After looking at several places, this one was so clean and pretty. My husband had to be admitted to memory care. This area is locked off. But it was so nice and staff was so sweet to all these people. My only complaint was the price of their one time move in cost. It was double of the other places. $[removed]. My husband was only there 3 weeks and died. So I lost a lot of $$. But all the staff was great and people living there gave great reviews. But overall it was more expensive.

I would have given it a 5 at the beginning, but now a 4. They said there would be a peer ambassador to get the new resident familiar with the activities. I did not see that happening. Room is fine. I was not given information about the length the shower curtain should be. So I bought one that was too short. The shower stall is slippery.

My mother was a resident there for several months before her passing. I can't say enough about the beautiful care she received. There are some truly wonderful people working there. The facility is quite inviting. It has multiple buildings, outdoor space, a theater, a puzzle room, a Koi Pond, and more. There are plenty of daily activities to keep everybody busy. The food was good. There was a wide variety to choose from. I would give the Montera a higher rating, but there were several issues with medication mixups, people not checking in on my mother when they should have, and phone calls not being returned. I shared my concerns with management and trust that they will work to remedy these. It placed an unnecessary stress on my family during my mother's final weeks and days. However, I think it is a lovely facility for people who may not have as many needs as we did and again I cannot say enough about the caregivers. They were truly wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend the Montera to anybody.

The facility is a very nice facility. The staff is very nice and accommodating. For my experience, the move-in was a little rocky as it is difficult to get furnishings and all the necessary equipment at the same time you're moving in an elderly person. Sales staff are nice but there's a little disconnect between sales and in house staff. All in all I'm happy, they are all very nice

I find this facility to be welcoming safe and friendly. The grounds are well maintained,, the apartments roomy, the staff caring and friendly, the administrators always willing to work with me and understanding of my situation. I give Huntington Terrace my best recommendation.

We are very happy with our choice. The staff from housekeeping, waiters and waitresses, maintenance to the senior staff are all very kind and accommodating. The other residents are warm, friendly and welcoming to the newer residents.

It is comfortable here and I feel safe living here. The caregivers are great and helpful. I wear a pendant and press the button anytime I need help. It is a nice place and easy to meet people. One of my favorite places is the puzzle table, since anyone is welcome. The activities ten-up and bingo are also all great to join.

The good: the cleanliness of the facility, the staff is friendly, the residents seem truly happy. The bad: [name removed], the director was not the most helpful/responsive.

Staff at Courtyard has been kind. I won't say it's been without challenges but it's to be expected. People with dementia are just as complex as those without. I find staff to is open to conversation and problem solving for the many changing needs that arise.

Generally very nice. Admin needs improvement. Very difficult to contact. Husband has been here {time frame removed]and insurance still does not have the required paperwork. Very frustrating.

Responsive and helpful. Flexible and accommodating. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall, fantastic place! I would place my mom and would have kept her there if we could afford it. [price removed] a month has become way out of our league. Awesome place though.

I would recommend. They are rapidly attentive. My mother had vertigo, and five people were at her side within moments. Everyone is friendly, and the grounds are well kept. My parents are happy with the apartment, the staff, and the sense of community. They are already members of the welcoming committee. Their only grievance is the food.

Well, when we came for the initial tour, they talked about having happy hour every Wednesday night but it's actually like a little concert and they have to sit down. They don't really get to mingle so I think that more you know activities to make people social and comfortable would be better. The facility staff is all very nice and helpful.

overall the facility is attractive, a great size- not too big or small, care givers seem nice and food is pretty good, however, I do think the management is a bit flakey. my mom has only been there just over a month and they have already fired the lead nurse and have told me the opposite information from when she first moved in on several important issues. communication could be better overall and the facility seems to have less activities then most I have toured which is fine for our needs but I'm surprised they do not coordinate more and encourage participation, and send out menus and activity calendars weekly.

She is doing very well here and loves it. Very professional staff and kind. I think some of the food they need to look at but other wise great!

Newer building. Great WiFi, 40" TV and cable built-in, bright, open spaces, reminds me of a Holiday Inn Express. They do seem to have staffing trouble but are handling it well. Manager is an interim and is skilled but stressed. Activity staff is newish and very good.

The staff are great. Super friendly and kind. Just have been disappointed that the activities staff haven't done more to get a shy resident like my mom involved. Social health is important!
