I have been to Brookstone to visit a friend looking for my dad.

The staff is amazing. Every staff member knows every resident by name. They are kind and caring. Residents were very welcoming to my mom. They invite her to their groups. The facility is very clean. Very bright and very welcoming as soon as you walk in.

However, they do not have sufficient staff in evenings. I believe FL law says 3 staff for 20+ residents & that should not include the med tech in the count of staff per resident. It is even more apparent in memory care . Not only do they need more careful supervision especially evening & night, but something more than sitting watching tv! The staff were fabulous , loving & caring but newer staff need more training. Staff were caring for people & also trying to do laundry. If a resident needed bedtime care, there were only two staff or one to supervise the remainder. They tell family it is assisted living memory. Sometimes they require more careful watching than assistance . Luckily, my husband had a diagnosis to allow him home for now. They could use more staff in memory care!

We are a friendly community supportive of each other. Beautiful campus kept up and clean, What I love is driving up and seeing a wonderful home. Friendly staff go above and beyond to take care of us A++ all around.

Helpful staff, great food, staff takes a vested interest in everyone- even upper management. Recreational activities are fun. I would highly recommend to other families.

My mother is a resident at Holly Brook in Effingham IL, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and caring . Everyone has worked very hard to make my mothers stay enjoyable. May God bless this facility and keep in you're loving arms.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and continue to do so.

From the beginning, I knew this was the place for my mom.[name removed]welcomed me in for the tour and I also met [name removed] the Director, he was warm and welcoming. The staff in Assisted Living knew my mom from the start and also comment when they see her and ensures she gets bathed, dressed and then again at nights with pajamas. The dining room is tremendous with their offerings, always two specials to choose from and a full ala carte for basic offerings like cheeseburgers and salads. My mom needs therapy weekly and she receives 9 visits a week and they come to her room to work with her or walk her down the hall to the strength room. We chose to have the on-site Practitioner look after my mom and all of her meds are delivered and given twice daily by [name removed], he is very thoughtful and caring. I couldn't be more pleased and assured knowing my mom is here and safe and cared for.

So very caring. Couldn't be happier and yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far

Facility is lovely & modern. The Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious w/lots of choices, homemade & home baked. The apartments are gorgeous & modern. Different sizes 2 choose from with nice views, balcony if you want. They try to accommodate your wishes. Love it there. Lots of activities daily, great variety. It felt like home, but better. Laundry in your apt. as well as your own thermostat. They love visitors.

I utilized A Place for Mom to find an assisted living facility for my mother. The Atrium is a fantastic independent, assisted living, and memory care facility! From the well designed floor plans and shared areas to the friendly staff, the Atrium demonstrates it all! The staff is always kind, attentive, and professional, and the food is attractive and enjoyable. In addition , they offer a wide variety of activities and programs. Furthermore, they make accommodations for the residents when needed or desired. Overall, the Atrium exceeded my expectations!

The director and the staff are very easy to work with. It is a good fit for mom.

Brookstone has been GREAT for our community, My mom is 91, but still hasn't wanted assisted living. She does however enjoy the community events Brookstone offers. Her favorite is BINGO night. Gers her out of her home for fellowship with people her own age. Thank you. Brookstone and staff.

All of the people on staff are excellent at their jobs. They are friendly, kind, caring, compassionate, capable and readily available whenever needed. The facility is very well run and maintained.

The Meridian at waterways in Fort Lauderdale never disappoints! From the staff to the directors , amazing ! They are warm and care with gentleness, they make the residents feel like family : big shoutout to [name removed], memory care director. She is warm and engaging and takes her job of making the residents feel important, safe and comfortable.

From the first day I contact The Peninsula my experience was simply EXCELLENT [name removed] “Above Excellence” a Great Service showing me the installation and every details The Best Tour and lnformation Package with more I expected to know and a lovely Wellcome surprise (an Apple Pie) gave me [name removed] the first day I went there asking for information

5 for all! Everyone is friendly. The food is great. Room sizes are perfect.

The staff are all extremely kind and thoughtful.

The hardest thing I have ever has to do the hardest decision have to place my husband in memory care. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They got him in immediately engaged in activities. Each staff member knows each resident personally and pays great attention to them. I still cry every day because I miss him so much but now I know he is cared. He loves people and he is interacting with them (staff and residents) everyday. He still smiles when I visit.
