The community is very helpful and friendly to deal with. Some of the staff knew my name and lots of the staff say hi to me. We recently got an increase in fees. I'm very happy with the community.

We chose Huntington Terrace at the time because I liked the overall feel, it is set up like a campus so my mom could go right out her sliding door out to a beautiful outdoor area, they showed a genuine interest in the residents. There were just a lot of things I liked better about it than other places that I looked into. She was also allowed to keep her cat which was huge. Overall, we had a great experience with this facility and would recommend to others who are looking.

The layout of the community is fine, there are two separate buildings with about 50 residents living in both.

They have been great with activities during covid, she is in memory care so they are keeping the 23 people in that unit very active since it is a smaller group. They do a very good job keeping it clean and the staff are very friendly, the only downfall is that communication with staff to family. Before covid they did a wonderful job, however right this moment I am a little aggravated with the care services as well as the lack of communication. But overall, I would and have recommended this facility.

The staff is awesome and the community itself is awesome. The rooms are great and have a kitchen to cook. The community is very clean and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the community to others

We had a great experience at The Montera. We chose it because we were in a hurry to find a place, when we toured they were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating and made a great first impression on us. His room was great size. The director was really great to our family, very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

We called to get some information about options for my mother. In a short phone call, the person I spoke to was able to understand our needs and my mother's available resources very well, and provided information on various options to meet those needs. She was able to clearly explain a number of things I wasn't aware of that will help us with both short- and long-term planning for my mother's care. She did not limit the conversation to just what Creekside has to offer, but demonstrated a very high level of knowledge of senior care and support. I've spoken to several people at various places, and I highly recommend you call Creekside when considering your options.

I have been in the community for five years. We have gone through many changes in that time. I like what I see, and like it here. I have to commend the whole kitchen staff on how they have handled things during the pandemic. I feel that they have the hardest job in the building with adjusting how they interact with residents and deliver the food. Our care givers display of a lot of care and professionalism. I always see a lot of good things happening here.

Highland Glen is one of the top assisted/memory care facilities in the entire state. They provide amazing care and have compassion for each person individually. They also do a lot of extra things for the residents that really make a difference. I love Highland Glen.

My dad is in assisted living and he getting wonderful care there, but I have heard that the memory is understaffed right now. The rooms are great for my dod , but they do several options. I would recommend this community to others

The staff is super professional, friendly, outgoing, and makes sure the residents are well taken care of. Their communication is great for the residenc e and the familys. The director is also amazing and is prompt to answer our questions. I would recommend this community to others.

I did not look at any other facility because when I toured Mountlake Terrace Plaza, I was so happy with it. I felt so welcomed and everyone was very friendly. When we were going to the dining room, the food was wonderful. But now since we are in our rooms it has declined a little bit. I am glad that we are taken care of during this pandemic, they have been very good about keeping everyone safe. I would recommend to others who are looking.

The staff and community have been wonderful. The community is very caring, and works well with hospice care. The cost is the only downfall. I would highly recommend Cirtus Place for your loved ones.

I would tell others that this is a great place. This is a great stepping stone for your loved one between leaving a home and before assisted living. The staff and community would make sure to check on the residents. They would call and make sure the resident ordered their meals.

Their covid plan was very good and they made sure the residents were safe. the community is light and airy, it's very homey and doesn't feel like a nursing home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community

I really like living here. The staff is nice, I enjoy my neighbors and the food is good. The only thing I don't like is the fire alarm. I have no complaints.
