was done. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Satisfied with the treatment and upgrading my room. Everyone has been great making me feel at home. Bingo has been fun and entertaining.
