I have lived in this community going on four years. The persons who work here from executive, caretakers, nurse and assistance, chef, cooks helpers are very friendly and do a great job. The food is good! The building has been completely remodeled inside and out with a new canopy entrance. I would recommend it to anyone. Good activities!

A beautiful community with the great hands on director and staff. And activity director of working 100% for our pleasure and entertainment. Our lovely dining room with an amazing chef. Everyone here is top notch. You could not ask for more than the excellent nursing.

We were so grateful that "A Place for Mom" helped us find Northgate Plaza. It was an easy and wonderful experience from the staff, to the actual apartment, to the price, etc. It's the perfect place for our dad.

[Name removed] gave us a thorough tour of everything we wanted to see. We were impressed with the place and with her expertise. The property is top notch.

We are just looking at facilities at present, but this one was the best we saw. It's a beautiful facility with wonderful amenities and the price is reasonable for all that is included. This one is top of my mother in law's list!

I just helped my grandma move in here and I am so happy she is starting to make friends again. I had lunch the other day and the food is really good! My grandma loves the dining room because it's bright and loves the chandeliers. Everyone who works here has been extremely helpful to us. I can tell the care staff cares about helping the people who live here when I see them help my grandma.

this place is outstanding. Its like a 5 star hotel for senior citizens. the tour was very thorough and answered all our questions. I spoke to some of the residents and they love living here. This is on our list.

My mom has lived there for almost 3 years in assisted living, and has grown to call Welbrook her home after living in Poway for 43 years. She says she would not want to live anywhere else. She has made many friends there, and spends much of the day in the residents gathering areas to chat, play bingo, and exercise. She says all the staff are very friendly and caring. The entire premises inside and out are very modern, kept up very well, and appealing to the eyes. The residents rooms, or I should say apartments, look like regular luxury apartments. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

The facility is smaller than others I looked at, very well laid out and filled with natural light. The studio room is OK. Manager raves about the food. Activity calendar was appropriate and varied. Selling point was the active senior population I saw there, which would assure my parent of a high level of astute and varied social interaction. No one was asleep in chairs in common areas. There is the very limited outdoor seating areas, but it's right across the street from a city park, and within walking distance of a library and a shopping mall. Their staff maintained contact with me post-visit, more so than the other facilities I have toured thus far.

What a pleasurable experience it has been, living at The Firs. Friendly, helpful staff go out of their way to meet our needs and life is so much easier and more pleasant without the burden of home ownership, meal preparation and housekeeping. What a blessing it has been to have this wonderful place available for my husband and me in our "golden years". We plan to live out our years here -- happily.

My mother had lived at Hillcrest of Loveland for 9 years. It is the most delightful place to live. The staff do WHATEVER it takes, to make the residents comfortable and happy. It is a homelike atmosphere, making it a easy transition, from your own home to this 'different for you' living. It has such a wonderful view of the mountains,too. Everything is perfect. The food is wonderful, and made to whatever needs you may have. I look forward to the day, I can move there, I love it that much!

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of the Huntington Gardens today. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me and my daughter-in-law feel welcome. I especially liked the green belt areas where I can visualize sitting and enjoying the weather. I also like the poool where they have water aerobics for the residents. It is very dog friendly and there is plenty of room to walk them without having to leave the apartments. This is definitely another place I am considering when I relocate

My mom isn't quite ready to move from her home, but we loved our experience at Almond Heights when we visited! It was very active and we met so many different staff members-the chef was even kind enough to come out and introduce himself to my mom and I during lunch. I wish we had gone to Almond Heights first rather than spend so much time touring other places. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and we can always tell that staff enjoy working here. Everyone says hello! My husband and I visit a lot and we are always greeted with a big smile from the front desk. That means a lot to us. My mom has been living here for about a year now and I am so happy that we were able to find this community. Just had dinner here yesterday and the food is amazing!! Thank you [name removed] and waitstaff for always taking care of our family!
