Mother lived there before she passed away. The facility was always kept in good condition. Employee service was excellent from management all the way down. They treated her as if she was their own mother I have since visited the location in the form of a Bible study teacher and continue to see quality service to all. Activities, food and other amenities have always met or exceeded my standards. I would and have recommended this facility to others.

My mother has dementia and we selected Personal Care (assisted living) at Pinnacle after evaluating many assisted living facilities. The Pinnacle has a separate program calendar for dementia residents and an excellent Program Director focused just on dementia residents. The staff across the board from floor staff to wellness (nursing) to administrative have all been wonderful.

The Peninsula immediately felt warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped inside. The atmosphere is inviting, the décor is beautiful, and the staff greeted me with genuine kindness. The person who guided my tour was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. What impressed me most is that the level of care and commitment I experienced during the tour is reflected throughout the entire team. The community is well-staffed with medical professionals who provide attentive, compassionate care while treating residents with dignity and respect. In addition, the daily activities, outings, and spiritual services create a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle for residents. Families also have peace of mind knowing support is available at the press of a button. Having seen many senior living communities, I can confidently say The Peninsula is one of the few places I would trust wholeheartedly for a loved one

Everything. From day one till that lady day every single person truly loved my mom and took amazing care of her. They are very open and honest with the residents best interests and welcome input. I'm hoping this service continues as I heard it's gone corporate and things are changing.

I couldn't be more pleased with The Peninsula. My brother made the move from living on his own to an apartment at the Peninsula in June. The Peninsula staff has been very helpful with the administrative details of the move and with helping my brother become acclimated to his new home environment. I would highly recommend the Peninsula.

The people who work the kitchen and serve the food are very good and helpful. However much of the food is not good.

We sold our home. Truck and book. My daughter found Villas at Holly Brook. She brought us here for a view. We were annoyed not only by apt but the there of the facility was annoying. The movie theater, the cleaning hall the beauty of it all. But also the staff so professional all kind etc. And the service we were to get cleaning lady, Nurse duty nurse on hand. transportation laundry done 3 meals a day entertainment etc etc etc!!

There were 12 of us rode a bus to Flaming Orchard. Eager to purchase apple, peaches, pies, jelly donuts and purchased apple dumplings with ice cream. Delicious. We drove back to our community full of apples treats and big smiles. There was so much laughing and joy in route home.

Such a clean and cheerful facility! Friendly staff and fun family events.

Holly Brook is a very wonderful place tp stay and to visit! I love that they celebrate each holiday and every season. When you walk in the front door, the lobby is decorated gorgeously so bright and cheerful. But it's not just the lobby. Throughout the entire building you can tell at a glance what season and holiday is upcoming. It feels like hopeful, friendly home and it truly is! There are bingo games, trips to the orchard Many fun activities.

Great people work here. Patient/resident well being is foremost. Staff well educated and knowledgeable about their residents. Highly recommended and our experience shows the recommendations were right on.

Our loved one has been in Memory Care at Claremont Place for a year now, and we could not be happier. From the very beginning it felt cozy and welcoming, not like an institution but like home. The staff are kind, playful, and genuinely connected with the residents. The med tech team is attentive and on top of things. Management is highly involved and exceptional at creating a sense of community and focusing on continuity of care. The food is fantastic, activities are engaging for both residents and family, and the community is well kept. Even as the current remodel changes the aesthetic, we can see how thoughtful and beautiful the updates will be. Having worked in senior care, I can honestly say Claremont Place stands out. It feels like home, and we are so grateful our loved one is here. Thank you for all you do!

Had a ton of fun with 16 friends visiting to play Bingo. [name removed] was an excellent caller as always. [name removed] did a fabulous job on snacks. [name removed] was a great hostess! Fun!!!

My friend stayed at Peninsula, and I was very impressed with the experience. The staff is wonderful—kind, professional, and always ready to help. The facility is extremely clean and well cared for, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The food is truly amazing, with great quality and variety. I especially want to mention the nurses and [name removed] —they are awesome and went above and beyond to make sure my friend felt cared for and comfortable. I love everything about this facility. I do recommend to anyone. My only complaint is I can't have salt. So I would like food with less salt.

No complaints would appreciate more fresh fruit. Very occasional a few bananas or apples. Would appreciate have occasionally an orange, peach, grapefruit etc. Depending on the season.

Excellent facility designed for the assisted living guests. Very bright and open layout and plenty of activities planned on a daily basis for the residents. Food menu is excellent. Transportation is arranged for doctor visits and shopping. Room layout is more than adequate. Overall, it is a 5 star faciliy.
