Our front desk is run by their qualified and professional lady. She is so very pleasant to all very gracious in all she does. She is truly love and admired.

It's a good community and I would pick it again for my mom. It is clean, well taken care of facility. The activities are well organized and the residents are always engaged when I am there. The staff interactions I have observed with my mom have always seemed genuine and kind. The one thing that I think could be better is there seems to be a bit of a disconnect from what the administrative teams thinks is going on and what is going on. I hope this is helpful!

I have been blessed by the hospice Vitas that cares for my mom. Based on the experience, I think I would recommend the community to others.

I think as far as improvement, more staff attending to the residence in the rooms and more staff in the dining room. The staff both administrative and working with my uncle we're always super friendly and there was always somebody at the front desk if we had a question

Great caring staff, but not adequate for my wifes needs. The night checks were dutifully performed with a polite knock and opening the door to verify everything was alright. After answering that everything was fine and the door closed again, my wife needed to get up to pee, which she couldn't do safely alone. She was helpless and the help wasn't coming back for a couple of hours. Luckily I was visiting there to help, but I was not a part of the care equation. I withdrew my wife from this facility to provide our best homecare I could provide, care that matched my wife's needs. I don't hold any fault againt the facility. It simply was not a good match..

I like that she has easy access to everything she could need and that there is someone keeping an eye on her in case she needs help.

I love living at Palisades! The people( staff included) are so friendly. The staff is also very helpful. They go above & beyond The downside is that the carpet is very poor quality.

It's a good location near hospital and other medical services.

Love that rent is all inclusive with food and transportation. Lots of activities and active people

On site physical therapist, house doctor, beauty shop for haircut and nail trim, great memory activities (2 in am, 2 in pm with snack in between) good meals (2 Choices)served family style in each "neighborhood" Great place for men who don't want or need white table cloths in a cruise ship dining experience. Doors open to outdoor spaces when weather allows. All day ice cream available.

The staff is caring and they respond quickly. The facility is close to us. The dining room is open all day. The cost is great.

The medical/CNA staff at Cottonwood Creek are exemplary- efficient, patient, and kind. The meal area is spacious and the folks whom work there are efficient and always pleasant. The administrative staff are all available when requested. The morning concierge Sun- Wednesday is the absolute best there is and the lynchpin of the place

I have always had a positive experience when dealing with Crystal Terrace. I would highly recommend recommend them to other family members

Staff is very friendly and upbeat or positive and always ready to help even if not assigned to you or your section. Just raised prices. Does not accept Medicaid.

The facility is clean except when I've had to dump a few things out at the dumpster it needs to be cleaned up around the dumpster, it's pretty bad! Staff is very friendly and I think the quality of care is good. The administrative staff is very responsive and my mother-in-law of course enjoys the restaurant experience and the food qualities very good. She's also in a knitting group What She Likes I hope she'll start doing more of the activities as there's lots for senior citizens to do there. And I think the value for the money is is good

In general, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. But I felt more attention needed to be paid to the daily hygiene of the patient. They're probably not enough caregivers to give the proper care to each person. The caregivers seemed to be overworked. Not sure how much they are paid, but it is possibly not enough to keep the quantity and quality of staff required.

The food rating is low because they use a lot of spice, black pepper and heavy garlic which my mother cannot eat. the support staff are kind but many of them do not speak good English - combined with hearing loss in most older adults, communication things are often lost in the translation. They have also had some staff changes that they do not share with the residents. Good thing are that they frequently check on guests but due to staff shortages, adhering to a schedule for showers and other tasks is difficult.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Food is good. I wish they provided more advance notice for medication refills. Also, they are slow to deliver Amazon deliveries to the apartment. But when I ask, they are immediate to find the package.

The cost has gotten out of hand. They raise the residents rent every year on their anniversary. I feel it should be raised a small amount, maybe $[removed]/month. Plus, August 2024, they have added an additional fee of $[removed]/month for levels 1-6. Previously, levels 0-4 had no additional fee. In other words. They added $[removed]/month even if you don't require assistance. Is this as a "just in case"?

I would recommend it. It is probably better suited for folks who need assistance rather than those who just want independent living.
