My mother has lived here for the last year. We have found it to be a loving and caring community. She enjoys the friends she has made and the activities available at The Charleston.

This is a very clean and nice place for the elderly to live. The employees are super nice + helpful. JCV is in a great location with a beautiful view.

I toured this community for my loved one. Everyone was super nice to us when we came in. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had.

Highland Glen is beautiful, well organized facility offering quality care. The employees and care givers are dedicated and kind to the residents.

I cannot say enough about Highland Glen! My mother has lived there for close to 2 years now. The staff is AMAZING! I know mom gets such good care in every way. The food is wonderful, the activities are so fun and there is always something fun scheduled. The nursing care is exceptional and the administrative staff is incredible. They have become like family to us. We've never once seen anything that warned or concerned us, and we are there a lot. I just love them!

The decision to move our father into an assisted living community was not easy. We had several family members in his care who were not in agreement to move in and he was definitely not in favor of leaving the comfort of his home. After our family toured Highland Glen and met some of their staff we quickly felt at home and knew it was the right decision! Before moving in we attended some of the musical performances and had a wonderful lunch. I've eaten lunch with Dad several times and have been really impressed by the food. We're so thankful for the amazing care, love and compassion the staff has shown toward our father. I highly recommend Highland Glen to anyone searching for the right place for their loved one.

Highland Glen has to be #1 on my list in regards to care, compassion, amazing service. Everyone I have met is very loving and caring to the residents. The facility is top class and a great environment for the residents.

Wonderful Staff! Beautiful Facility!

Staff is always warm, inviting and patient. I see them attend to each residents individual needs and take the time to listen. Being in the industry, I am asked the appropriate questions to ensure the best patient care possible. I love this building.

This community has been a wonderful place for my husband who has Alzheimers. The staff are patient, understanding and very helpful. It is a small home so makes it very personal. I highly recommend it for anyone with memory loss.

My husband was at Seven Lakes Memory Care after having been in two other facilities. Seven Lakes was extraordinary in their care, activities, and interaction with family members. I am blessed that [name removed] was able to be at Seven Lakes as his final home.

Top requirements for my beloved Dad are kindness, compassion and dignity. The staff at 7 Lakes demonstrate these in all the interactions I have seen them showing my dad. They are patient with him and you can tell they know to treat him like they would want their family member treated. They have made a difficult situation so much more bearable. I only wish that when his own money runs out, they would be able to accept Medicaid because I do not want to move him any where else.

My mother was a resident at Seven Lakes for 5.5 years. They loved her and took care of her as if she were family. when it was time to find a place for my dad, there was no question where he would go. The facility was always clean and had a homey atmosphere. The staff was great and well trained.

Seven Lakes Memory Care is an excellent facility. The staff who work directly with the residents are caring and respectful. The rest of the staff, from the receptionist to the administrators are kind, professional, and respectful of the families and residents. The physical layout of each neighborhood is excellent, with all resident rooms opening onto the community.

My father has lived here many years. The employees are all kind and living towards the patients. They are well trained and are able ti gently and quietly handle difficult situations. The recreation programs for patients are always well run and educational programs for family of patients are extremely informative. I am blessed to have found such a loving home for my mother.

My mother was in this facility for 5.5 years with dementia. She passed now but the care was excellent/ They always took good care of her and my family. Also, after she passed my dad was in the facility for just one month before he passes. Once again, the care to him and out family was excellent. Nothing but good things to say about this community.

Our father had begin to wander and get lost, so it was time to make the difficult decision to find a safe place for him. This was a difficult decision, but we were fortunate to find Seven Lakes Memory Care in Loveland. The entire staff was welcoming to both our father and our family. The staff is exceptionally kind to our father ensuring all of his needs are taken care of. We appreciate being able to look in on him 24/7. Although dementia is a terrible thing, we feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to care for him.

Seven Lakes caregivers are great! The building and residents are well cared for and the layout of the facility is such that it promotes the residents to join in and be social. As a family member I feel welcomed and encouraged to visit and join in the activities.

My mom has been with 7 Lakes for over a year now. I have come to feel that living here, for her, is the closest to the care I gave her at home. When i had to make the tough decision to find better care for her, I was immediately drawn to the environment I found here, and time has proven me correct. Every person here has shown dedication and care for mom mom, so I don't have to worry about her care.
