Such an amazing transition for my dad to go from his own home to this facillity. The staff are friendly and so accomodating. He felt like a part of a family there right away. The facility is beautiful and feels brand new. It is well taken care of and such an inviting environment for families. There are always activities going on for those who are interested and peace and quiet for those who aren't up to it. I always have a great experience when I visit and feel peace of mind that my dad is in a good place.

Highland Glen, in Highland UT is a wonderful facility with a beautiful view of the mountains. Both my parents joined the facility in 2014. Their food is amazing with a wonderful chef and kitchen crew that know each of the residence by name and what they like. All employees love and respect the resident as family. There is always an activity going on at the house. Movies, games, outside entertainers, church or doing service projects for others. I would highly recommend Highland Glen for your loved ones.

My mom is doing great. It is very well throughout the community. The staff provide the care we want and they are very attentive. They called me several times when we had a family concern. It was nice to have them support of decision. I am pleased with the community. We liked the people, the facility and kept returning to them when we toured other facilities.

I have no complaints with how things are going for my loved one since she moved into this community. The staff are a delight to work with and I am comfortable with the quality of care they are providing her. She has no problems with the meals and enjoys participating in meals with the other residents from time to time. Overall I am happy and would recommend it to anyone.

I continue to be so pleased with the care that my husband is receiving at Seven Lakes Memory Care. The caregivers are so good. They are constantly looking out for the needs of the all the residents. Because my husband can no longer speak, they always try to make him laugh. He seems to be very happy and never follows me to the door when I have to leave after visiting.

We toured this community for good care. We liked the kind staff who showed care and concern for the residents. This community is clean and has a positive feeling. We liked the menu and the list of the nice activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for the care and the value of a loved one needing good care.

My husband and I came directly from Syracuse NY and were the very first residents to move into Almond Heights. It was September 2015. There are many options for senior living in the area. I'm so glad my daughter chose Almond Heights. I've loved it from the moment I walked in. Love everything about it and would never consider living anywhere else.

I work in the Senior Living industry and have had the pleasure of touring this community. It's an absolutely beautiful community! The staff and residents are extremely helpful and friendly! This community is super clean and well taken care of. I have to say, this is one of the nicest communities I have been in.

We like the care at this community. The staff is caring and the community is small and a good environment. They offer a great variety of meals and we like that they let the families come and join the resident for the meals and the holiday events. We are happy that they are very involved with the great activities for them to participate and stay active. We would highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one and a good value for the care that it received.

We had a great first impression of Hillcrest! The facility was very nice and the staff were great! I would have had no problem placing my loved one at this facility.

I've read the reviews and it's not what I experienced. My wife and I were one of the first to move into Almond Heights almost 2 years ago. We moved from another luxury senior facility. Comparing activities and food, Almond Heights offers many more choices in activities. The exercise video is played in the fitness center where there is plenty of other fitness equipment to use and there are different exercise classes throughout the day and week. My wife prefers the video exercise in the morning because it's the easiest one for her to start the day with. I use the equipment and the walking path. We also really like the food. It's not fancy, it's homestyle. Everyone has their own tastes, but the majority of the residents like the food. If you don't like the special, there's plenty of other choices. What's important to us is that I feel like the staff really cares and tries hard to make us happy. If you just tell someone you aren't happy, they would listen to you. And this is coming from a residents and not a family speaking for the resident.

My father is very happy with this facility! The staff are sure to cater to my father's needs and requests, and the facility is kept clean and safe for him. This is the best facility that we could have put my father in!

We highly recommend the Wellington. Throughout the last 2 years, without exception, every person taking care of our mom - from the nursing staff, CNA's, housekeeping, kitchen staff and management - always go the extra mile to ensure every detail is taken care of. They are efficient, gracious and attentive. The activities and all facilities such as the kitchen, building and grounds are outstanding and well administered. In particular, we wish to call attention to [Removed] for their personal and unparalleled involvement in every aspect of the operations and administration of the Wellington. The positive, generous and friendly culture they have created at the Wellington is clearly present and expressed by every employee.

My folks were in town from New Mexico to attend my nephews wedding. We didn't realize until they got here how much assistance they needed. We toured Almond Heights without calling ahead. We were able to talk to the Marketing Director and the nurse in charge. They came up with a solid care plan to transition my parents from out of state. The nurse was very patient with my parents who were reluctant. Even the Administrator came and introduced herself and invited all of us to stay for dinner. The waiter came and explained the menu and we had a wonderful family dinner. The chef suggested we sample many different things and we did. Everything was tasty and the other residents came and introduced themselves to my parents. In the end, my parents felt more at ease and are ready to move in!

Last weekend, I came to take my mother out to run errands. I ended up staying at Almond Heights and enjoying a music concert that the activies department is hosting throughout the summer. It appeared that all of the residents and other family members were also enjoying the atmosphere. The next day, we enjoyed a delightful Mother's Day breakfast. A couple of days later, my mother went out shopping with the other residents. My mother used to live at home by herself and stopped being sociable. The staff at Almond Heights really worked hard to help her meet others and to fit in. The food has been wonderful and we eat with mother at least twice a week.

I would recommend this community because they are very good to my mother, in fact, I have already recommended them. My mother is adjusting well since her move in, the staff at Westbrook are helping her feel at home and comfortable. She really likes the fact that they have a pool and the community is priced within her budget.

The Charlestown was a lovely place. It was clean and well maintained. There were administrators waiting to greet me for my tour appointment. Residents seemed happy. There were lots of activities going on. Seemed like a clean, friendly, caring place. The fees are not all inclusive. There are fees for laundry etc if the family wants those done inhouse. This is fine, I just prefer the all inclusive business model. I would feel good about putting my mother here, but pricing may be prohibitive.

I resided in a Senior Residence on the East Coast and a second nearby. Each was very nice, but I rank Creekside #1. The staff is A+....well led and resident oriented. Open dining 7am-7pm with wholesome meals and a great salad bar. The activities program is enthusiastically led and innovative.....lots of outside entertainers. We have exercise programs every weekday with two sessions led by talented professionals. I find this a very handy spot for shopping in a friendly environment. . I hope you find this helpful.......
