Our experience with highland glen was great! The staff was so friendly and kind. The marketing director was so helpful and answered all of our questions. It was such a welcoming environment I could tell they truly cared about what was best for my grandparents.

This staff is so friendly and attentive! When we were getting ready to move my grandma in, the marketing director [name removed] went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. You can tell that the staff really cares. We love Highland Glen!

As a family of 7 we took turns caring for mom until doctors told us it was hurting mom more than helping her since she needed a set routine. SLMC was our first and only choice and now we know why. While not the least expensive the fact that we can skype with mom to check in on her and spend time with her at any time is comforting since we know she is well cared for and the team there constantly communicates with us. Their handling of covid was second to none. I don't think they lost a single patient to covid and their protocols, while strict and severe, assured us that mom was looked after properly. There is little turnover in nurses and staff at this facility which also speaks volumes about the management since they welcome us visit as often as we want. I sleep well at night knowing mom is here - and let me not forget about the activities that they schedule for the residents, amazing.

I LOVE the Charleston. Their team is amazing. They communicate so well. They anticipate needs and are super responsive. They treat the residents like their own family. Would recommend 100%!

I was able to do an in person tour and the community was very nice, the staff were very pleasant but I was looking more for independent living not assisted living or memory care.

Kirkwood Orange community had a very friendly atmosphere right when we first walked in and we were very impressed with all the activities they were offering.

After moving my mother from another assisted living to The Inn at Greenwood Village, I can definitely say that the biggest difference here is that the staff truly cares about the residents. Not only do they all know the resdients by name, they stop to chat with them whenever they see someone. The staff even knows me by name. The activities are good, and there seems to always be something going on. All in all, a great experience.

Nice community, too far away.

Our experience was great. They are very welcoming. There are a lot of activities available for the residents to choose from. There is even physical therapy on site. There are so many different amenities available as well. The memory care unit was very well organized.

I liked this community and they were great there was just another that my loved one liked more. The tour guide was lovely and was good.

I chose Crystal Terraces because it is close to family. They also have a pool and an exercise room that are available. They have physical therapists that are on site as well so you can coordinate appointments with them. It is very casual and laid back here. Overall it a great place and I would highly recommend to others looking

I was highly satisfied with what I saw during the virtual tour.

Our family had an in person tour and everybody we met with was great, gracious, and showed us around the entire facility. However we did not choose The Bellettini because you have to buy in completely, and we did not feel comfortable putting down a huge lump sum of money given our loved ones age.

This is a really good place to put a loved one. My loved one really enjoys the community and food. The care I've witnessed while visiting has been excellent. There are activities ; however, it can be a little bit tougher in the memory care area to keep the residents as active as the assisted living side.

Our loved one was only there for about a month, but during her stay she absolutely loved the meals and dining service. They really accepted our loved one very warmly, they did a great job making her feeling comfortable at first and letting her adjust at her own pace. At meal time they would make sure to sit her a table with other residents that had similar personalities. I was about an hour away but that did not matter because they kept up great communication with me. On a technical stand point they really got a hold of our loved ones medication which we did not know was even out of whack so we appreciated that. Also Dale Commons has a nice big backyard and side yard for the residents to walk around in.

They were very welcoming and open to my loved one and my family . They go out of the way to work with the residents and accommodate their needs. Everything was as expected or very much higher than expected.

There is nothing I would change about McDowell Village, everything about this facility is fabulous. Administrative staff is amazing and all of the residents make you feel comfortable and welcome. The staff go above and beyond. The meals here are chef prepared and all of the activities provided are wonderful. My mom is thriving.
