This is my 6th year here I have nothing but praise for this place. The people and staff are really friendly. Of course there is a a exception but that make all the other one better. The food is good, a lot of activities I can stay busy from morning to evening.

Staff is attentive. Impressive medical and receptionists. Very pleased with dining and hats off to the chef. Appreciate[name removed] and all she does to keep things active. Would like to see spiritual options and more exercising and walking.

I find the community has skilled and dedicated workers. The resident community is trusting and well cared for. The atmosphere is tranquil. Residents appear to be happy. Food is of high quality.

Transportation is very helpful and friendly- they both helped me into different chairs and get situated before and after a ride. Activities are also wonderful. They do such a good job scheduling events and setting up and tearing down.

The overall experience is very exceptional.

The Directress and Lead Medical Person met with my sister and I. We reviewed our parent's health, both physical and cognitive, and levels of care they receive. It was an honest and productive conversation.

The staff is eager to satisfy your requests. And they also want you to be as comfortable as you can be. They provide opportunity for variety of activities. Encourage participation.

From the first day here my experience has been great. So good to have a delicious meal without making it myself. Great to have a choice of exercise and everyone is your friend.

People that work here are very caring and giving. There are many activities to choose from. And I love that pets are allowed here.

We toured Palisades At Broadmoor Park when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. Our tour was very impressive, this facility was a close second for us. It was a bright and cheerful atmosphere, clean and friendly, and our tour guide was excellent.

The staff is 100%!!!!!!! A resident needs to be a part of the facility (engaging in the activities), it makes life more pleasant. There are always room for improvements, I think they could improve on the night crew. I would definitely recommend Huntington Terrace to others, I visited 8 different facilities before I chose them!!

The presentation was impressive, the actuality less than. The Montera met most of our criteria. Perfection may be elusive, particularly in today's challenges for the care community. The most important issues are health, safety and the overall experience and satisfaction of the resident. While supporting staff, work in a positive way to ensure that quality is a priority.

Our family had an in person tour with Kirkwood Orange and we thought the tour experience and the community overall was good.

I am currently a resident at The Firs. My experience at this facility has been very good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness here are great. The staff and care services are good. The food is okay. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

What we really like about The Montera community is the staff members as well as the meals - they were excellent. They did the best they could. There were some irritations at first but overall the people were great and honest. Based on the experience we have had with The Montera, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a community for their loved ones

Overall the experience went well, however it's not cheap and when your parent has dementia like mine, it's ugly. My mom fell on [date removed] can't walk, is in diapers and so all these things we take for granted become expensive. They evaluate at the beginning and use a scale of their own for dementia, such as help with showering, getting dressed, using restroom, eating, etc... and if your parent needs a lot of help, be prepared to pay. Dementia diagnosis is separate from housing, 2 different charges.

Our loved ones are overall very happy with everything else at the community, but when it comes to the meals that is the issue. Sometimes it is served cold, and the dining service is lacking a bit.

The staff and housekeeping services both needed improvement. Helpful information for other families: I would say plan ahead, due to paper work and doctors orders, meds needed.

Very good place, they tried to accommodate my mother. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far .

What sticks out most about Sky Ridge Senior Living is the facility is clean, well run, and they have good personnel. I would recommend this facility to other families looking.
