This place has been fabulous. The staff is so accommodating! We like that the dining room is open 12 hours a day with so may options for meals! The food is great, they are very willing to customize a meal! Very happy here! Thank you Almond Heights!

I have to say my favorite thing about this community is the activity program they offer. My loved one seems to really be enjoying the music group as well as the different field trips they take the residents on during the week. I am very comfortable with the care my husband has been receiving and would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

I am happy with the care that my mom is receiving here. The staff is very helpful and caring. They offer field trips around the community. The love going. The food is outstanding and a great variety. They make it available for them to have snacks and beverages all the time. My mom like the ice cream. This community makes you feel like being at home. I would recommend this community for over great care.

Dining room super wait staff [Removed] is always helpful. She always asks about residents that are ill and worries about those who aren't eating.

The wait staff in the Northgate Plaza dining room create a warm, pleasant, and fun atmosphere every day. They help not only the residents but each other and treat everyone with respect. The staff knew us by name and immediately bring us our "usuals" such as fresh fruit and ice tea. (They also quickly help residents having a meltdown with a smart phone that is temporarily smarter than they are!) We love them. [Removed] is an excellent leader for the staff. [Removed] is warm and fun. [Removed] is works wonders with cranky, inappropriate residents.

My parents have resided at Tuscany since early 2016. It is their retirement resort! It would be very difficult to find a more compassionate facility. Everyone there has done an outstanding job, of helping my parents adjust to their new surroundings. Thank you to all the very caring employees at Tuscany!!!

This is a nice community. My mom likes the studio that she has moved into. The staff is very careing and always willing to help her. This community also has a mixture of people who offer more services for differnt needs so that she will not have to relocate. They take trips to do shopping. They have nice trips for dinner. The community is clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this community for families and there loved ones

My sister, Andrea [Removed], invited my wife and I to have lunch with her today. The staff person who waited on us was Kacie [Removed] Her smile, positive attitude, and care for others really made my day. The way she took care of the gentleman sitting at a table near us, cutting his meat, catering to his every concern deserves special recognition. She is a shining star. She certainly reflects greatly on Northgate Plaza.

They look brand new and it is huge with lots of residence here. It looked like a younger assisted living facility. They do not have memory care with limited care, no one was in a wheelchair. They have programs, amenities, and activities offered. Pets are allowed too. It looked like a very nice place but was out of our driving distance. They were the nicest, modern, and expensive community.

My mother moved to Tuscany at McCormick Range three years ago. She is very pleased. The staff and residents have become her family and friends. The staff is very nice, caring and competent. The facility, food and amenities are excellent. We are pleased that she is there. We highly recommend it.

This is a nice community for good care. the staff is excellent and caring. The meals are good with a nice variety. Alot of activities are available. I would highly recommend this community to other families.

My Mom lived at The Inn@GWV for over a year, she loved living there. We were so happy with the care she received and enjoyed all the employees so much. From the minute we walked in we knew this was the right place for mom. Tracy and staff are incredible. The facility is beautiful, always kept up and very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend The Inn@ GWV and so happy my Mom spent her last year of life in such a beautiful place.

I have lived at Hillcrest for almost a whole year (!) It is a beautiful place in a beautiful place. From the wonderful staff to my apartment (to the surrounding houses), it is a fine place to retire. The general philosophy of Hillcrest stresses service and security, and the other residents are lovely and fun - and as far as I can tell, all are very glad to be here (Except for one gal whose kids 'put her here' after her husband died. But she is lucky.)

My parents love the food at Hillcrest. They do offer some activities and they are open to suggestions for new things to do. I would recommend this well taken care of community. Mom and dad say the staff are great.

My father has been at The Firs for 1 week. His first day he was welcomed by a couple of residents that showed him around and took him to dinner and introduced him to other residents. The staff has been very helpful. I'm having problems getting his phone service, but I think the issue is the phone company. Be sure to setup an account with Comcast so your loved one has tv. I misunderstood that an account needed to be setup in my father's name so he didn't have tv the first night. So far it has been great. I'm so thankful that I found A Place for Mom, I didn't know how to find a place for my father.

I took a tour of The Creekside community. The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The staff that i got to meet was nice. The community was clean and the residents seemed happy. They offer activities on site for their residents and also have more amenities. I would recommend a tour of the community.

The Hillcrest is a place I look forward to going in at least once a month. I am in the healthcare industry, and call on many communities. Every time I'm in The Hillcrest I feel so uplifted. The staff is warm and friendly, they always make me feel welcome. I watch the interaction with residents and families and I see the love, caring and kindness to all. The community is always beautiful and clean! I will recommend this community every chance I get. Loveland's Finest!!!!

My parents moved into the Hillcrest of Loveland a couple of years ago after looking at other Senior Living facilities. When visiting they were most impressed how friendly, loving, and kind the staff were. The Hillcrest is the cream of the crop. Jeanne [Removed] the Executive Director makes everybody feel like it is one happy family. She is genuine and truly cares about each and every resident. She sets the tone for a very happy atmosphere and there are smiles everywhere from the staff and residents. There are many activities my mom enjoys here and it keeps her busy. She also loves to decorate her very spacious apartment that has a balcony that overlooks the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The food is excellent and gives the appearance of eating in a fine dining restaurant. I truly am blessed to have my mom at The Hillcrest. It is all positive and there is nothing that I dislike about it. I truly believe the staff are God-chosen because each person works at their duties with enthusiasm and it is clear to me that their main interests and desires are to make their residents feel important, loved, and that they are still a great contributor to society and to the people around them. Thank you, Hillcrest, for treating my mom like a queen!

We like living at Tuscany. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make things good for you. They offer one meal a day and it is good. They offer a variety of healthy options. They offer daily activities and we are looking forward to getting involved in these. They keep the community well maintained.

First of all I would like to say this was a difficult situation for us emotionally. Anything dealing with parents and children is hard. In this situation there is always a certain amount of guilt you feel within yourself. But The Commons has taken that feeling away from us. My mother is a very happy, fun loving person. No one is ever a stranger to her! From day one visiting The Commons at Dallas Ranch has been extremely easy. Everyone has been gracious and welcoming and made the transition a breeze. Mom has adjusted with complete ease and has been enjoying herself. One afternoon when I went to visit her, she didn't want to leave for her room for us to visit because they were having arts and crafts. Her comment to me was, "I can't go now I'm busy with my friends!" This was a major turning point for me as I realized right at that moment she was happy being with "her friends!" Staff is very friendly and attentive to each individual. Always greeting me with a warm smile and a big hello, telling me what mom has been doing lately. Letting me know she has a great appetite and loves singing to the music! On another day I went to take some things to mom and the group was seated around a table listening to a book being read. The staff member started asking questions to the group of what she had just read and they were discussing that portion of the book. It was great seeing and hearing mom participate with the group. My family and I are very grateful to the staff for their enthusiasm with mom and the others, being very caring and attentive to the needs of these loving individuals moving on to the next phase of their lives with grace.
