My mother was in this facility for 5.5 years with dementia. She passed now but the care was excellent/ They always took good care of her and my family. Also, after she passed my dad was in the facility for just one month before he passes. Once again, the care to him and out family was excellent. Nothing but good things to say about this community.

Our father had begin to wander and get lost, so it was time to make the difficult decision to find a safe place for him. This was a difficult decision, but we were fortunate to find Seven Lakes Memory Care in Loveland. The entire staff was welcoming to both our father and our family. The staff is exceptionally kind to our father ensuring all of his needs are taken care of. We appreciate being able to look in on him 24/7. Although dementia is a terrible thing, we feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to care for him.

Seven Lakes caregivers are great! The building and residents are well cared for and the layout of the facility is such that it promotes the residents to join in and be social. As a family member I feel welcomed and encouraged to visit and join in the activities.

My mom has been with 7 Lakes for over a year now. I have come to feel that living here, for her, is the closest to the care I gave her at home. When i had to make the tough decision to find better care for her, I was immediately drawn to the environment I found here, and time has proven me correct. Every person here has shown dedication and care for mom mom, so I don't have to worry about her care.

Excellent care - home like setting not like hospital. Nice rooms with wonderful common areas. Great activities including community trips and horse riding program. Exceptional understanding and caring staff. Medical services available on site general physician assistant, foot care, etc. Mom really enjoys having her hair done at the beauty shop twice a week. Never worry about her care here.

My mother has been living at Seven Lakes for 5 years. My father and I did extensive research before deciding on this facility. I have visited mom every week for 5 years and have always felt good about Seven Lakes. The staff is caring and takes good care of all the residents. I have never seen anything that concerned me or made me question my decision. I highly recommend Seven Lakes for anyone looking for memory care for a loved one.

I have been very happy with the people and the place. It is always clean and so are the clients. The food is good. There is a good ratio of caregivers to clients, and they are both patient and attentive. The few questions I have had were handled quickly and reliable. My LO says "This is a good place". High praise!

My wife was at this location for 16 months. She was always clean and well cared for. I visited every day and I never once observed any resident be abused or disrespected. There people were very good to my wife and our entire family. {Name removed} was outstanding to me. {Names removed} and the entire staff were awesome. Food needs to improve.

My mother was at Muirwood for almost 1 year before passing in June 2019. She received amazing personalized care through life and at time of death. She was peaceful and full of joy there. All her needs were met and so were mine as a family member. I am grateful to all the staff.

Interaction with Sales Director ([name removed)] and with [name removed] professional, kind, and generous!! Interaction with staff/personnel positive and warm, informative and patient. Community orderly, quiet, inviting, calm, and clean. Facility access easy, not uncomfortably large. Apartments well appointed. Hallways and common areas bright. not cluttered, roomy with necessary function, activity and comfort.

Unfortunately this is not our first ALF but by far it is the best we have experienced! They truly care about the residents and go the extra mile to assist in any way. I feel very comfortable with my father living there!

A beautiful facility in a gorgeous woodsy setting. The staff are true caring friends to all they care for. We have management that is the finest. No community could possibly offer or do more. THERE TO STAY.
