It has been a really good experience so far, and they do a great job keeping everything clean. I love the staff here they are perfect. The meals are good, and all of the waitresses are good. The activities are ramping back up there is a lot to do from different boards games to bus trips.

I have lived here about a year. I enjoy it very much. The people who work here are very helpful and care about the residents. They do their best to look carefully at the medical needs of their residents and follow through.

[Name removed] has been very helpful and has answered all our questions. Her visits to our room have been greatly appreciated! We have felt very welcomed and that makes our stay here very pleasant. We look forward to regularly seeing her and getting hugs!!

The service is the best! The rooms are clean and staff are so friendly. I made new friends quickly because the residents here are so willing to help each other.

Courtyard at Mt. Tabor is brand new facility and just had a different vibe and feeling than the other that we looked into. There is a ton of natural light which made it seem more bright and cheery. There is a lot of common areas with big windows and a courtyard that is completely contained. They have garden boxes outside and each resident is able to plant their own stuff, my mom really enjoys it. The director has been absolutely amazing. Overall it has been a very smooth transition and I cannot say enough good things about them.

The community treated my loved ones with respect and dignity and I cant thank them enough. They were compassionate and went above and beyond I would recommend

Unfortunately with covid we have not been able to sit down for a meal with our loved one, and we aren't sure what activities are going on. However when we first toured this community the friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us.

I absolutely love it here! The care staff is always kind and attentive. It is also clean and decorated nicely. The food is very good as well. The Inn has a very homey feeling. I like that I have a balcony, and my room is just perfect!

This is a clean place. The food is good, and the activities are good for socialization. This is an overall nice place. The staff from my limited encounters are nice and friendly. My father in law likes to play dominoes with the others in the community and he likes the brunch.

It was the best place that I have found after my search. My loved one is transitioning well, and I'm happy with the results. Some of the activities available are bingo, dance nights, game nights, and more for the residents to participate in.

Our family was able to do an in person tour and The Montera is a great community, this was one of our top choices. Unfortunately they only had an upstairs apartment, and the other community we checked out had a first floor apartment with a yard which we felt would be best for our loved one.

People, workers are very helpful & nice. Food is great. Things to do are fun.

They are not medicaid approved yet, but they are working on it. He loves the activities provided here, he always has to be back in time for them if we take him out. He really enjoys the food and there is lots of variety on the menu. The staff members are very easy to communicate with and always call if there are any issues. I would recommend to recommend to others.

Not only does the staff treat everyone as family but they are always willing to put in extra work to make sure the needs of the elderly are met with respect! My nana has lived there for almost 9 months and they treat her with respect and kindness. Highland Glen works together as an amazing team!

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us. They also followed up with and made sure all our questions were answered.

This is such an elegant and beautifully designed community. my mother lives in an another assisted living community but I wish she was living here.

The community is respectful, very patient, and always available. The community is neat and clean, and the food is amazing. The chef takes pride in his dishes. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

This was an excellent choice for my husband and I, we feel very supported here. Anytime we have questions they get the answer to us immediately. The activities are great and are actually doing more and more each day. The meals are good, sometimes it is a hit or miss, but the general rule here is they are good and the service is wonderful. The staff members are just so helpful, we are very happy happy people. This community has met all of her hopes and expectations.
