My father has lived at Northgate Plaza for nine years. He has enjoyed the friendly kind staff and his friends, the comfort of a pleasant apartment, and activities such as music, anagrams, and parties. We are very happy with the continual care and support he has received and always feel welcome. We have appreciated the meticulous protocols with Covid-19 and the extra steps staff has taken to reduce the residents' isolation. Northgate Plaza is conveniently located by stores, the library, a park, and a hospital. We highly recommend this warm caring place.

Definitely the front runner so far. Beautiful grounds, FABULOUS menu--which bodes well as tasty food is my mom's #1 requirement (I know, difficult to meet). We wanted a smaller facility but as we move through the process, we learn that smaller facilities often come with less amenities/flexibility/options. Mt. Tabor is large-ish, very clean, has the most organized staff and procedures that we've seen and seems like a country club the whole family might like to visit. The price includes only one meal a day--they assume independent living folks will make most of their meals, or buy them at the restaurant. [name removed] was very knowledgeable, heard us and in talking it out, we discovered my mom might not need assisted living at all. The emphasis at Mt Tabor is definitely have it your way, let's keep folks living as independently as possible--until they really need help. I'm totally in agreement with that philosophy. This place is in many ways like the Stafford in LO, but without the fancy pomp and snottiness. Folks seem both professional and down to earth. High marks.

We chose Northgate Plaza because I was impressed with the staff, they were helpful and continue to be helpful. They got to know my mom and her individual needs. The apartment sizes here were also very nice. My mom enjoys the meals, they have a dining room and they have a choice on entrees to choose from on the menu. If you need it delivered they can do that as well. Overall it is really a good experience for her and I would recommend to others looking.

We toured this community and it was a very nice community. I have a pet and they did not have a patio area so the community did not fit our needs.

The Commons on Thornton is just a wonderful place. My brother came in needing a lot of care and is doing really well now and he loves it here. The staff members have gone above and beyond for him and for all of the residents that are here. They are all very caring and we are really happy with our choice. I would recommend them highly.

During the months our loved one was there we thought they did a great job. We were able to eat quite a few meals together and we though the food was good and the activities were good until they had to shut them down. We thought the value was good and competitive with ours in the area. The staff members stood out to us, the cleanliness of the facility stood out to us, and the dining experience really stood out to us.

When we try to get ahold of people here with questions, they always answer the phone and are responsive. My loved one is very happy here, especially after the place she was in previously. A couple of her friends from the last place even moved with her. It's very clean here. The food is actually pretty good. They're really proud of it, and they have a chef who cooks most of the food in-house. Our loved one isn't participating in a lot of the activities, but they're at least offering them.

We chose The Firs because of the amazing care, the outstanding staff members, and they really went above and beyond. They were always checking on her for me even when they didn't have to. The meals provided were great, the food that I saw looked chef prepared. I really like the location of the facility, they are close to a lot of stores so I could shop and take things to my mom if I needed to. It is in the trees so it is beautiful scenery. I wish they had assisted living and my mom would definitely still be living here.

We chose Hacienda Del Ray because it had more of a home-like feeling because they are separated into 9 casibas with 8-9 bedrooms. Then they have a kitchen dining and living room area in each one, so it is an easier transition coming from a house. My mom needed memory care as well and they placed her with other residents who had similar needs. They are great with communication, we get emails, texts, newsletters, etc. They always keep us up date on everything. We are very happy with our choice.

The community went out of its way for us. The community is very nice and the residence was great.

Making the decision to move my mother into any kind of facility has been hard for me to process. I toured this facility and others in the last year, no quite ready to make it happen...for several reasons, but meeting [name removed] made up mind immediatley, this was the right time and choice to follow through. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] for the follow up and genuine concern.

Observed sing along in main room. 62 resident facility. Assisted Living side and Memory Care side. Common rooms for families to gather and visit including ice cream parlor. Full schedule of activities, dining room, patio area. Bring in own furniture, studio apartments, companion studio available. New management. Very clean and some areas remodeled. Observed bingo and group music time. COVID protocols in place.

The community was Hotel-like and felt very comfortable. The community overall felt good

Had a great experience at Estancia Del Sol. The facility is very clean and has some amazing features. It is a beautiful building both inside and out and the staff there is always welcoming and respectful. They follow covid guidelines very well in order to make sure their residence are safe. While meeting with the sales directors as we walked through the building to fins a table and room I watched [name removed] both say hi to each resident they passed by and call them by name. This goes to show how much the staff really cares. It's the little things that go a long way!

We really like it here. The biggest standout to me is the community adapts well to what the needs are of the family and residents are. No matter what stage of health your loved one is in, they have a plan and a wide range of services to help provide care for your loved one.

Support and communication has been wonderful.

I have toured this facility and loved everything about it. The facility is safe and secure. They offer many amenities such as organized games (ex. Bingo), library, movie theater, church, fitness room, etc. The staff are friendly, personable and go that extra mile to make you feel welcomed and important.

We have had a great experience with Citrus Place. We looked into a bunch of facilities but chose this one because of the location and I liked the fact that they had a residential experience and also had assisted living in another building, so she would not have to move to a whole new facility if and when she had to go. They have been excellent with communication. To me, they have just made the best of the whole situation. They have beautiful courtyards, the rooms are spacious, and the cleaning staff has been great. I would recommend to others looking.

I am very happy with Hacienda Del Rey. We chose this facility because of the cleanliness, it is only a 2 years old. Everything is very modern and up to date and it does not smell at all. They have different sections as well and then a main area where residents can meet, I like the way it is set up. The rooms sizes here are a little on the smaller side for the price. The administrative staff is great, they are good with communication whether it is emails or phone calls and they also have a lot of patience. My dad said during the week when the regular chef is cooking the food is great, but during the weekend they change chefs and it is not as good. I would recommend them to others looking.
